Bb royal organic seems to sell inferior products in the name of Organic while charging such high price . The organic sooji I bought has an expiry date till Nov -21, while it is filled with bugs. Please address this issue ASAP and provide us genuine fresh products...

Harassment

I took bigbasket daily service on 17/07/2021 the person who came to explain the services gave wrong coupon code for subscription and is not picking up the call after that, on complaining the same to bigbasket daily customer care they are UNABLE TO FIND SOLUTION SINCE LAST 3 DAYS. I asked to cancel the subscription and send the money back to the source which I have in wallet they didn't do that and deducted the amount from the wallet balance...

Order cancelled due to incorrect price

Order cancelled by bigbasket quoting operational challenges. The price tag of products had huge sale discounts while placing the order. After payment is complete, and few hours before delivery the order is cancelled...

Unethical Behaviour of customer support executives

Yesterday night i paused milk subscription from 10th July' 2021 to 18th July' 2021 between 7 to 8 pm in evening. Dont remember exact time as there are better things to do. I placed an order on tuesday which included white eggs. They were delivered on thursday on time safely but today i boiled two of them, they got cracked in the vessel and while having I was feeling like I'm having plastic eggs. Here I'm highlighting the quality of eggs which was worst i ever had....

Refund - Being tortured by Standard Chartered and BigBasket

I have placed an Order ID: BNOO[protected]. Order Placed on : Sun 18 Apr 2021, 06:06 pm and Payment was also done through PhonePe and it was successful. We got the delivery today on 21st April at 7AM however the delivery agent is asking for full payment and says the payment is not done. I have checked my Account statement and amount 1804.46 got deducted from my account. The PhonePe app also shows the transaction was successful.

BB wallet showing negative amount

While checkout it is asking to fund bbwallet which shows as -4
How it has become negative when I ordered once only via Sodexo
It is not alowing to order without paying 4 rupees to the bbwallet
This is complete fraud...

My money got debited but still it is showing cash on delivery

On 15 june, 21 i had placed order and did its payment through paytm its been a week andi haven’t got money . When I contacted the customer service they told that money would be credited within 7 days and till now it hasn’t happened and they told me the transaction didn’t happen from their side but money debited still .
Very poor service and it was not a small amt for groceries it was ₹1035
And they are not at all helpful...

I ordered 3 kg mangoes on Bigbasket on June 15. I received an order modification mail from Big basket on June 16 morning ~1.30 hours before order delivery. It was mentioned that the mango weight is 3.36kg instead of 3kg and for that, they are charging ~51 Rs for the extra .36 kg which would have been found during the packaging. Voucher - Unethical practice

Attractive (300/-) high discounts are advertised for use of Deusche Bank debit cards. So you are encouraged to fill basket with 1500/- worth of goods. However on check out the payment fails, but order is accepted, without the discount. This voucher cannot be redeemed later. Thus you are forced to pay full price without the discount. Delivered expired products

This happened in Hyderabad. I've ordered vegetables, groceries and drinks from bigbasket. I've been delivered the products on 26th May 2021. While consuming Thumbs-up I've observed the mfg. Date as 24th Jan 2021. It is best before 4months and so, expired on 24th May 2021. That means they've deliberately delivered the expired drinks to us.
If they could dare to deliver the expired product which is having the dates printed on it, then...

Payment debited. Still demanding cash on delivery.

I paid via wallet to bigbasket.
Money got debited from my wallet and bank.
The wallet even gave me a cashback for the transaction.
Still, Bigbasket claimed they couldn't capture the transaction.
Enquired with the bank and wallet customer service. They reported that Bigbasket got credited with the same amount.

Send bigbasket screenshot of wallet invoice and bank debit details. They weren't convinced....
