UnAuthorized transactions are made by bigbasket from my wallet, without giving my go-ahead. Also, they do not have policy of refunding the money from wallet to my mobile (through paytm/googlepay/phonepe...etc). The transaction I made was through a card, which I blocked/not using now. They want to send the money to inaccessible area. I asked for sending to my registered mobile number directly.

Ticket is been raised with bangalore escalation team and mr abhishek and naresh mentioned this is your process in terms of auto renewal and no return of money unless source account. Today's world you can refund to registered mobile numebr as well...but your process is so useless to end-user where they don't have option to get their money back from wallet.
and even as per new RBI guidelines (on auto debit) no institution can do the auto debit or auto renewal, without customer consent...to my suprise I hear there was 5times the auto renewal done for bbstar member ship.
Pls search the ticket number raised very long back with your bangalore escalation manager Naresh. You haven't resolved anything, pls don't mark it resolved unless it is really resolved...bugbasket ticket number: 20728

    Every time my wallet is negative. Recently I see that my wallet balnce is negative 19 rupees, i thought there might be some unsettled dues from my side so paid that amount and placed an order. Now today again my balance is negative 3. It has become a practice for this company. it seems like it is a CHOR company which is deducting 2-3 rupees from the wallet so no one will care . However, they might be collecting crores of rupees in this way

      One of the executive of Big Basket Mr. Harish his mobile no. is [protected] offered me that recharge your wallet with 1500/- and you will get 15 days half litre milk free. But after a day the amount was deducted from my account. When in approached him he didnt reply.

          I have been trying to sign-in to the big basket app which asks for the ORP. The otp is open for 30 SECONDS. The OTP takes 25 -25 secoonds to reach my cell phone. It was a most frustrating experience. Good Bye to my attempts to SIGN IN....

          I jus received a call from ur customer service and delivery guy regarding the missing chocolate, it seems now the delivery guy is lying and threating to go at my house, right now my mom is alone at home but am about to reach home soon, what kind of service and goons have you'll employed .. worst experience firstly I got items missing from my order and now I have to deal with all of this ...
          All of this because my order had 2 chocolate missing, and I complaint about the guy ... Worst experience I also have recordings of the delivery guy the way he was speaking with my mother who is an senior citizen.

            I have ordered Drools focus puppy food from big basket and they have provided me with expired product, and I exchanged it 5 times and everytime they provided me with the same expired product, and it has been more than a week still they are doing the same, the customer service person is saying that they will look into it and it won't happen but still they are sending expired food

              We at Maari Services(Vasai) are writing this complaint to get justice at your end. We have an official email from an Official Employee of Big Basket Daily informing us the confirmation of a merger with our company which was finalised after 4-5 rounds of 5 hrs long meetings held in Mumbai…Everything was discussed with Anand Pandey(Sales Head, Mumbai), Swapnil Mhaske (City Head, Mumbai).After everything being discussed clearly & official email confirmation, we informed all our customers about the merger & after all the site visit of our customers by their team was done, we have been told that it was not a confirmed deal..It’s a fraud & cheat that has happened with us which has taken up our data of employees, given us false promises & now backing off…We can provide all the details when required.We need to be compensated for this cheating that has happened with us..still writing this in good faith & respect.. Hoping you will understand our situation here & actually take some action in our favor. Looks like it was a possible fraud in order to take over our customers & side tracking us easily as it’s a bit name..

                      I am a very old customer of bigbasket, whenever any goods mostly eggs come in cracked or bad condition i post the picture of that and complaint to customer support, they replace it or refund me for that. In my last order i recieved 1 tray of eggs damaged out of 4 tray ordered and while complaining by mistake i posted any old image of cracked eggs tray which was already there in my phone. So...

                      Bigbasket.Com customer service executive threatened over phone to not to deliver product untill payment in cash is done beforehand.

                      Which is ansurd because cash payment is always done post delivery.

                      She said so in a threatening loud voice on speaker phone of delivery agent which created chaos than resolving matter for which she was being phoned.

                      For myself as regular bigbasket.Com customer she vould have easily put small payable amount of around 169 in wallet, while other delivery of about 3000 was about to happen shortly at which i could have made entire payment together.

                        Delivery agent supplying broken or spoilt items frequently and now on reimbursement bigbasket has started nagging and haraasing by forcing to return spolt products for refund ...

                        Which means the totten product gas to be stored in house till the products returned...

                        Given this oandemic situation its a health hazard.

                        First to supply rotten products and then to insist kerping them till return yo process refund is like punishing customers for fault of bigbasket employees.

                            I placed an order on big basket to get delivered on the 01st Aug 2021 between 07 pm to 10 pm.

                            The time was changed couple of times.

                            My wife is pregnant and I am in hospital and my first child who is 6 years of age changed the delivery time unintentionally.

                            I called the customer support and no help.

                            This is the last time I am ordering from [censored]ing big basket.

                            My child is hungary and I have no food

                            I accept my fault
                            I can pay extra
                            But why always no

                            Please get my stuff by tmrw my child is starving.

                              I had ordered bbroyal brand brown sugar from bbdaily.
                              I found its coloured white sugar, felt cheated, when I raised it to bbdaily customer care..first they said we do quality check, you should raise issue in 48 hours, after another follow up they refunded amount without any question.

                              I was npt looking for refund but complete check about product quality. I used to order monthly grocery frombbdaily app however now after this incident, I will be stopping to order any grocery from bbdaily.

                              It is serious quality issue, I dont think its one packet problem 😕

                                We have ordered bb - royal organic brown sugar (5kg pack).We have realized that brown sugar was fake and colored.Hence i had raised a complaint and asked for a original replacement of this fake royal organic brown sugar (5kg pack).but still they had provided same fake product. this is something equals to cheating sorry this is exactly cheating. I had paid such a high amount to buy a quality product and the consumers are kids i dont want to spoil my kids by providing such a adulterated product. this might look funny but you're actually spoiling the health of young india. We want to run complete legal procedure to happen so that the responsible unit (Person/ organization) should be punished.
                                As a citizen of india .the company like big basket is also started compromising with the health of citizens including kids and senior citizens. could not let any company to earn profit in the cost of humans life.

                                  I took bigbasket daily service on 17/07/2021 the person who came to explain the services gave wrong coupon code for subscription and is not picking up the call after that, on complaining the same to bigbasket daily customer care they are UNABLE TO FIND SOLUTION SINCE LAST 3 DAYS. I asked to cancel the subscription and send the money back to the source which I have in wallet they didn't do that and deducted the amount from the wallet balance for the order WHICH I HAVE NOT PLACED. BIGBASKET DAILY is refusing to deliver the products on daily basis and SURLY UNABLE TO HELP THE CUSTOMER ON RAISING THE COMPLAINT
