My BigBasket account is deactivated based on dispute arise from my last purchase from "bigbasket daily(BB Daily)". without any prior communication from BigBaskset team. This shows how professionally they deal with consumers.
They have already deactivated my BB Daily account for the same. Both BB daily and BigBasket accounts are different and needs separate signup or registration as a consumer.
I believe its completely ill-logical to deactivate my bigbasket account. Now they are not refunding my bigbasket wallet balance as well.
Here is the details about the BB Daily dispute.

I have ordered 5 kg onion from my BB Daily account. They have delivered rotten onions and is stinking badly. I have requested them to replace it.
They denied it and I was asked to wait for 24 hours as they needs to arrange a pickup and then refund will be processed.
Two days passed but they did not pick the item neither processed the refund.
Later when I have escalated it after 2 days they have processed the refund asked to dispose the rotten onions as they were unable to pick the sub standard onion delivered.
After which they have deactivated my "bb daily" account without any communication. Post complaint, they have refunded my "bb daily" wallet balance to source account.
From above its clear that they don't maintain quality delivery for which consumer pays them premium price.
During lockdown they have literally robbed consumers with sky high price and sub standard consumable products. Never improved product quality.
Above all, they behave unprofessionally when someone highlight these issues and deactivates the account without any communication.
Now they have even deactivated my BigBasket account based on BB Daily incident. Both "bigbasket daily(BB Daily)" and "Big Basket" accounts are different and
they needs separate registration.
In that case how can they deactivate my BigBasket account based on dispute arise in BB Daily account ? I did not get any satisfactory response from them.
Before raising this complaint I have suggested them 3 options but they have denied all. Attached is the email for your reference.
1)Activate big basket account.
2)Refund wallet balance to my account.
3)Deliver some product worth Rs 399/-(same as my wallet balance).
