[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — big basket has fake items in their application and looted and blocked account when the order was placed

Big basket has fake items in their application and looted and blocked account when the order was placed.
Ticket no:[protected] was opened by big basket but no one seems to bother to look on it. They have blocked my account and forfieted the amount that was charged for the order.
The entire big basket team is a bunch of frauds. They said that my phone was switched off when they tried to contact me whereas my phone is never switched off. They also said that i placed fake order. How can a customer know that they have fake products on bigbasket.
