They deliver apple if you order orange.
Such a pathetic service! I have ordered nendran banana on last sunday. Tuesday the executive delivers rotten dark skinned nendrans in a transparent cover. I was shocked to see the product and asked the executive to take it backm. Called up the customer care number asked them for a replacement. Today the executive comes home with a carton of normal banana. The service is becoming worse day by day. If they don’t have the item they should just say it is out of stock in their website. Feeling annoyed to the core as i was wait for this product for past 5 days!!!

    I have ordered some snacking products vide order no. Mcfo[protected], i have not yet received the products yet but the order status is showing as delivered. I have paid the money also. I have tried to call on the customer care no. [protected] but the number is not at all reachable all the time, then i have made a written complaint in the chat session in the app, then i received a message saying "i apologize the inconvenience caused". But i have neither received the product till date or refunded the money. Please take necessary action and do the needful.

      I had ordered vegetables on sunday morning for delivery on monday morning slot 7-9:30 am. I missed two calls in the morning on monday and as i called back on that number i had been told that i will be receiving call back which didnt happen. After sometime i received a mail for order reschedulled for monday evening time.

      I was in meeting in my office and i received again calls from that number. I couldnt receive and they sent me mail about cancelling my order!!

      Without taking my consent first they rescheduled and then cancelled that too when i have paid the whole amount in advance!! What a worst customer experience and bad client approach.

      I wonder how you people are going to survive in todays service centric competition.

      I wish you will sensitize your employees how to improve clientlle experience rather than detoriating it. I am going to uninstall your app and will not use it ever again. Its height of nonsense and pathetic experience from you guys.

        I have placed 4 orders on bigbasket on 19th may. There was a callback from customer service team and they told me that there was some technical issue and due to which the correct price was not getting reflected and they will cancel the order. I had asked her to first arrange for a callback and after discussion with manager, will decide for next steps.

        I never got a call back from bigbasket. Then the order was also out for delivery and it was 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm slot on 20th may.

        After waiting till 10pm, I did not receive my order. Then when I checked my phone, I see that the order has been cancelled with reason as " duplicate order" and they have refunded me entire money to bigbasket wallet.

        First, bigbasket team should check and arrange for a callback from manager. That did not happen.

        Then order was out for delivery and that have cancelled after timeslots got over and I called customer service at 10:00 pm and it was closed and asking to call on next day.

        I called on 21st may and the executive told me that she will arrange for a callback in 30mins, which did not happen again.

        After waiting for 1 hr, I have called back again and had waited for 30 mins to get call transferred to manager.

        Then after telling all issues, manager told that it was a technical glitch and we cannot do anything. We have called all customer and cancelled the order after having discussion.

        In my case, there was not even a single callback which I received from manager, then how the executive confirms that they will get a callback. And they have cancelled the order from backend without informing me at night 10pm so that customer cannot even call them same day and they escape.

        And Manager says he cannot do anything, there is no compensation policy, max what he can do is when I re-order next time, 10% of bill amount will be refunded to wallet. The price which I ordered and the current price has a huge difference.

        After this all experience, do you even think a person will come and do shopping again on bigbasket that you refund the money to his wallet.

        Atleast you should stick to the price commitment and deliver the product to customer at the price promised. If it was a technical glitch, how were you able to get payment successfully, you should have stopped order processing at least at last step.

        And horrible part is to get money refunded to bank account, they ask for another 7-9 working days. And there is no compensation provided to customer.

        Atleast check with the people at higher level and make better compensation.. and while comparing with Amazon with respect to customer Satisfaction, you are not even 0.0001% of Amazon. Atleast they guarantee price, not like bigbasket which directly cancels the order.

        I have got calls 3 times from big basket team and max compensation they were ready is give is only 10% of the current order, which comes to 800. But when I try placing a new order, the cost is 4-5 times the current order value.

        There was a executive who called me at 7:30 pm, having lot of attitude and not even listening to customer issue. if you cannot resolve a customer issue why you even need to call me. And I asked him to share next level details, for which he was not ready and said is there anything I can do for you and disconnected the call. First he should know how to handle customer.

        Very pathetic service from big basket. They just keep on saying, it will not happen in future. First learn to resolve the current issue.

        Expecting a call from a responsible person from big basket who can help me in getting the issue resolved.

        I have asked for 100% of my order value as compensation or deliver my order at the price which was promised. But the big basket team was not ready to do anything on that and just processed 10% for which I was never ready..

        They just know to break customer trust, and don't even make a attempt to resolve issue to customer satisfaction even though complete mistake is from their side.

          Very bad experience and not quit happy with the service. More over they don't know how to speak with customer. Please read below story.
          I have order veggies and grocery on 19/may and selected the slot which they have provided (One of the slot is 20/may evening) on website. Fortunately i received the call from customer care on 20/may morning, conveying that my address is not able to track, when i have hear the comment from them then i got shocked because this is not my first order to delivery. They are asking me to change the slot but i told them for me it's difficult because the time slot is not matching with my time. (This is the main reason i have selected the sunday evening slot). When i disagree then they are more happy and saying that cancel the order and we give you 10% of amount. It means they don't want to delivery today slot?? So they are irritated me?? Lot of questions with frustration.

          My point is, why slots are there in website?? To make people fools?
          Why do i understand the big basket, do they are understanding the customer requirements?.

          Very very bad response from bb employee and not happy.

              For the last few months the bigbasketer site shows delivery between 90 to 120 mins but as soon as you goto completing the order it shows 1 to 2 days delivery slot. Secondly the quality of product delivered is pathetic, one of my order was cancelled and money refunded immediately.
              I cancelled my order mnoo[protected] & mnoo[protected] as they were again broken into two, and deliveries scheduled to two days instead of 90mins. My money was put to wallet and i had asked them to revert it back to my wallet which they agreed but havd not done so far.

              I have called Bigbasket customer care again yesterday as they have not initiated reversal of payments as yet. The person again says he shall have it initiated and it will take 7-8 days, on 19th may I was told the same thing.
              They are behaving like fraudsters.

                Order #mho[protected] was scheduled to be delivered from 07:30 am to 10:00 am today i. E. 19-may-2018. It has already past 10:00 am now and there is no delivery of my ordered items. This is not the first time bigbasket delivery ossue has happened but it is becomming very frequent now. You may refer my previous complaints and see how frequent this has become. Late delivery, missing items amd brocken ice cream packs are some examples i faced so far. Always i get sorry message from bigbasket stating that some technical or delivery ossue happened and this will not repeat again. However this is happening repeatedly. I am not sure what and where bigbasket is headed for. Are you people taking customers for granted??

All the fruits are rotten, vegetables quality is the poorest. Fruits are either raw or over riped. Very very poor quality. These type of fraud companies should be banned

                    I had ordered Hair Spa Rejuvenation Shampoo 580 ml vide order no. DX-BGUFO[protected]. When I used the product I found that product is not upto mark. After using it I had come to know that the product is duplicate not genuine one. The result are different when I purchased the same another product from open market . I want my money back.                       So today i received an order worth 779. The delivery person did not have change, and so i had to pay 1000. He said that the difference amount would be added to my big basket, but it has not been done yet.

                      I've tried contacting the customer service, but their service has been pathetic. No one replied to my messages, and i'm not able to contact them via call.
                      I get the following messages:
                      1. The number i've dialed is either switched off or not reachable.
                      2. I'm not allowed to make calls to this number from my number.

                      This experience has been extremely frustrating. Please see to that it is resolved soon.

                        It was my mistake to choose big basket, i have never seen that pathetic service in my entire life, my first order got delivered with bad quality of fruits another one not delivered buy shown as delivered, when i asked to cancel the order that money yet not refunded. I called customer care and they asked me to call back but they don't. Really pathetic experience, now the company with big brand ambassador is in my poor list.

                            My order delivery (Mbfvo[protected] was scheduled to be delivered on 11th may (5-7:30) but i have not received the delivery.
                            Also i am saw the status of the order got suddenly changed to delivered on 12th may (Around 12pm.
                            Not able to reach to customer care number and no proper response from mail as well.
                            Seems like my money is gone as it was prepaid and not sure how to contact them.

                              On dated 13th april-18 undersigned ordered few food items (Order no-dxbmo[protected] which was supposed to delivered on 14th apr-18 between 1400hrs to 1500hrs. 14th apr-18 was waiting for my order till evening 1930hrs.
                              1930hrs received call from big basket delivery boy [protected]. I was so upset because of late arrival & delivery boy given stupid excuses that traffic issue on his way. I was surprised that in bank holiday day how traffic created. I was angry & told him that cancel my order but later on told him that this time i am accepting big baskets mistake & told him that he is very close of my home address. After some time received message that delivery has been cancelled. Immediately called big baskets pune call center. But as usual the same stupid answer that delivery boy tried to ring my home bell but no response. This was shocking reply. Big basket doesn't have customer satisfaction policy nor even professionalism of business. Shame on big basket. I want apology from big basket & compensation from big basket & return my money with interest.
                              Really cheap service. Shame on big basket.

                                I am having extremely bad experience with big basket. Order number mentioned above needs to be delivered by 7:30 pm today, which not yet delivered and no one contact even. When i have contacted customer service representative, he simply put me on hold for long time and not come back then. His customer service is chargeable though. I thing bb has paid more amount to endorse them by srk and not their customer, who need good service only. This my last order from bid basket if they deliver or else i would cancel since it's no use of it.

                                  From past experience i am writing this review for bigbasket please do not buy products from this site especially the perishable goods i have ordered multiple times but it never ever came in good condition every time i had to complain about the products but still the same continues on every order.

                                    My 3 years experience with big-basket has come to an end due crap and useless service.. When i completed one of my recent order.. The amount was 2k and at the time to delivery the guy come up with an invoice of 5k.. I was shocked.. Bloody so cheap.. I have no idea, these guys are taking all the money with interest for all the discount they have offered in last 3 years to me..

                                      Your order with bigbasket.com [order no: dx-mguvo[protected]]

                                      Just wanted to share my last experience with big basket. The reason for saying this is simple your team does not deserve customer like me. I know it would hardly make a difference to you or your organisation even if you loose one customer like me, but still thought sharing my experience might save hundreds of jobs.

                                      The order was not delivered till 9 pm today, so i thought of checking the status and chated customer service team, i was informed it's delayed and it would be delivered by 9.25 pm. Then i saw a message at 9.15 pm that order is rescheduled for 7.30-9.30 slot the next day. I immediately called up the customer support @ 9.15 pm and was surprised to hear that delivery person reached my place @ 9.14 pm and was not able to find me (Which is a lie, as i was waiting for him). I was speaking to santosh or sanjay (Not sure what is the real name because he said to me he is santosh and when his supervisor called me he said his name was sanjay) he said the order will be delivered next day as in 2-3 minutes of talking the delivery guy went far away and would not be able to come back for delivery. To my surprise when i check next day delivery order some items were missing.

                                      Then mr prasad (Sr floor manager) called me and confirmed that these items were anyways missing even if the order was to be delivered today i. E. As per schedule. Finally i requested him to either ensure full delivery or cancel full order and refund the amount to source i. E. My card. He said he would ensure this and this finally ends my last experience.

                                      My request to you is to ensure my money is refunded to source as i am not interested in placing any further orders with bigbasket. Hope this request and promise will be delivered, else i would be forced to take legal course.

                                      I have no problem / complaints with bigbasket as for me it's a dead entity. Just try and save as many jobs as you can by trying to retain and serve other customers.

                                      Hoping you will not disappoint me in my only request.

                                        I am new to bigbasket and my very first order was for 26 items along with duck meat which was on special offer. I paid upfront, but when they delivered duck meat was missing. After two days again i ordered items along with duck meat, they took the money upfront but did not deliver duck meat for the second time but as usual the duck meat amount was transfered to my bigbasket wallet account. Third time i placed some 32 items along with duck meat but this time i did not pay upfront since i found that bigbasket is trying to attract customers by offers but taking that money and instead of refunding the money they transfer it to our bigbasket wallet account.
