Big Basket has a bad customer service. Pallavi, Manjari and Pooja didn't provide me Good service, kept me on hold, never came back and the call was finally disconnected.

However, even though call with Miss. Anandi was disconnected, I am happy that atleast the requested service was provided. Thank you Miss. Anandi and hope even the Airtel Cashback would be done within 48 hours, as told by you.
