Wrongfully claiming that delivery is free for purchase over Rs. 500

As per the big basket promise if my bill is over Rs. 500 the delivery is free. So now they are splitting the bill into 2 -3 bits after confirmation to go ahead and then charging a delivery charge. They should let people know that they are no longer delivering free. Don't lie to your customers. We have been regular customers since they opened and we were surprised to see that we are suddenly getting charged 2 -3 delivery charges....

I received d products in d last slot of 18th jan n delivry man was in a grt hurry so cudnt match items wd invoice...bt paymnt was done fully..i want money back for those 2 items...200gm of diced capsicum n 400gm of cut indian fruits pack...i had opted for d previous slot but i was told it was not possible dis was d main reason...i wud be very satisfied if d needful step is taken.

I placed an order on 01/15/2016, order # BBVO[protected]. One of the item was not delivered to us saying that it was already damaged. Same day I received an email stating that you returned the item.

They should not accept order if they do not have items.

    I placed order in big basket and it was mentioned and even today it is mentioned in their web site that me and my friend who sent a referral code will get referral discount. After order is placed they says that that discount offer is discontinued. Even today currently on their website it shows details of available referral discount policy.
    Order came to my door step and I needed to call their ppl many times. I spent 100 rs on phone calls and then So I refused to take order and they cancelled it.

      It is to inform you that your site is not working properly. When I search Cake then it is not showing any images. And in application, when i try to order cake online then in slot time showing nothing so i can not order cake. I am facing this problems since last 20 days. Kindly request to solve this problem as soon as possible so customer will not need to face any problem often.

        Placed on 6.1.2017, 11am
        Pls go through my e-mail carefully.

        On satuday, 7th, 10am, two delivery boy brought the things i ordered online.

        9 things were missing

        On 7.1.2016, at 10-20 am called on [protected], the girl on duty picked up phone (Pls trace my call from [protected]) i narrated

        Her in detail the problem and about the things which has not been delivered. The girl i spoke to didn't bother to call back, neither she

        Noted down the complain nor she reported the complain to office.

        Delivery boys too spoke to head office in front of me and promised rest of the items they will bring on monday 9th, 10-30 am. But nobody turned up.

        Now again when i called up, mani picked up and he was totally ignorant about my complain. Things have not been delivered was not reported at all.

        I am very disappointed by big basket service and indifferent attitude of their employees who attend to phone calls.

        Expecting prompt reply from them.

          My order BMO[protected] from Big Basket never got delivered. I first emailed them asking when it will be delivered. No response. Then I called them. They said they could not get through to their delivery guy, so they will organise a call back. No call back came. But I received an email from them. The email says that they have cancelled the order as discussed with me. Boy o boy, what liars!!!

          What about the inconvenience caused? Who will pay for that? They ought to be sued!

            Hi Team,

            Thanks for delivering order on time but i am not satisfied with your
            policies this time where you have mentioned we will get 25% discount or Rs
            400 if we paid through ICICI debit card or credit card but not applicable
            on net banking, and i made payment through ICICI debit card and did not
            get any discount.I am a loyal customer of big basket and if you think this
            has been done by mistake then please refund my money of Rs. 400 or if you
            misleading us then its really negative impression for whole big basket team
            because moving further i can not promote big basket among the social
            networks made by me.

            Note:- I have also face the same issue earlier where you have mentioned
            that if you paid by Paytm wallet then you will get 50% discount but again i
            did not get any discount as said i complained for it and your colleague
            informed me that this discount was for lucky winner which have not
            mentioned during payment process and i ignored it but this time i am really
            dissatisfied, request you to please refund my money in my ICICI account so
            that i can continue with your services.

              Overcharged/badquantity/bad customer services/poor delivery services
              They overcharged me: when i add custrad apple in my cart the price is 42 rs. And in bill statement it goes to 51 rs. Also they are adding -6 rs. As my negative balance is bigbasket wallet.

              Product quality and quantity issue: for the same custrad apple i am not getting good quantity and quality, only one custrad apple is delivered in big box. And quality of same is very bad you cant eat this.

              Poor service : i booked delivery slot between 5 to 7:30 on date 13/12/2016 and they
              Deliver me same on tomorrow 14/12/2016 at slot 7 to 9:30. And for same i am not getting any call or sms they only mail i got.

              Bad customer support services (Pune): when i call for same issue, the one of the customer support member told me that they
              Don't refund the amount for same custrad apple only exchange the same. And when i agree on same she book my exchange time for tomorrow and

              After that i will get the mail from bigbasket with again increase in the amount and finally custrad apple price is 55 rs. With delivery charges 20.

              I request big basket team to kindly refund my amount of custrad apple and close my account from their side.

                My experience with Big Basket was not good. They Promised to delivery product in My Address (Already Delivered Several Times) but this time they cancelled it because of Out of Area. Even it is within same PIN Code.Means if driver have orders in North he will not deliver in South...Good definition of Out of Area. Customer Care don't have any answer. They are suggesting me to refer T & D. Good Idea to cover everything with T & D. Also as per their comments i agreed for refund... Cool I like it.

                I have decided that i will use traditional way of purchasing... Super Markets & Local Shops...:(

                I want to share only drive number here so that company can get idea about driver [protected] ( Promised me that he will deliver product & i got refund).

                  There are several issues that i would like to highlight with bigbasket.

                  1. order number mcvo[protected]; date of delivery - 27th dec 2016; slot chosen for delivery - 9:30-12:00 pm. the products were delivered at 7:55 am instead. this is not the first time but of late i dont get my orders delivered at my chosen slot. the delivery person choses to deliver whenever he wants to; but he makes sure that the order is updated only at the time slot mentioned in the system, so per their records it shows as if they delivered it only during the chosen slot.
                  2. order number mco[protected]; date of delivery - 19th dec-2016. it was a prepaid order and the delivery person came and put everything on the floor and literally flew off. he did not wait for us to verify the product items or quality. i found the lemons in the order list were spoilt but i couldn't return as the person was not available nor he gave us time to check the quality. i was helpless to contact big basket immediately due to connectivity issue at my place to phone lines and internet as a result of the recent cyclone at chennai. so, the money that i paid towards that product went to drain.

                  Both the above issues have become recurrent nowadays. i am now afraid to make a payment prior as the delivery people does not allow us to check (unless it is a cash on delivery he doesn't wait). with the current demonetization situation, i am unable to do a cod every time to overcome this issue. adding to this, what is the purpose of asking for a time slot when you cant deliver during that time. you cannot deliver products as per your convenience, and if thats the case, then don't ask people to select the convenient time slot. completely doesn't make sense.
                  I think i would prefer going back to super market for my monthly provision lists and move away from big basket. big basket is more frustrating actually.

                  On Dec 21, 2016, I had orders vegetables via express delivery . Our of 1kg tomatoes, 500g are rotten and some capsicum are also rotten. Its my second bad experience on second order. It's 100% bad experience as last time I had not received the order . I have kept veg for return plz collect your property before it spoils further

                    My order no 20126970, for 1 KG black forest was cancelled at the last moment of delivery due to un availability of the Cake. As an option i gave to deliver an Butter scotch, but your team had deliver me an Strawberry Cake, which i am unable to accept. Your team had cancelled my order & refuse to reschedule or ammend the order or deliver the butterscotch Cake. How three, three mistakes can happen in Big Basket organisation. Till date i had an excellent experience with Big Basket but this case has loosen my any further faith in your organisation. I suggest your organisation to, recall all my call Voice recording in this case an check how this mis communication & dissatisfaction happened to the end customer.Really i am very much annoyed by such happenings & service you provided today.

                      BigBasket Customer Care Managers Are Very Inexperienced. I Placed My Ordered On 22 December Order No: TMO[protected] First They Accepted My Oder, But At Time of Delivery They Called Me To Informed That, Because My Area Is Out of Delivery Area We Cant Deliver To Your Address. But After Explaining My Address They Apologies For Mistake And Assured Me That Will Deliver My Order Tomorrow And Placed New Order For Me Order No: EMRO[protected].But Again Today They Told Me Same Thing That They Cant Deliver To My Area And Canceled My Order. My First Order On November 1 Was Delivered Successfully And It Was My Second Order. Why The Hell You Accepted My Order If You Cant Deliver It? Wasted My Two Days. It Was Prepaid Order.

                        I had ordered card on delivery but when the order was received, the delivery person said he did not have the card machine and requested me to pay by cash. I had to cancel the order as the order was big and as it is demonetisation the withdrawal limits from the banks are low and we are left with no option but to use the debit or credit card wherever possible. Second time I experienced bad service from BigBasket.

                          I made a prepaid order, when things were delivered half things came and half which were delivered were in unconsumable condition,
                          I ordered cashew full (Sabut) but they were all crushed,
                          Fruits like kiwi and sapota were all rotten and smelling bad.

                          I raised issue with delivery boy he said no worry things missing and rotten will be delivered next day.. No one came i called up after 3 days several times then they blocked my account and are denying to take back the damage things they have delivered, fruits now i have thrown away and niether delivering the missing products.

                            My order no. BPO[protected] was to be delivered between 5 to 7.30 on 21st Dec. Now it is nearing 10pm neither the order delivered nor any update on the status given. I called up on the customer care no. 6 times in past 3 hours. Either the call is disconnected after keeping me on hold or I am told I will get call back with update which is not being done even after all this time. This order contains mainly fruits for a specific occasion tomorrow morning. If it is not delivered now it will be total waste. This kind of irresponsible and unreliable service is completely unacceptable.

                              My order was mlkvo-[protected] for 8 items. I paid online for all items. My complains are
                              (I) items was not delivered in slot which i was selected, however compancession money added in my walet. Again slot given by big basket but its shifted to tree times thats again not providing in given time. And not given any compancession for it.
                              (Ii) my order mlkvo-[protected] was cancelled and a new order is raised elkvo[protected] — 151216 is raised from big basket witout my prior permission and 02 item was not in new order. As per big basket policy the item which not provided 50% amount should be added in wallet. But custermer care says that item was out of stalk due to delay of slots, refund will not provide. But its not my mistake, i have paid for all items that time u processed my request.

                              I had some urgency of carrots so I ordered it at 6:00pm and they guaranteed the ordered that it will be delivered by 7:48pm . I was waiting for my order so at last moment at7:45pm they told that your order is cancelled so I was shocked my servant was waiting for the carrots to make carrot and beetroot fry

                                I called up executive to confirm about the status of my transaction.
                                Since it has already been 4 days i was really annoyed that no confirmation was provided to me.
                                The executive i called was pavitra instead of keeping patience and listening to what i had to say she just recited what she had been "taught" by the companny policy.
                                She had no patience or courtesy to tackle customers.
                                Above all the money which i paid to them is still not credited to my bigbasket wallet nor is credited to my bank account.
                                And she said there is nothing she can do.

                                  I raised the original request on 9th december for milton flask - thermosteel duo, 500 ml box - pink color. Request no.: j-bbvo[protected]
                                  — but on friday 9th december, i received silver flask, i raised exchange order requesting for pink flask. Customer care confirmed with procurement team and warehouse team that product was still in stock and placed exchange order - j-ebro[protected].
                                  — on saturday 10th december 2016, again i received green flask. I raised exchange order requesting for pink flask. But customer care raised only for pickup order and not for exchange
                                  — on sunday 11th december 2016, they came only for pickup order. So i didn't return the product.
                                  — on sunday, i called customer care and they confirmed again that pink flask is available and placed exchange order - j-ebro[protected]. I requested to transfer call to their team leader, they informed that tl is on another call and will give call back in another 15 minutes at 09:30pm ist. I did not receive any call on that day.
                                  — on tuesday 13th december 2016, still i received silver flask. I did not accept the product.
                                  — on tuesday, i called customer care n spoke to sana (Team manager), she confirmed that she will check with procurement team if pick flask is available for sale. She will get back to me by 12:30 pm.

                                  _ they are ridiculous people. They do not perform proper quality check and do not have one for utensils.
                                  — they are good in vegetables & fruits & grocery products. But not good at utensils or kitchen products.

                                    I had placed order and it was suppose to be delivered between 5 to 7:40 PM, but it was delivered late. Also the products received late were in bad condition, on all products packing was sticky and full of dust, so I had to return few products. When I gave a call to customer care, for refund, the customer care assistant could not answer my query properly.

                                      I shopped at bigbasket on 6/12/16 and paid for the order through my debit card. the order amount was 1188. The order was cancelled from their side and the amount was credited to my bigbasket wallet. so my wallet balance became 1534.79(including previous balance).
                                      so i requested them to refund the money to my source account(bank account).the debited my wallet balance by INR 1188.(balance=346.79).
                                      on 9/12/16 i checked my source account and saw that i recieved only Rs 786 in my account so i registered a complain with them .one of their agents credited the remaining Rs 402 to my big basket wallet(new balance-748.79).so the issue was resolved untill when they deducted the same amount again.since then i m trying to contact them and everytime they ask for some time to resolve the issue. its been 3 days and they have not refunded my money back to me. i have attached the photo of the my bigbasket wallet statement.along with my source account statement. i also confirmed that from icici customer service that the amount was refunded from bigbasket.i request you to take harsh action against them .
                                      they are ignoring all the complains.

                                      today i again called on their customer service number. they did the same thing assured me that i would recieve a call from the concerned department but no action has been taken yet regarding my complaint.
                                      i would like to file a case against them . i m fed up with their ignorance.they provide wallet service lure people into adding funds in the wallet and then deduct money from the wallet without specifying any reason.
                                      these people are theives even worse than that.
                                      Big basket cancelled my 7 orders and I am their bb star member and now I cancelled my other orders, money came back in bb wallet, I want my money back in my account otherwise I will take necessary actions.. -10 stars.

                                      I was funding my big basket wallet and the money got deducted but it was not added to big basket wallet.After checking with bank they say they confirm that it was received by merchant.There is a fraud happening between funding a wallet and money deduction in big basket transactions..When I asked big basket customer they just say check with bank and not taking this issue seriously.
