I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Food & Groceries
The issue that I have experienced was: Not Delivered, No Calls or anything, it was expected to be delivered between 7.30 to 9.30, wrong status shown on website that it is delivered, how can you change the status without the confirmation on reception, this is totally unexpected
It occurred on: 12/10/2020
Deliver the items, intended to be delivered
