Didnt receive refund

I had cancelled an order on 28th june and yet to get my refund amount back. None of your customer service providers were helpful and after many calls not a single person followed up.
I have contacted my bank and phonepe upi as well, they never got a refund from your side.
Mailed my bank statement from 25th june to 3rd sept (paid to bigbasket on 27th june) and screenshot of my order on 4th of sept and yet to get any reply. Called...

I have been a member of bigbasket for years. They started well but slipping downwards gradually. Yesterday, i placed an order for today's slot. It was supposed to be delivered between 7.30 and 10.30 am. At 10. 20 i get a call that their bike got punctured very close to my house and it would be delivered shortly. I agreed. I did not find that wrong.in 5 minutes i got a message that my products were delivered. I was wondering how that was possible....

Delivery of worthless stuff

Recently, i made an online order with bigbasket, triplicane, chennai for vegetables, fruits, dust tea pack and dettol handwash refill. The total amount paid was rs.1099/-all items ordered were delivered but to my dismay, discarded items only were found. I have an account with Big basket and on 8/8/2020 for the amount of 2935. I had placed an account with Big Basket and paid for the transaction through my debit card. The Big basket app showed that first time payment did not go through and hence I once more did the payment and placed my order.

Payment deducted twice for same order

Amount not funded in wallet

Payment made on the app and goods not delivered

Refund of my money
