I got money back as wallet money, due to cancel of my order which was not my fault big basket fault I want my product at same rate with same quanty that's it

Big basket service is going pathetic day by day...No one came to deliver and they cancelled the delivery saying address not found...When I contacted customer care they told many products are out of stock hence cannot order again. I had wasted my 2 hours in ordering product and they vl simply cancel...

I have ordered few eatables from BB and i had received a sandeoch spread which is about to expire in 6 days.. you are taking risk on the cusomer life.. this is really worst. I recommend not to buy any eatables like fruits, veg, spreads, flours, baby foods etc etc .. this is really a big mistake
