I have purchased some vegetables and fruits items from big basket yesterday the quality of vegetables and fruits is very bad
I have made complaint in big basket yesterday and on delivery time some item I have given back to delivery boy also but really wrost response from bigbasket not refunded amount of which I have given back to delivery boy
I am sharing u some images pls see it and pls take necessary action how can bigbasket send this kind of food items openly to customers

    I have been shopped with the Big basket for first time and it allowed me to process and submitted the transaction and even my amount has been debited in my account balance...After a day i have been receiving a call from the representative stating that the delivery s not possible at the current location and they refund process will take 5 to 9 business days... I am like shocked on the first place on why the system allowed me to process the transaction rather it should have given a message that currently no service possible at the given pincode... I am highly disatisfied!!!

      cancellation of order due and no refund

      I placed an order on 2nd june for delivery on 3rd june between 5-8pm. The order did not arrive on time. After repeated call with customer care, they assured that the order would be delivered by 10:15pm late night. But that did not happen either. At 10:30, when we were asleep, we got a call from the delivery guy to let him in to which my husband denied and said that please take the order back. Its been 3 days now and the customer care is not...

      I want to complain against big basket daily who are charging every customer a service charge of rs 1 for every delivery. Its not a delivery charge but service charge. When i asked them to remove it as i dont want to pay service charge as it cannot be made mandatory no matter the amount of it but they have refused to remove the same...         always paytm payment failure happens in bigbasket

        Hello,

        Whenever i tried to pay the payment from paytm, always asks for adding amount using credit card or debit card. As usual, i always have more than required balance on my paytm wallet. Still only bigbasket is asking for adding more amount by credit card or debit card. It never happens on another portals. Only bigbasket is asking for the addition amount.

        Client 180519. I order chicken on 18/5/2019 2 kgs - 490/-. While making payment i recd the message that the transction failed i again made the payment. As such my account was debited twice but i recd only one order. When i raised a complaint with my bank i was told that it is resolved. But it is not. Igagdycbc9, igagdybrm7 are id transaction. Refund need.

          The product name is tasties-khatai - badam (Which is already expired on mar 2019) as it has manufacture date mentioned as jan 2019 & it is best before 3 months.
          How can this be delivered to one of your valuable customer.

          Its one of the worst experience i ever had with you bigbasket. Where is your promise of delivering fresh products?

            The apples delivered to me were rotten from inside and soft from outside. I told them I need replacement they denied because the same apple type are not available. I told them it is fault at your side so deliver me other type of apples but I won't pay the difference as it is your fault and you are responsible. They denied and told me that they would refund the money but wouldn't replace the apples.
            Such poor quality and poor customer care was not expected. I order on weekly basis from bigbasket. They just lost a good customer because of their poor customer service and poor quality of apples. I told them to refund the money in cash instead as I would uninstall the app would never place any order from bigbasket. What if I would have consumed those bad quality apples! Who would have been responsible for my illness then? I questioned and did not get any answer. They are not sorry nor they care for losing a customer or delivering unhealthy and rotten products.

              I ordered 4 products on 23-may-2019 and paid in advance and it was supposed to get delivers on 24th between 8-10 am but i did not received it. So i called customer care, she said the delivery guy is not reachable so their senior manager will call me within 30 mins. I did not received a call for next 2 hours so i called again and received the same answer. Again i did not get any call from them. When i checked on the portal, it is showing they delivered the item in the morning.

                Today i dnt get my daily subscription (Milk) and its shows on bbdaily app that milk is delivered and money is also deducted from my wallet. My neighborours who have same dailysubscription for milk get it today. But delivery boy doesn't delivered to my house. And i m also trying to call on ahmedabad customer service but phone number is not connected. I hope this problem will be resolved soon

                  Bb made me do a double payment on an order. As the online payment was 'unsuccessful', i paid for the order by cash the next day when the order was delivered. Meanwhile my bank account was debited, and bank confirmed that the payment to merchant was successful. And i have to take it up with the merchant for refund. Bb has acknowledged the double payment and has sent an email mentioning refund to my source account in 7-9 bank working days. It has been one month and still i have not received the money! Calls and emails do not elicit any response. Pathetic customer service!

                      I don't know what's wrong with big basket, but thier product quality and customer care responses have completely gone down. I order every week from them . They have been delivering stale frozen items. We can only realize it once we open the product. Breads are almost stale. And today was the highlight . I order some items which got delivered on time however since I ordered milk and buttermilk and the packets burst and I had buttermilk and milk on all products . I returned the items. The delivery guy was not bothered and when I contacted customer care for refund they credited to my bb wallet inspire of asking for refund. The lady in customer care was rude and not interested. I order every week from big basket but now you have lost a loyal customer. I know this feedback will not be taken seriously but still gave it a try

                          Hello guys, dont buy fruits and vegetables from bigbasket... Past 4 months there are sending damaged vegitables amd fruits every raised complaint and getting refund. Always i will get respond from big basket further it wont happen.. But waste of time again it will happen then what is the conclusion? Bigbasket need to action strictly dont waste our time and money..

                          Big Basket is the most horrible company when it comes to online shopping. This company is infested with fraud agents like CHANDAN BOSE who is in the quality check department & delivers all sorts of rotten food items to people residing in Kolkata.

                            I have submitted one order on 03/05/2019 at 6.32 pm and it was suppose to deliver by 05/05/2019 (Delivery slot - 10am - 12.30pm)

                            In big basket app, its showing "your order is on the way" and the customer care is telling me continuously that it will be delivered at the earliest, sorry for the inconvenience due to technical issue. Today when i called for the delivery status, they informed me that since the delivery slot for tomorrow (06/05/2019) is fully booked, it will be delivered on wednesday (07/05/2019) evening.

                            My only concern is, if the delivery is delayed due to their technical issue then the very next day the "delayed delivery" should be prioritize to the first slot??

                            My humble request to you, kindly look into the matter so that other customer should not suffer the same.

                            I have subscription with BBDaily for getting 2 Milk Packets Daily and for quite long time I have been receiving only one packet of Milk and daily I called/Chat with customer care and inform them about this issue. They refund the money but this again at same point where it all started.

                              I hv started using bb daily for vegetables.
                              But i met happy with the plastic you use.
                              Stop the use of plastic for vegetables delivery.
                              This company should hv some civic sense.
                              How can they use so much plastic/ polythene
                              Just to deliver 1 chilli or 1 lemon.
                              The whole world is against the use of polythene.
                              They should ban the use of polythene.
                              Or else some serious action should be taken against the company.

                                When i pour the juice in bowl then i find this dirty elastic thing in the juice. I have proper bills and videos to justify it.
                                If any child consumes this juice then their may be a serious health issues may arise, who is responsible for this, bigbasket why dont you inspection the juice before it get deliverd and also why you are tie up with this company which supplies this type of product. Insted of blaming u i decided to register complain against basket.

                                Amount is deducted by net banking reference no. #IGAGABYDAB, on 24-April-2019 6.13pm, it showed declined, so your representative took cash 1000 Rs FROM ME & charged the bb daily wallet, subscribed. now 1000 rs extra has gone out from me.. net banking amount has not come back. so refund it.
                                Very Very bad service from the BB daily team, Promised a free kit, but even after 2 months of subscription i haven't received the free kit. And the records show a free kit is already delivered. Even after complaining twice no action has been taken.
                                This is the case with Many of the customers who have subscribed for BB daily in the society.

                                  I have ordered waterbottles for office use order no.#77813808 for morning time 7-9 am and first i recd a msg that your order #bmo[protected] will be delivered on 29th april between 7-9:30am on 29th at 08:01 am then again at 10 am i recd another msg that order scheduled for delivery has been delayed due operational constraints... And again i recd a call at 11 that big basket person is in our lobby and your security is not allowing so i spoke to your bb person to confirm that our office is opened and we are there till 1.. And have came at 08.00 am.. So hav asked him to come on 7th floor after waiting for next ten minutes i send my person to see in lobby.. And then called to your cust care.. And came to know that ur person left bcz of not responding... Even after talking to us your delivery person told lie... Then two times i recd call from your side and have again told whole story,.. But only because of your person is not interested or may be in hurry to go home,. Our deleivery hasnt completed even speaking to us and visiting our doorstep.. He was tired to come on 7th floor by lift. And after talking arguing 4 times to cust care i have recd last msg thatour deleivery person was at you doorstep and we tried calling you on reg mobile no.. Since there was no response (Completely false statement and liers) from your end we have rescheduled it on tue, 30th april...
                                  Just because of your delivery person who said or have given false statemenst our office staff suffered.. This is ridiculous.. And pls follow customers as well... Not only person who lies... Really disappointed and third class service even though cust calls u to resolve issue.. U ppl send that they arent responding... Hatsoff to such liers.. Managers and del., boys aswell... Shame on you, if it will happened regularly then bigbasket will not last long... Mark my words...

                                  i have ordered waterbottles for office use order no.#77813808 for morning time 7-9 am and first i recd a msg that your order #BMO[protected] will be delivered on 29th april between 7-9:30am on 29th at 08:01 am then again at 10 am i recd another msg that order scheduled for delivery has been delayed due operational constraints...and again i recd a call at 11 that big basket person is in our lobby and your security is not allowing so i spoke to your BB person to confirm that our office is opened and we are there till 1 ..and have came at 08.00 am..so hav asked him to come on 7th floor after waiting for next ten minutes i send my person to see in lobby..and then called to your cust care ..and came to know that ur person left bcz of not responding...even after talking to us your delivery person told lie...then two times i recd call from your side and have again told whole story, ..but only because of your person is not interested or may be in hurry to go home, , .our deleivery hasnt completed even speaking to us and visiting our doorstep..he was tired to come on 7th floor by lift.and after talking arguing 4 times to cust care i have recd last msg thatour deleivery person was at you doorstep and we tried calling you on reg mobile no..since there was no response (completely false statement and liers ) from your end we have rescheduled it on tue, 30th april...
                                  just because of your delivery person who said or have given false statemenst our office staff suffered ..this is ridiculous..and pls follow customers as well...not only person who lies...really disappointed and third class service even though cust calls u to resolve issue ..u ppl send that they arent responding...hatsoff to such liers ..managers and del., boys aswell...shame on you, , , if it will happened regularly then bigbasket will not last long...mark my words ...

                                    While i was ordering my monthly grocery from bigbasket, i observed patanjali 500 gm that has an mrp of 135 rupees, is being quoted at 145 on their site.
                                    Which is clearly illegal and even though i highlighted it on social media, their account didn't bother to change/lookup the issue after acknowledging my tweet by systematic response.
