Dear sir,
I have submitted one order on 03/05/2019 at 6.32 pm and it was suppose to deliver by 05/05/2019 (Delivery slot - 10am - 12.30pm)
Order no. Mkovo[protected]
Invoice no. Mkovi[protected]
In big basket app, its showing "your order is on the way" and the customer care is telling me continuously that it will be delivered at the earliest, sorry for the inconvenience due to technical issue. Today when i called for the delivery status, they informed me that since the delivery slot for tomorrow (06/05/2019) is fully booked, it will be delivered on wednesday (07/05/2019) evening.
My only concern is, if the delivery is delayed due to their technical issue then the very next day the "delayed delivery" should be prioritize to the first slot??
My humble request to you, kindly look into the matter so that other customer should not suffer the same.
