Hi,
I had placed an order on 3rd August 2016, of Rs. 408 through net-banking for which money was deducted from my Bank account. But, later I cancelled the order and hence, I haven't received the items ordered. So, Ideally I'm supposed to get a refund of Rs. 408 in my bank account. However, I haven't still received refund money of Rs. 408 which I paid. Instead the total amount that is reflected in my big basket wallet was Rs. – 408. It’s been a month and I have still not received refund of my money in my bank account.
Similar thing has happened yesterday (13/Sept/2016), I had placed an order for 1 kg Bananas (Quantity mentioned on the website was 17-18 bananas), I received only 6 bananas and also the box was not sealed it was open. Hence, I requested for return/exchange, now my Big basket wallet shows Rs. -129. How can my balance be negative when I have paid the full amount through net banking and have asked for exchange of the same item.
This is such a disappointment. These people seems to be cheating by unnecessarily charging me extra and by not refunding my money.
I want my money back in my bank account.
I need a prompt answer for this and I also need this to be resolved asap.
I have also dropped an email on [protected]@bigbasket.com attaching all the receipts but still haven’t received any response.
