This complaint is regarding bigbasket which is trying to make huge brand with mr. khan by giving fake promises.

This is my third bad experience with big basket.

I made a request for items no:13294567 at 26th july 2016, 10.44am for express delivery and supposed to deliver it by 12.14pm on the same day.

With repeated requests to customercare, they were not able to track the items and they were not saying whether it will be delivered today.

If we are opting for express delivery, there would be some reason for it as it is urgent. if you are not able to keep up with promises then dont do it. it is bad for these big guys like mr. khan to endorse these kind of products.

+1 I had a similar poor experience, they cancelled order by themselves and call only once. My order was pre-paid then too they cancelled and for refund I had to call again and again and my money got stuck in their wallet.

I have ordered 3 times in bigbasket coimbatore.
each time they providing old and closure expiry products.
