I have given an interview at bigbasket on 16th [protected]@12:00 pm wednesday. I didn't clear the interview. The hr (Anshita tiwari) told me that the traveling ticket will be reimbursed. I came from pune to just to attend the interview. Till date the amount has not been reimbursed by bigbasket. I have the email chain for reference.

For this order, i faced difficulties. Not only the customer care executives slow, also there r system glitches. You are asked to be on the line while the executive tries to address the issue and they dont have a toll free no. And then they send the delivery and again... Due to sys issue, payment details are not updated properly. I was made to talk to the executive for 45 mins before the order was finally...

First this big basket is totally fraud, they make false promises and then rob the customers.
I had money in my account of rs 368 which was credited for the item that i returned because while checking out it showed the discount, but when I received it, it was billed with mrp. I returned it and the money was credited. After a couple of days when I purchased the goods for their site I used the wallet amount . The same day I got a message...

I had ordered fresh cut fruits papaya, muskmelon, pineapple, and pomogranete and in veg baby potato and Colocasia.

Was excited to receive the fresh cut fruits and vegs, but surprised to receive a rotten fruits rather than fresh ones

It looked as if instead of throwing them they are delivering to people at low cost.

Even the potato and the colocasia was smelling bad.

Myself ordered in big basket with ICICI credit card using ICICI bank promo code BBICICI200 . Order placed, but Rs. 200 discount is not given.

We do no why this Big basket peoples are cheating customers like this Big.

It was my first time ordering on bigbasket. I got two phone calls welcoming me to bigbasket. I selected evening delivery on the next day 5.30 to 7.30 pm. They didnt deliver as expected. I called customer care and the lady assured to call me back in ten minutes. She didnt call for 30 mins, just as i expected. So i called back again and this guy put me on conference with the delivery person. He says he is stuck in traffic and he already informed...

I have placed an order on Big basket and was trying to make payment using debit card. The payment did not go through and i am forced to make the payment as cash on delivery. I am not interested to proceed with the order and there is no provision to cancel the order online.

I had placed an order of 17-18 products for express delivery around 8pm on 31/5/2016. However got few items on the same night 10 pm with express delivery charge 20 rupees and rest of the items delivered next day evening with express delivery charge 20 rupees. I ordered a pack of 6 brown eggs and received 2 color-dipped low quality eggs in the pack.

I have trusted them and they have broken my trust.

Yet again i am here to expose the payment frauds that are happening in bigbasket.com. Bb has released a coupon code for axis bank customers, bbaxis20 - 20% discount for purchases above rs.1000. Since yesterday i have called big basket around 10 times in which 6 times th executive disconnected my call.
All of them promised me call back within 15 mins but it never happened. If i call again they will listen to the problem put me on hold and disconnect the call.
Really frustrated...

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH COmpany. I had horrible two experiences. I had to go out and buy things in the last minute because their delivery person from did not know the area and reported to BB that he called me but I did not pick up phone. Which is lie.

I bought 7 kilos of alphonse mangoes in total in 2 days, the price was rs.69 the first day an then rs.79. Every mango that i have cut already are like the ones shown below. I suspect it to be ripened using artificial means (Carbide - illegal chemical ripening).
