This is an incident that has happened with me from big basket ends, new delhi, -. today dated 10th july 2016. i ordered stuffs eatable items which included eggs. i was been delivered rotten/broken eggs in a quantity of 4-5 in a tray of 30. at the time of opening of the eggs packet, i saw the eggs and at the same time, i called the customer care team to raise a complain regarding the same at [protected] (sandhya received the call). she took my complain at 10:45 am (ist) and promised me that she is going to send a fresh tray of eggs and replace the old ones between 1-2 pm the same day. i cancelled my meetings n all waited till 2 pm but no one replied/no update. at 2pm. as there was no any update, i myself rang the same number and asked about my complain, one of the lady she received my call and put my call on hold to check for the update for almost 10-15 minutes. and after that she said that, the replacement will happen after 4. being asked by me that why i was not been informed the same, she said due to some technical issue. what kind of technical issue it was, that big basket people didn't informed me?? what kind of technical issues it was, big basket provided rotten/broken eggs?? i want the compensation of wasting my time whatever technical issues they had sitting in the ac rooms. if they cant provide the service they should not be there in the market.
