Bigbasket.com — Not able to fill the cart while ordering through your website

I have been using your webportal in my lap top for placing the order. Off late I am finding it very difficult to use your web site for filling the cart. If any item is selected & added in the cart, an instant message appears saying " This item is not available in your city" and some other item is getting added in the cart. For eg if I select Milk shampoo will get added in the add at times.

I have raised this complaint your customer service many times but the advise I am getting is to use your app in mobile phone. As i am not comfortable in using your app, I prefer ordering through your web site from the lap top.

Please let me know whether you can give any solution
