Please refer Order No. #[protected] dated 05.03.2024 for which I paid Rs.802.76 through SBI NET BANKING with Reference No.E240305MYN38NAIGAQYJVPE3 TR TO[protected] INB BBNOW but got a message from you that the Transaction Filed, retry to pay the amount. I did not pay again fearing the same to happen again. The Order is cancelled by you. My account is Debited by Rs. 802.76. Please verify at your end and refund me Rs.802.76 by Reverse Credit.
PLEASE TREAT THE MATTER AS MOST URGENT.

        Sub :A complaint & Legal Notice for compensation for Rs 100 crore, for cancellation of my orders without my permission, knowledge to protect your delivery servant for misbehaving with my wife and for causing me severe emotional pain, harassment, torture, mental agony to me by cancelling my orders, and threatening to close my account.

        I'm shocked to see that all my orders of yesterday;21/02/2024 and 22/02/2024, have been cancelled without my knowledge and permission.

        The delivery servant never calls nor comes to deliver the order.

        The reason is this that yesterday he came and misbehaved with my wife and I complained to the police and to you too. The police lodged a FOR against him but you didn't take any action against him. The least you could have done was to dismiss him from your company.

        I got a call from you, , no. [protected] threatening me that my account will be closed. If you dare to close my account, them I will drag you to Consumer Court for Rs 100 crore compensation. You can consider this as a Legal Notice, under the Consumer Protection Act-2019.

        I'm attaching the photos of the wrong orders received. I ordered Haldiram company's bhujia, but I got a different Aloo bhujia's. See the photos attached in this email of the wrong items received. Also I had ordered A Fresho butter, but I got an Amul butter. Photo's are attached for your reference.

        I got a call that my account has been deactivated. If it's not reactivated immediately, then I will drag you to consumer court for heavy compensation of Rs 100 crores and also petition the Government to cancel your license and order your services to be stopped for wrong, illegal, unlawful, malafide vexatious actions by firstly cancelling my order and when I complained then you deactivated my account. Now reactivate my account immediately.

        Now via this legal notice I demand that you deliver all my orders immediately, or else I will initiate legal action against you including moving the Consumer Court against you for heavy compensation and in case the same is taken against you, it will be on your own risk, consequences and cost.

            I placed a pre-paid order for 26 kgs Sona masuri. Delivery schedule 8-10 AM on 27th Jan 24.
            Status was showing as out for delivery till late in the evening.
            Mr. Prabha called me around 5.30 p.m. I couldn't take the call as I was driving in full traffic.
            I called him within 2 minutes. His phone was either busy or no response.
            I kept calling and he responded saying that he's left already and will call next morning on reaching the location. This is really disturbing.

              I placed a grocery order on Bigbasket on 14.01.2024.
              (Order ID- TKOO[protected]

              I did the payment from my SBI Account through net banking (Ref No of Transaction -IGAQSKVJH6)

              The amount got debited from my account but the order did not get placed. I called Bigbasket Team and they also confirmed that the payment failed.

              Can you please look into this asap and refund my money? This is really worrying and annoying.

                The day before yesterday I ordered groceries from Big Basket. The value of the order was Rs. 4217 under Order No. NJML[protected]. My concern is that No.1. Due to the OTP problem on the first chance when I had gone for 2nd time online I was not able instead iI found that the material would be delivered on 3rd dec. between 10 pm to 12 pm on cash on delivery basis.. Since some of the materials were much needed I was eager but the materials were not delivered till tonight.
                2. One more order with 2 items has been pending. Wanted to get those items with the aforesaid order no. This would have saved the delivery charges, but that was also turned down.

                  I have been delivered amul fresh cream which is nearing product expiry and SOfit soyamilk of bad quality.I have requested for return of product but they have not picked up the products even after following up for four consecutive days . I am currently in Amritha Institute of Medical Science Ernakulam for treatment from which this order was placed. tomorrow I am leaving the hospital bavk home.                     I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received regarding my recent order (Order BNN-[protected][protected] placed on November 12, 2023.

                    To my dismay, the order could not be successfully delivered due to a technical issue. Despite the inconvenience caused, what is even more disheartening is the lack of communication and the non-refund of the debited amount.

                    On the aforementioned date, my account was debited, but the order did not reach me. I have been patiently waiting for the refund to reflect in my account, but as of today, there has been no such reimbursement.

                    I am reaching out to seek immediate resolution and an update on the status of the refund process. It is quite distressing to experience such a lapse in service from a reputed platform like BigBasket. I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and provide me with a prompt resolution.

                      I am sharing my step by step scenario against wrong deactivation of my account .

                      1- I have ordered health drinks or some health products on 03/11/2023 invoice No. XXXXX ..
                      2- After delivery i have found that some of your delivered products are near expiry date.so i called customer care and he said your return & replacement will be done next morning.
                      3- Next day i have not received any call from BigBasket regarding return & replacement .So i called the next day to customer service and shockingly they said my account has been deactivated and told me to activate the account by sending an email.
                      4- I have sent an email to [protected]@bigbasket.com to activate my account in reply I found that my account has been suspended by the operations team due to a bulk order.
                      5- I want to inform u that if i am doing bulk order then why did not cancel my order after placing an order immediately my account has been deactivated when i raise a return request for nearly expiring products.and for my knowledge grocery means monthly usage of products so how can u say that it is bulk order.And it is also my first order from BigBasket.

                        Big Basket has cheated me. I had ordered a ON Gold Standard Whey Protein isolate from big basket on 08/11/2023, but Big Basket delivered duplicate and fake items with the order ID: [protected]. When I recieved the parcel it is without cartridge packing, I asked to the delivery boy what is that, and delivery boy said "Big Basket deliver the item without cartridge", then I doubted and I made a video while i was opening the item and found inside the jar there is wheat flour with running insect inside this jar instead of whey protien poweder. The video tells a lot about their cheating how they cheat and manupulated me and the customers .now I continuing calling to them and escalating about the status . but they dont ready to listen I have all evidence with videos, call recordings and bill and duplicate delivered item, when I filed to return the item then their delivery boy took it and returned back to me after 2 days to saying that we will not return the item, Instead they are blaming me. I've lost my hard earned money, and i'm studying. very disappointing situation to me. Now they are denied to refund the amount.

                          Not able to fill the cart while ordering through your website

                          I have been using your webportal in my lap top for placing the order. Off late I am finding it very difficult to use your web site for filling the cart. If any item is selected & added in the cart, an instant message appears saying " This item is not available in your city" and some other item is getting added in the cart. For eg if I select Milk shampoo will get added in the add at times.

                          Today i have ordered fresho eggs 2 packs. When i was about to cook the eggs it was worst i can see black yolk instead of yellow.. As they will promise customers they will deliver everything freshly directly from farm... This is the second time im facing this issue..                             It consists of 7 items. Full payment is made. But received only 6 items.
                            The invoice says one item (plastic bucket) not av.
                            Then why payment received by big basket? so why then bb will not deliver ?
                            even the refund is not made. No statement for refund is received till now.
                            Which i think i have been fooled by bigbasket .

                                Not getting refund of transaction which is claimed as failed by big basket

                                As confirmed by the bank I had successful transaction with the bb app on two days total Rs 1500. But Bb claims to have not received it and still not bothered to refund inspite of multiple chats and complaints. It has been more than 8 working days and no reply....

                                This is with my earlier email dated 2nd August 2023.
                                Earlier message:
                                I have subscribed to Alternate Day "WARANA COW MILK 500 ML POUCH", since July 2023 I have not received this product properly. The message received that we have delivered this product. But I have not received it. Spoken to customer care Tahir, Ranjit & Bharat they promise that it will not repeat again. But one day they delivered and again the next alternate day the message came that the product was delivered but I have not received.

                                Kindly escalate this matter to HIGHER authorities.

                                Meanwhile STOP this subscription and REFUND my money.

                                Kindly look into the matter URGENTLY and inform accordingly.
