I am to say that my BigBasket account was blocked suddenly citing misuse of Return/Refund policy. But, no prior written notice was given by mail to me about it, to warn me or enquire about it. I have a pending balance of around 585 INR in my account wallet, which is now gone. I never misused any guidelines. Whenever, genuine problem occured, I complained...

I ordered the grocery and it gave delivery slot for Saturday night. Obviously I needed it Sunday morning urgently so relied on big basket and ordered it. Saturday night they changed the delivery time to 11 am - 2 pm. I requested customer service that I need it urgently and I would have have gone in the night to buy the grocery if I knew u r not going to deliver on time. In stead of taking my request they changed the delivery time to 6pm.-...

I took a subscription of banana leaves every alternate day. They provided very poor quality leaves 80% of time. They refunded the amount 2-3 times and after that they said they cannot refund any more. I needed the banana leaves, so had to arrange locally . This is really poor service from a company owned by TATA group....

My order is delayed by almost more than 4 hours which is very disappointing and for help I have contacted the customer care team 4 times every time they told me to that your order will be delivered in 1 hr and we will call you back in 15 min but not even a single time I have recieved any call and still my order is not delivered... I am very much frustrated from that lie statements of customer executives every time .

As per the answer from you in the previous mails you think I ordered something for the commercial use but why would I do that if 1. Neither do I own any kirana or gorcery store nore know anyone who owns it !.
2. How can you say I ordered 1 pack of 6 good knight refill my purchase for kirana store!

I ordered 2nd time because my family member told me that we need total of 12 good knight refill instead of 6 so I recorded...

I had many communicationy with big basket customer care also done many times emails even escalate to there grievance team but not yet get any response where my money gone.

On 1 Feb 2022 Rs 1308 got debited from my Bank account for Big Basket order through Paytm. But Big Basket showed Payment failed. This amount was neither credited to Paytm wallet nor has the amount reversed back into my account. Hi Team,
My BigBasket account is deactivated based on dispute arise from my last purchase from "bigbasket daily(BB Daily)". without any prior communication from BigBaskset team. This shows how professionally they deal with consumers.

They have already deactivated my BB Daily account for the same. Both BB daily and BigBasket accounts are different and needs separate signup or registration as a consumer.

On 31st Oct 2020, I placed an online order for some of the grocery items with Bigbasket company via the app. I made payment using internet banking using the option to pay via online payment mode. The site has redirected to the payment gateway using the ICICI portal, where the payment was successful with proper authentication with OTP for the transaction amount of 2502 Indian rupees.

I ordered groceries from bigbaset on 23-march-2020. Thee was paid in total immediately. Big basket cancelled my order from their side the same day.

However instead of refunding the amount to the source which was charged, they mentioned it will be refunded to the big basket wallet. The wallet amount can only be used with big basket and since their website and mobile app are disfunctional for last several days i am not able...

Its tough time for everyone coz its locked down on 25 th march i received message from bigbasket that all my orders are cancelled coz restricted by government.
