Bigbasket.com — Order not delivered and yet status shows completed | |||||
Hi, I placed one order from Bigbasket on 20th Sept which was consisting of 2 sub order(that wasn't known to me). With so mush hustle and changing the time slots one of the order got delivered. The other order wasn't delivered and Big basket called telling that the items are not in stock. Rather they updated in system as customer cancelled the order. When raised this concern they apologised, refund the amount as big basket wallet points. I placed a different order again. That wasn't delivered on due date and time, no notification was given. It was rescheduled by them automatically, and on the next due date it wasn't delivered again. Rather in the wront time slot it was updated as completed. When enquired Big Basket agreed that its system error and they will send the order. I requested to refund my money, and send so many emails but no reply from Big basket customer care. as per big basket policy i was to eb credited 1.5*[protected]/-
but the same has not been credited to my account or wallet,

Even after so many hours of chasing big basket they do not have any interest in solving the isue. They dont even reply.

I have ordered few items on Sunday and order number EXN-[protected][protected]. It showing order status completed. But I didn't receive any products. I feel like being cheated.
