On 31st Oct 2020, I placed an online order for some of the grocery items with Bigbasket company via the app. I made payment using internet banking using the option to pay via online payment mode. The site has redirected to the payment gateway using the ICICI portal, where the payment was successful with proper authentication with OTP for the transaction amount of 2502 Indian rupees.
Following things happened after the payment was made
- Confirmation of order received @19:15
- Payment failed notification email @19:16
- Order payment mode changed to cash of delivery
I haven’t received money back either to my bigbasket wallet/to ICICIC bank for the failed transaction if it is or notification for the failure in between the payment gateway. I was waiting for reasoning stating the reason for failure and message informing on reversal of payment, but nothing has happened in these 7 days.
I would like to give the complaint for the same, such that someone looks at my issue and help me to resolve it. Sharing my order number below
