: Payment query Ticket l No:[protected]
I raised request to transfer my wallet balance of Rs 1108.26, to my Bank/ source of payment i can see transfer initiated on 22march but I didn’t get it .
I had many communicationy with big basket customer care also done many times emails even escalate to there grievance team but not yet get any response where my money gone.
I submitted my bank statement to them after that everytime i get below response from them.
So raising the consumer complaint hope it will take care and action to big basket
