Bigbasket.com — Wrongfully claiming that delivery is free for purchase over Rs. 500 | |||
As per the big basket promise if my bill is over Rs. 500 the delivery is free. So now they are splitting the bill into 2 -3 bits after confirmation to go ahead and then charging a delivery charge. They should let people know that they are no longer delivering free. Don't lie to your customers. We have been regular customers since they opened and we were surprised to see that we are suddenly getting charged 2 -3 delivery charges. Was this information helpful? | |||
