Billdesk — amount debited from my account but not paid to credit card

I have used billdesk to pay my hsbc credit card using my indian bank netbanking.
I paid rs.80000 towards the credit card due. The money has been deducted from my indian bank account.

Dated: 06/02/2019 at 23:26.

The money has not been deposited to my hsbc credit card account.

Please resolve the issue at the earliest.
