Billdesk — amount debited from my account but not paid to credit card | |||
I have used billdesk to pay my hsbc credit card using my indian bank netbanking. I paid rs.80000 towards the credit card due. The money has been deducted from my indian bank account. The details: Withdrawal Transfer Billdesk Pinb[protected] /hsbccard/ Transfer to [protected] Dated: 06/02/2019 at 23:26. The money has not been deposited to my hsbc credit card account. I used google pe app to recharge my jio number [protected] dated: 08/02/2019 by 5:10pm but my transaction is successful but recharge for my jio number is unsuccessful so that i hope i will get the refund... I was waiting for the refund .. Please refer to the screenshot provided... About the transaction...

I have recharged my jio phone no.[protected] on 8th feb 2019 using reliancejioinfocomm/billdesk for rs. 349 using net banking o[censored]nion bank of india the amount was deducted from union bank on same day. But my jio connection is disconnected due to nonpayment. Please refund the amount.
