On 25-June-2021 I placed an order on Amazon for 1962rs, as the items were on sale and i can get it delivered on the following day. so did my payment, but this Billdesk threw an error and the order was put on hold, when i checked my bank account, the amount was debited, with no message to indicate that it was debited and it will be refunded nothing, I tried to contact the BD cc number but it says "you are not allowed to call this number", well wrote a mail to their support mail ID - but no replies, my money is stuck with them, and the item was not on sale anymore, how to ruin a persons weekend, just steal his money and let him not use it, this is not the first time this payment failure at BD gateway happened with me, but this is the first time its not showing any sign of refund.
BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
