I had made a paytm fastag bill payment of INR 20, 000 on 25th June, 04:15 PM through airtel payments bank billdesk (transaction details attached in screenshot). The payment was not received in my paytm fastag and I tried to contact airtel payments bank to check the status of my payment. They have informed me that the transaction was showing as succesfull on their system with billdesk reference number[protected]. They are unable to provide me a refund for it for the same reason. Kindly check and let me know the status of my transaction so that I can forward it to their team. Apart from the transaction ID, you may also check using my mobile number [protected] and transaction date and time 25th June 2021, 04:15 PM.
Kindly verify the details and let me know if the transaction is succesfull at billdesk's side.
