I made a payment for my bsnl landline bill through the bill desk payment gateway using icici net banking portal. The tx. Amount is 905.00 but the bsnl merchant didnt receive the money. Please tell me the status of the transaction, whether the money is sent to the bsnl merchant or not. If not please refund my money.

    I aori pandey having uppcl electricity account no. [protected], branch - chinhut, Done a bill payment of electricity from uttar pradesh power corporation site through billdesk via debit card on[protected] and tried to paid an bill amount of Rs4226 but after the payment done the site showed a error message and instead of transferring money to the linked uppcl account the money got transferred to some mumbai branch office of the power corporation and doesn't received at the reciever end whom i was trying to pay and no bill was payed to the billing arrangement and amount was not showed in my uppcl bill account till date. I once again payed the money in cash for paying my bill. The amount of Rs 4226 has been deducted from my account on[protected] but not received at biller end. Now my money is stuck in between and when i tried to complain about it at customer care they told to wait one day then when next day i called they told that server is not working.
    Please i request you to reverse the amount deducted from account back to my account. I had attached the image of passbook statement and error message showed to me after the payment.

        Please update the payment of Rs.42, 805.03/- Total amount due on RBL Bank Super card number - [protected].

        I made this payment today using RBL Mycard app through HDFC net banking via Bill desk.

        However the payment is not reflecting on the card.

            I attempted to pay my electricity bill in DGVCL (Consumer No-[protected]) on May 8, 2021. Money (Amount 2656.84) got debited but the payment failed.
            I request the concerned authorities to credit the amount that has been debited. Kindly provide a refund.

            Kindly resolve the issue. Money has been deducted but my electricity payment process was not successful. My electricity bill payment is still due. I have attached photos to support my claim.

                On 06.05.2021, I have made a transaction of rs 50, 000 to pay my National Pension trust contribution through eNPS portal. The money was deducted from my bank account but the billdesk failed to transfer the amount to eNPS India.

                Can you kindly take the necessary action to transfer my money to eNPS or refund back to my account details below:

                Transaction reference number: check attachment got from ICICI bank
                Merchant reference number: National pensions trust

                I have attached the payment reference screenshots and also the deduction from the bank.

                Kindly do the needful and make the payment as soon as possible...

                        Maine ek complain daali thi double payment ki Jo Maine tata sky connection ki booking ke liye kiya tha billdesk ko phone pe ke through pr udhar se koi reply na aane ke kaaran apne payments ko cancel karne ke liye aur refund ke liye help maagi thi pr usme to kuch help hui nahi ulta help ke naam pr billdesk se call aaya aur yeh kah kr ki aapka refund ho jayega bs Jo hum kahe Woh aap karte jao.. Aur Aisa bol kr unhone 42000 aur debit kara liye mere account se. What the hell is this? Please take action immediately otherwise I will complain against this fraud in cybercrime. I need help.

                            On 04/05/2021 at 12/40 pm, I paid online KMC property tax bill of 8360/- by SBI credit card। Received message that amount debited।
                            But BillDesk message shows Error and KMC account not credited।
                            Please look into the matter and advise me accordingly।

                                    Yesterday, I have made my fees payment of Rs 1500 for AIIMS M.Biotech registration form from UPI ID through Billdesk gateway.The amount got deducted from my bank account but the screen showed up that an error has occured.And my fee is still pending on the AIIMS site.

                                        Money deducted from bank but payment not credited to credit card account.

                                        I have made payment of INR 16720 on April 30, 2021 towards credit card bill using ICICI iMobile app. Transaction was successful but I got email that payment failed from billdesk. It's been 3 days and the amount did not get credited to my credit card account. I spoke to both banks and they asked to check with billdesk. @billdesk : Please resolve the issue asap.
