Address: DGVCL, Surat

I attempted to pay my electricity bill in DGVCL (Consumer No-[protected]) on May 8, 2021. Money (Amount 2656.84) got debited but the payment failed.
I request the concerned authorities to credit the amount that has been debited. Kindly provide a refund.
BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Kindly resolve the issue. Money has been deducted but my electricity payment process was not successful. My electricity bill payment is still due. I have attached photos to support my claim.

    I paid through the billdeskpayment gateway, but now Roger is refusing to pay me and saying that you contact the merchant, while I am not having any contact with the merchant. I did this work or this transaction by believing billdesk

      On 06.05.2021, I have made a transaction of rs 50, 000 to pay my National Pension trust contribution through eNPS portal. The money was deducted from my bank account but the billdesk failed to transfer the amount to eNPS India.

      Can you kindly take the necessary action to transfer my money to eNPS or refund back to my account details below:

      ICICI Bank A/C no:[protected]

      Transaction reference number: check attachment got from ICICI bank
      Merchant reference number: National pensions trust

      I have attached the payment reference screenshots and also the deduction from the bank.

      Kindly do the needful and make the payment as soon as possible...

              Maine ek complain daali thi double payment ki Jo Maine tata sky connection ki booking ke liye kiya tha billdesk ko phone pe ke through pr udhar se koi reply na aane ke kaaran apne payments ko cancel karne ke liye aur refund ke liye help maagi thi pr usme to kuch help hui nahi ulta help ke naam pr billdesk se call aaya aur yeh kah kr ki aapka refund ho jayega bs Jo hum kahe Woh aap karte jao.. Aur Aisa bol kr unhone 42000 aur debit kara liye mere account se. What the hell is this? Please take action immediately otherwise I will complain against this fraud in cybercrime. I need help.

                  But BillDesk message shows Error and KMC account not credited।
                  Please look into the matter and advise me accordingly।

                        But BillDesk message shows ERROR and KMC account not credited.

                          Yesterday, I have made my fees payment of Rs 1500 for AIIMS M.Biotech registration form from UPI ID through Billdesk gateway.The amount got deducted from my bank account but the screen showed up that an error has occured.And my fee is still pending on the AIIMS site.

                          Please help me to resolve the issue.

                              Money deducted from bank but payment not credited to credit card account.

                              I have made payment of INR 16720 on April 30, 2021 towards credit card bill using ICICI iMobile app. Transaction was successful but I got email that payment failed from billdesk. It's been 3 days and the amount did not get credited to my credit card account. I spoke to both banks and they asked to check with billdesk. @billdesk : Please resolve the issue asap.

                                Yesterday I have paid 2000 rupees for my registration in west bengal university of health science. Money deducted from the card I have used but registration process is showing incomplete & redirecting me to pay again.
