    Two times amount Rs 6624 deducted from the bank respectively through UPI Transaction I'ds[protected] &[protected] but both the amount was not redlected in account of avvnl rj electricity billing company..so kindly clarify the matter ..and refund the deferred amount in bank account

        29th May 2021:
        While making payment towards LIC policy received error on Billdesk:
        Reason: Sorry. We were unable to process your transaction. We apologise for the inconvenience and request you to try again later.

        Premium amount 24, 020 has already been detected through ICICI net banking transaction however LIC portal still shows payment is due.

          I recharge my tata sky through Billdesk using Gpay UPI ...after payment my balance was cut from my bank account but recharge was not made..when I contact the tata sky customer care .they told me no payment was made by me...but I have payment details with me...please return my money..

              By mistake we have been debited two times for the same trade license demand notice while makin online payment on 17/07/2020.
              we are continuously following for refund and we have been told that the amount will be credited in our bank . we have been given a screen shot that the amount was credited in our on 19-07/2020.but the amount is not reflect in in our card. i am sending u screen shot showing that
              transactions in your portal. Kindly do the needful.

                      I purchased a shared bk plan and invested my money in that according to the Shared Bk agreement. “from the date of rental bicycle investors will provide rental services for the equipment purchased by shared BK. The less period is 30 days, the daily profit is 460 rupees, and the total profit is 13800 Rupees". and did not provide me services perfectly as it promised to me, but it cheated me and scammed and ran away with my money. I invested my money in shared BK because it connected to trusted gateway BillDesk, so please refund my amount in my account.

                          Dear Sir/Madam, I have recharged my jio number with plan 599 and paid for it using my jio app. The transaction was successful and money got deducted from my bank account but jio did not send any confirmation message regarding the recharge. Now I have no recharge plans active on my number even though I have paid for it. Very poor customer service. Thanks

                                    While carrying out internet transactions from MF websites delay is experienced in credit of funds to MF, even though the amount is debited to investor account immediately. In one case of failed transaction amount is reverted to my account after 25 days. my e mail dated 29 Apr to [protected]@billdesk mentioned these instances while raising quarries regarding the procedure itself. Not receiving appropriate reply my mail dtd 10 May listed out the quarries and sought specific answer to them. I have clearly mentioned that my communication should not be considered complaint against a specific transaction. However, in complete diregard to my quarries pgsupport has been responding in incoherent manner, giving an impression that the contents of my mail have not been read by the executive responding.
