Hi,

On 12/12/2020, I tried paying DGVCL bill via Billdesk merchant gateway but the transaction errored out. The transaction amount Rs 4, 665.19 /- got deducted from my card but was not credited to DGVCL BIlldesk Mumbai account

Need help to get my money back.

BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Amount was paid via Debit card. The portal shows error in transaction while the amount is debited from my bank account. Please help me resolve this issue.

        I had tried to book airindia flight tickets online and made payment of 59, 280.00 VHDF[protected]-Billdk AIR INDIA 02 Feb 2021 hdfc bank, but tickets are not booked and amount has been deducted from my account. i informed my bank they said it takes 3-5 days to be credited

        i even raised a ticket with billdesk no: 1303849 but no use

        there is no customer service number working..

          Hi Team,

          I made a payment of Rs 29, 290 towards my SBI Credit card. The amount is deducted from my savings account and UPI says payment received by Billdesk/purchase confirmed however, SBI has no track of it and it says payment failed. Please help asap

              I did transaction on 1st Feb from FreeCharge wallet to BBdaily but it failed in between..It is showing successful in FreeCharge side but not in BBdaily side
              I am following up with all 3 teams : BBdaily, FreeCharge and Billdesk and it is going ping pong ...
              Now the real issue is with Bill desk which can confirm back to Free charge team about failure of transaction at their end but I am not getting satisfactory response

              Would like to raise formal complaint against Billdesk for the same

                    On 5th February, I paid my university admission fee through the BillDesk payment gateway. The university website uses BillDesk as a payment gateway. The amount of 5926.6 was deducted, but the payment got failed on the university website. The support from the university site confirmed that. I also emailed the BillDesk support at [protected]@billdesk.com on the same day, but no response from them. I used SBI internet banking to process the payment. The reference numbers provided by SBI are VSBI[protected]IGAKLAJHQ9 and IGAKLAJHQ9. I am worried about the money and hope that I'll get a refund soon.

                    on 11.02.2021 I was paying property tax online through by debit card. I followed regular. At the end Transaction showed as Fail with a message that Bill Desk is waiting for Response from Bank. Amount is debited from from Bank Account. Image is attached for your ready reference. You are requested to refund said amount to me.

                                I am an exam applicant and every time I pay the money through Billdesk, the fee gets deducted but Billdesk gives regret. The money is never credited back to my account. This has happened in every exam I have applied. The exams are:

                                1. RBI grade b
                                2. SSC CGL

                                The same has happened with other applicants too. Either the company is defrauding its customers. Why the money is not being credited back ??

                                  Sir,
                                  I have made a payment of Rs. 420/- for Electricity bill (WBSEDCL) from my ICICI UPI through BillDesk on 04/02/2021 at 3.29 pm. The transaction was successful (ID[protected] but the beneficiary (WBSEDCL) has not received the said payment still now however the same debited amount is not refunded in my A/c also. I am trying to check the payment status in BillDesk portal only but searching result showing "Sorry, We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try after some time." from last 2 days.

                                  Therefore, I request for take necessary action to refund the debited amount immediately.
