On 5th February, I paid my university admission fee through the BillDesk payment gateway. The university website uses BillDesk as a payment gateway. The amount of 5926.6 was deducted, but the payment got failed on the university website. The support from the university site confirmed that. I also emailed the BillDesk support at [protected]@billdesk.com on the same day, but no response from them. I used SBI internet banking to process the payment. The reference numbers provided by SBI are VSBI[protected]IGAKLAJHQ9 and IGAKLAJHQ9. I am worried about the money and hope that I'll get a refund soon.

on 11.02.2021 I was paying property tax online through by debit card. I followed regular. At the end Transaction showed as Fail with a message that Bill Desk is waiting for Response from Bank. Amount is debited from from Bank Account. Image is attached for your ready reference. You are requested to refund said amount to me.

              I am an exam applicant and every time I pay the money through Billdesk, the fee gets deducted but Billdesk gives regret. The money is never credited back to my account. This has happened in every exam I have applied. The exams are:

              1. RBI grade b
              2. SSC CGL

              The same has happened with other applicants too. Either the company is defrauding its customers. Why the money is not being credited back ??

                Sir,
                I have made a payment of Rs. 420/- for Electricity bill (WBSEDCL) from my ICICI UPI through BillDesk on 04/02/2021 at 3.29 pm. The transaction was successful (ID[protected] but the beneficiary (WBSEDCL) has not received the said payment still now however the same debited amount is not refunded in my A/c also. I am trying to check the payment status in BillDesk portal only but searching result showing "Sorry, We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try after some time." from last 2 days.

                Therefore, I request for take necessary action to refund the debited amount immediately.

                        I made a Bill Payment for Electricity on PhonePe app. It was done through Billdesk.
                        Amount got deducted from my account and later the bill payment failed.
                        Till now no refund has been done for my Payment of ₹3482.

                          Dear Sir / Madam,

                          I am writing to you to raise an issue about Money Transfer & UPI done through Billdesk Payment gateway on e-NPS website.

                          The issue that I have experienced was: On 31/01/2021, I have made a Voluntary Contributions towards my National Pension System account with PRAN#[protected] for the amount of INR 10, 011.80 ( INR 10, 000 contribution + taxes INR 11.80).
                          The payment method I used was UPI payment from Google pay linked to my HDFC Bank with account # 062XXXXXX926.

                          Unfortunately, the Amount was debited from my bank and the transaction on the e-NPS site showed as failed. ( Attached the Payment receipt ). Google pay payment status shows Transaction successful.

                          I had checked the Bank statements and observed the payment was successful to NPS trust with UPI ID #[protected]. ( Attached all receipts from BANK )

                          I don't also see any contribution reflecting on my account towards this transaction and there is no way to trace it from the NPS site. All I have is just the acknowledgment receipt at the time of payment.

                          NPS system is owned by Government and there is neither customer service nor accountability in case of Grievances.

                          I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account [protected]@gmail.com

                                    On[protected], we made payment to BSNL, Amount is Rs. 878, paid from SBI-SB account and transaction ID is VSBI[protected]IGAKJFJAU3.
                                    This transaction has not been reflected in our BSNL account, but the amount is deducted from SB account.
                                    Please reverse the same.

                                        We made online payment Rs. 2, 294 to Tatasky for ID [protected] on 27-January-2021. Payment description is VINB[protected]. The payment was made from Indian Bank and the said amount has been debited by Indian Bank. But we find that the payment has not been updated in Tatasky system. Please help.
