I made a Bill Payment for Electricity on PhonePe app. It was done through Billdesk.
Amount got deducted from my account and later the bill payment failed.
Till now no refund has been done for my Payment of ₹3482.

This transaction has not been reflected in our BSNL account, but the amount is deducted from SB account.
Please reverse the same.

The payment was made from Indian Bank and the said amount has been debited by Indian Bank. But we find that the payment has not been updated in Tatasky system. Please help. Credit Card Payment via Bill Desk - Amount is debited from bank

I have made my RBL credit card payment of Rs 18, 362 on 28 Jan 2021 through Bill Desk. Amount has been deducted from my HDFC account but not credited to my RBL Credit Account. Since amount is high, i m worried as RBL has not received the payment. Please look into the matter ASAP and help immediately. Pls confirm the status of my payment.

Billdesk Amount 25029 INR got debited but not credited to NPS account
I did a voluntary contribution of 25029 rs to my nps account through e-NPS CRA app on 27 Jan 2021. Amount got debited from my SBI account through UPI but after that it didn't take me to nps . Status didn't get updated in nps and also not credited till now.
