Im enquiring about my Payment issue, Yesterday I paid My RBL Credit card payment by Using Billdesk Payment Mode, It is not yet reflected In My Account, I Try reaching Customer Representative Regarding This issue but couldn't able to connect, Kindly Help me resolve this issue.

Twice the amount for AFCAT form have been debited but the payment was then reflected through Net Banking.
It has been more than 15 days and the refund is no yet received .
The amount of Rs.250 was debited twice.

Money deducted but payment was not visible in AFCAT page and so I again paid through debit card. Two times the money was debited and no refund is issued.

I filled my IB AICO entrance exam form on 9th Jan2021 and paid 600 Rupees which successful got deducted from my SBI bank account but IB AICO website showing payment pending.

Why you Deducted my amount .

With respect to the above subject I want to inform you that after registration, filling up the whole application, I made payment of Rs. 500 but soon after the payment, I logged in my portal saying, “Your Application from has been submitted and payment is pending.”

My application number mha MHA[protected] for IB ACIO form I made a payment through net banking (SBI net banking) my amount of fee 500 rs deducted from my ac but the fee is not show paid in my form and shows failed status but I haven't got my refund.
