Sir, Myself Asutosh Mukherjee. I am West Bengal PSC WBCS 2021 Candidate. My Enrollment Number is - PSCWB[protected] on wbpsc.gov.in.

After filling WBCS (EXECUTIVE) 2021 advertise no 18/2020, When i trying to pay my exam fees rs 210, After transaction PSCWB page showed " Sorry! Please Try Again", screenshot attached. So I tried 4 times, And 4 times deducted my money. Total 210*4=840 Rs. Please Refund my extra 210*3=630 Rs, And updated my form that paid.

I am giving all 4 transaction details (Rs 210) from UCO bank account number [protected]..

Please Update my form status and give me back Rest 3 transaction Money. I need it very badly, we left only some money for family monthly expenditure. And if you cant paid then give me back all money.

      Payment forIB ACIO II form failed but money deducted from HDFC account.

      In first attempt, payment for IB ACIO II form application failed but money (Rs 606)deducted from my HDFC account.
      Then once again I tried for payment and payment was successful(Rs 606) .
      But money deducted in first failed payment still not refunded to my bank account.
      Resolve as soon as possible.

      Money debited but not updated in my exam application

      I had to make a payment for PSC WBCS EXE. 2021 examination. I paid but I have not received any payment slip. Still, my money has been debited. I didn't know that money has already been debited because I have not received any message. I saw no payment successful message popping up on my screen. I had to make another two payments of 211.89 Rs. I request you to either update my payment details in my exam application or refund my money. My mail...

      I did payment through bill desk for WBCS 2021 Application via Debit Card. The amount (₹ 211.89/-) was deducted from my account but the webpage remained un responsive and the payment status never reflected in the website.

      I consecutively made " 3 PAYMENT ATTEMPTS " but neither bore any fruit to me and hence it unnecessarily lies with BillDesk. (Total = 211.89 × 3 = ₹635.67)
      Kindly refund my money back that I paid via. Debit card at the earliest.
      The screenshot SMS of payment receipt has been attached with the complaint.

          I paid my afcat 1 2021 fees via phonepay which got deducted from my bank account and credited to billdesk but even after deduction of money my afcat payment status was not approved, so i paid fee from another bank account after which my payment status got approved and application got submitted, so i want my refund from billdesk. am attaching my payment statement too

            I made a payment of ₹250 for AFCAT through PhonePe upi on 7-1-2021, which was not successful. So I had to make another payment which was approved. I’ve not been refunded even after 6 days.

              I applied to afcat 2021 on 10 jan 2020. And made payment through google pay using upi. Money deducted from my account but in my application it is showing payment not done. So i had made an other payment that transaction is suuccessful but this amount is not refunded still.

              My google transaction id is cicagkcz5vxtcg.

                Ib acio form payment deducted but not paid in my application

                My application number MHA[[protected]] for ib acio form i made a payment through debit card sbi 9th january 2020 my amount of fee 600 rs deducted from my ac but fee is not show paid in my form and shows failed status but i dont get my refund nor paid for application fee.                 On[protected] I payed my application fees through internet banking (ICICI BANK), first time it displayed as payment failed due to network error, so I again tried i got the same result. But next day morning I received a message from the bank that the amount is deducted twice from my bank account, but still the payment is pending on IB portal. So I request you to please resolve my issue and refund the Rs. 606 which was done extra.

                  Today I apply online on west bengal public service commission. After pay online of amount 211 rs i received a notification of failed transaction so I tried again and then same thing happened. But after few moments i received two msg of both transaction for the same application. So I want to refund my one transaction.

                    Upi payment was successful but my ib acio form show payment pending

                    I completed my reg and payment on 7.1.21 through upi.amount deducted on my bank account.after i login my id MHA[protected] its show payment pending.below i attach the photo for transaction id details....

                        Today's I payment Rs250 through Paytm UPI to ongoing cost guard Online application Form fill at approx 12:10p.m. then amount is deucted from my bank but merchent can not received so application payment is successful. so second time I pay this amount Rs.205 using Debit card through this merchent and also payment is successful also application is succesful..so now how I can get my money Rs. 250 which is first time apply.

                          I was filling my wbcs examination fee of my sister Apsana Majhi wbcs reg. No :- wbpsc[protected] but due to technical glitch my amount got deducted twice in image file the transaction ID can be seen.

                            Dear Sir/ Madam,

                            On 16th Dec 2020, i tried to recharge my father jio mobile with Rs 2399 unlimited pack. The display came on the computer monitor that transaction was unsuccessful and the money got debited. It was also displayed that money refund will be done in 10 days. Still the amount is not refunded. On the same day i once more tried to recharge the same mobile with same amount and this time successful. The transaction references are
                            INB/[protected]/Jio Money(BILLDESK)/NA - This was unsuccessful
                            INB/[protected]/Jio Money(BILLDESK)/NA - This was successful

                            Waiting for refund amount still. I have checked jio website for this and it is shown that, we need to contact bank for the refund. I checked with axis bank and as per their records both transactions are successful and asked to contact merchant payment.

                            The first transaction with the reference number is:[protected]VUTI[protected]) and the second
                            transaction reference number is:[protected]VUTI[protected]).

                            Kindly refund the amount of Rs 2399.

                                I made a payment for IB ACIO application form for Rs 600/- on 7th jan 2021 through SBI net banking.
                                It got successful from the banks end but was not received at merchant's end. I tried to raise a complaint in my bank, but they asked me to contact the merchant. I tried contacting them but was unable to reach the merchant.

                                Please help me out in getting the refund.
