    Dear Sir

    I have made payment to my HDFC Credit Card through bill Desk.
    Amount- Rs 17840/- ( Seventeen Thousands Eight Hundred and Forty only)
    Transaction Ref Num- VIDB[protected]
    Transaction date and time- 4th Jan 2021, Time-10:14:11 am
    The amount got debited from my IDBI Account but the payment status from Bill Desk is showing Pending and not yet credit.
    The IDBI debit screen shot and HDFC Bill Desk Screen Shot is enclosed.
    Please note the due date of bill payment is 6th Jan 2021 and I have made payment on 4th Jan 2021, any delay will lead to additional charges.

    Kindly Confirm the payment As soon as posiible

      Dear Sir,

          On 2/1/2021, I paid for Afcat 1 2021 in google pay through bill desk.
          The money has been deducted from the account but the payment process is incomplete.
          I paid again through debit card and that process is successfully completed.
          But there is a delay in refund for the first payment.
          So I request to see through this problem and solve it

                  While paying my fees on afcat.cdac.in portal and filling application fees on it billdesk govt requested my upi id while paying through bhim upi and then Rs 250 is deducted from my account but does not reflect on my afcat application status .

                  Please resolve my issue and give my payment back

                      I have made payment for the IB ACIO with application no MHA[protected] through internet banking from SBI bank of Rs.500 to MHA at 11.56 am with Ref Id: IGAKDFCOB8 and it was not reflected in my application form and my application was showing pending status. Therefore I have again paid the same amount through internet banking at 12.15pm with Ref Id:IGAKDFESH1 which was a success and my application was successfully submitted. It has been 7 days and the amount has not been credited to my account yet. Hence it is requested to refund the amount i.e 500 which was paid twice.

Therefore I have again paid the same amount through debit card on same day after few hour which was a success and my application was successfully submitted. It has been 2 days and the amount has not been credited to my account yet. Hence it is requested to refund the amount i.e 600 which was paid twice.

                          I have paid the amount for IB ACIO exam 3 times, the payment was unsuccessful first two times, once on SBI Online and next through UPI transaction, amount got deducted from my account but it failed to reflect in the application the first two times. The last time my transaction was successful, but there was no reminder of the failed two transactions or about their refund time.

                          2. UPI Transaction ID:[protected].

                          Kindly notify the above issue with respective authorities and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

                            While paying the exam amount of AFCAT registration, I payed through Barcode first the transaction was successful but payment status was incomplete. After it I payed the amount through my Debit card. From both medium the amount was debited.

                              Hi team,

                              This is very ridiculous situation. I was done payment on 26.12.20 at bihar municipal property tax of rs 2275.53/- and i did the payment amount got debited from my account but payment has done not succesful.

                              after that i contact with sbi team they are told you have to contact with merchant team therefore please look into this urgently because till now i did not get refund amount.

                                I did payment through bill desk for AFCAT (I) 2021 cycle bar code . The amount was debited from my account but the webpage remained un responsive and the payment status is showing NIL in the website.
                                The amount was succesfully deducted .
                                Kindly refund me my money back that I paid via Paytm scanner at the earliest.
                                The payment receipt has been attached with the complaint.

                                    I fill my exam form online while doing my payment online I choose upi option and I get request from billdeskgovt to pay that form fee I pay my fee and it get success but in my online application it show that I don't pay any fee. Then I do it again and this same thing happen my money debited from my account two time for same thing but not get processes further please help me and return my money back 😡😡😡
