    I have paid for AFCAT exam twice but the payment is deducted from my account but the payment not reflected there. I paid 250 rupees 2 times totally 500 rupees

        I Mr Prasad babu V, paid Electricity bill and water bill online through HDFC BANK on 22/12/2020.Amount debited 2-3 times from my account, but not deposited to the Electricity or waterboard bank account or not refunded back to my account.Please clarify this issue.

            on date 22/12/2020 i paid sbi credit card bill payment from sbi app via billdesk gateway but amount was debited from bank and not credited to my sbi credit card account

            amount : 22983/-

            so please solve this query or refund my amount to original source

              Date of incedent: 23/12/2020

              I have applied for IB Assistant Central Intelligence Officer (ACIO) i with an application fee of rs. 600/- through SBI internet banking. The amount got deducted from account but still it is asking for payment in registartion form. i have checked my account balance the amount is debited. But in form it is showing payment as failure. Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.

                On 24th November 2020 we have paid Rs. 36, 956/- (Thirty six thousand nine hundred and fifty six only) to Finance Department of Bihar (Jagdishpur Anchal) from Canara Bank having transection ref. no- DSKVCNB[protected]. That amount was deducted from our account but not paid to Beneficiary account and that amount is not refunded to us.

                We have asked to Bank regarding the same but bank told us to contact you. That's why I am requesting you to kindly sort it out ASAP.

                          I have initiated a merchant payment of 500/ through billdesk and during process after deducting amount from my sbi account no [protected] vide reference no VSBI[protected]IGAKCGHFF0 to transfer inb edupro360 bill_rtcoi payment and after showing payment successful window, then error timed out window opened and amount not credited in merchants account. For your reference the screen shots of error code window and bank statement is attached herewith

                            I pay the electricity bill through Google pay my consumer ID number[protected] is which I paid on 14th December 12:47 pm through my bank account balance is deducted but payment was not successful.
                            Already 6 days going on my bill is not paid and money is not refunded what can I do you please help me me as early as possible otherwise I I take legal step.

                              amount deducted from my account but payment status did not confirm. no action has been taken even after one whole month.

                              I did payment through bill desk for AFCAT (I) 2021 cycle via google pay. The amount was debited from my account but the webpage remained un responsive and the payment status never reflected in the website.
                              I had to try again and it was only In the second time when I paid using debit card reflection was shown in the website.
                              The amount debited in the first attempt did not bore any fruit to me and hence it unnecessarily lies with...

                              I had done a transaction of 15265 rs to neblio technologies the amount has been debited and not credited to the merchant the banks have confirmed that the payment has been sent to indiaideas BillDesk...the transaction reference id is 20011715 and UTR number of transaction is VKBL[protected]..kindly refund the money back to my bank account [protected].

                                  I have done payment for afcat 1 /2021 for my friend.Amount is deducted from my account twice that is 250 +250=500. Even after paying the amount two times through Google pay
                                  .only money is deducting from my account .The payment status is still 'not recieved ' in the application.

                                  I have applied for AFCAT - 1/2021 and I did online payment using UPI payment method. Amount of Rs. 250 deducted from my bank account but it is still showing "payment not received "in the payment status. Does it will take some time for showing the successful payment (Payment of Rs. 250 is received) in the payment status?
                                  Please help me sir for solving this issue...

                                      Payment has been done for AFCAT (I) 2021 exam fee via Phonepe(UPI) through Billdesk. The amount is debited from my account but the webpage remained un responsive and the payment status never reflected in the website.
                                      The payment status remained as"Payment not recieved".

                                      Kindly refund the money which is paid via phonepe at the earliest.

                                      The phone pe payment receipt has been attached with the complaint.
