Money deducted from my account but it is not showing in the Afcat 2021 form

I did payment through bill desk for AFCAT (I) 2021 cycle via google pay. The amount was debited from my account but the webpage remained un responsive and the payment status never reflected in the website.
Please refund my money so that I can make a new payment ....

Transaction failed but amount debited from my bank account.

On 14/12/2020, I paid my semester 3 fees of IET DAVV of 83251 Rs using upi on MP ONLINE payment option and the amount was debited but the transaction failed. When will I get the refund....

Money Deducted but Transaction was Unsuccessful

I did payment through bill desk for AFCAT (I) 2021 cycle via paytm. The amount was debited from my account but the webpage remained un responsive and the payment status is showing NIL in the website.
The amount was succesfully deducted .

Paid LIC premium -Amount debited but transaction failed

Hi I paid my lic premium from LIC portal which redirected my to bill desk and the amount Rs507, done on 14/dec/2020 around 08:00am IST was debited from my account but failure page was displayed . and it returned back to failed transaction page on LIC.

Fraud and cheating

The amount debited in the first attempt did not bore any fruit to me and hence it unnecessarily lies with BillDesk.

I submitted a payment of 250 rs for the Afcat form using UPI(G Pay) dated 5dec 2020 but it was not showing even after 1 week in the payment status of the host website. Lastly i had to pay the amount again using debit card. So i need the refund of my money....
