Bima Lokpal — double payment towards renewal of single mediclaim policy

Sir,

I am writing to seek your help in following matter concerned with online insurance policy renewal.
I had mediclaim policy no 215302/48/2017/758 expiring on dated 12/07/2017 with oriental insurance co ltd (Oicl), which i tried to renew through oicl portal on 08/07/2017 but rs 7173 got debited & i received a mail (Refer to trailing mail) from portal support of oicl stating "your online transaction on our portal has failed. The amount remitted by you for this failed transaction will be refunded to you within 5 working days. You may kindly make another attempt on our portal or approach our operating office for the purchase or renewal of your policy." as per advice, i again attempted to renew policy & this time policy got renewed against another new payment of rs 7173. Two month & 12 days have elapsed since double remittance towards renewal of single policy but i have not received refund yet.in this regard, i have approached to both bank & insurance company. Bank has repeatedly confirmed that the alleged "failed transaction" was successful.
After failing to elicit any response from insurance company, i mailed to irda on dated 10/08/17, which was duly acknowledged, vide grievance application no is:[protected], stating matter would be addressed within 15 days. But, non of them have responded till date.
Now, my hope lies only with you, so please look into this matter.

आप से निवेदन है कि मुझे आप के HDFC Life कम्पनी द्वारा मूर्ख बना कर 3 पोलीसी कर दी गई है
जो निम्न प्रकार से है

मुझे फोन पर ये बताया कि पोलीसी के साथ मेडिक्लेम एवं केशलेश कार्ड मिलेगा और नं 1पोलीसी में से तीन माह में में 10000 रूपये वापस रिफंड हो जायेगे जो खाते में डिपॉजिट हो जाएंगे जब कि ऐसा कुछ नहीं हुआ और मेने पोलीसी केसंल कराने को कहा तो श्री शर्मा ने कहा कि मैने मेल डाल दी है और कहा कि तीनों पोलीसी 4-5 माह में केसंल हो कर राशि आपके खाते में आ जायेगी |
जिसने मेरी पॉलिसी करी उसके नंबर इस प्रकार है[protected] है जिसका नाम आर. के. शर्मा है और ये ऐजेन्ट अपना नाम बदल-बदल बताता है इसमें मेरे साथ बहुत बड़ा फ्रॉड हुआ है कृपया मुझसे संपर्क करें मैंने इसकी FIR भी कटवा दी है मैं सारी डिटेल इस पर नहीं बता सकता हूं कृपया कर मेरी तीनों पॉलिसी कैंसिल कर मुझे राशि लौटाने की कृपा करे धन्यवाद
