The user interface on Binomo is quite messy. It's not intuitive and can be awkward to navigate. In this day and age, I expected a more user-friendly experience. It felt like they hadn't put much effort into creating a streamlined platform that would make deposit and trading easier for all Binomo traders....

When it came to customer service, the Binomo broker really let me down. Whenever I had an issue, I didn't get a response for a long time. My withdrawal request has been rejected due to some security issues. It shows withdrawal Unavailable. Although my account is verified. Now they are saying that it will take 10days. After that they will inform what will happen. Neither they are clarifying what exactly is a problem so that i can keep in mind for further trading. This is the worst experience i am having with binomo. Please help....

Binomo terminated my account without warning or explanation, leaving me without access to funds and ongoing trades. This abrupt action is unjust and disrupts my trading activities. Binomo must either reinstate my account promptly or provide a valid reason for this termination....
