Scam Trading Platform

Your platform has turned to scam Trading platform. You accept crypto when one deposit and when it is time to withdraw, you don't allow it. That's complete double standard. It is unfair....

Repeated Withdrawal Failures

I'm extremely frustrated with Binomo withdrawal process. Every time I try to withdraw my money, the transaction gets canceled, and the funds are just deposited back into my account. This is not unacceptable, and I demand that my withdrawal be processed properly and my money be transferred immediately. Until this issue is resolved, I will not trade....

Deposit problems (money not received)

This is my first time using this platform and right after my first deposit, it started giving me problems. First, I have a few of open deposit requests (December 5, 7), but I only deposited once. Second, the deposit didn't go through, I'm afraid I lost my money....

They Blocked My Account Without Saying

I just got an email from Binomo saying they stopped my account because I did something wrong, but they didn't explain what I did. I always follow the rules, and it's not fair to stop me without telling me why. Please give me my account back or tell me what I did wrong....

Withdrawal Unavailable

My withdrawal request has been rejected due to some security issues. It shows withdrawal Unavailable. Although my account is verified. Now they are saying that it will take 10days. After that they will inform what will happen. Neither they are clarifying what exactly is a problem so that i can keep in mind for further trading. This is the worst experience i am having with binomo. Please help....

This is not a complaint. Actually I want to thanks Binomo for this incredible platform. I'm a student and I earned around 1 lac Indian rupees so far by trading on Binomo. Love this platform's interface. Really appreciate it....

My Complaint

My current complaint is about the verification time that the platform takes on my account, because, during this period, it is not possible to make or withdraw funds from my account. I was inactive for over three months

I was inactive for over three months, and Binomo charged me around $30 as a subscription fee. I found that it will be deducted if there is no trading activity for 90 days. I think this fee is too much, and Binomo should consider decreasing it....

Fraud Withdrawal issue

I deposited a total of ₹ 16150 in binomo on 13th June but when I need money I go to withdraw but my withdrawal request is canceled I try again and again but it is also canceled
Then I went to binomo support and asked them, they said that it would cost 10% platform fee to withdraw, I really needed the money, so I agreed.
Then they said your request has been sent to security department

I am have issues with withdrawal limits. I was able to withdraw my money without any problems earlier, but now my withdrawals are being canceled for no clear reason. The system simply won’t accept my request. This is extremely frustrating, and I need this issue resolved immediately!

    The money gets transferred successfully with minutes, so why do you make us wait 24 hours to add it to the real account? And my last payment is pending from more than 3 days.
