This is Suhas from Khammam. I am facing an issue with the deposite. I have opted for Payment through Paytm and I have paid amount of 500 as an initial deposite and the payment was done from my side and the money is debited from my account. And Showing me as if my payment was rejected.

    Dear Binomo Support Team,

    I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction regarding the recent handling of my withdrawal request on your platform. As a loyal VIP trader who has been using the Binomo app for several years, I am deeply disappointed in the lack of communication and transparency.

    It is disheartening that, during a period of profit and when attempting to make a withdrawal, my account is suddenly flagged for security issues. This situation contrasts sharply with previous experiences when there were no apparent security concerns during periods of losses.

    As a VIP trader, I expected a higher level of service and communication. The fact that I was not informed beforehand about any potential security issues is unacceptable. I request an immediate resolution to this matter and a detailed explanation of the security concerns that led to the hold on my withdrawal.

    I trust that Binomo values its VIP traders and will address this matter promptly to maintain the trust and satisfaction of its long-term users.

      While the Binomo support team is responsive, the resolution of issues often takes longer than expected. I recently faced a problem with my account, and despite reporting it promptly, the resolution process seemed prolonged. Improving the efficiency of issue resolution should be a priority for Binomo's customer support.

        The limited variety of assets on Binomo is disappointing. As a trader who values diversity, I find the choices somewhat restrictive. It would be beneficial for Binomo to expand their range of available assets to cater to a broader audience with varying trading preferences.

              Actually the problem is I deposited 2000INR on (09/1/2024) in binomo but it was not credited and also the money (2000INR) is debited from my bank account. Today (16/1/2024) till now I haven't got my money back in binomo wallet.

                  Account verification on Binomo was a lengthy and intrusive process. They requested a lot of personal information and documentation, making me feel like I was under investigation.                       Binomo's bonuses turned out to be more trouble than they were worth. They initially seemed appealing, but once I accepted them, I realized there were numerous conditions and restrictions attached. It was difficult to actually benefit from the bonus as promised. It left me feeling misled and disappointed. Binomo bonuses are a fraud!

                          I have requested withdrawal on 9th December, they have cancelled my withdrawal request and blocked the funds saying some reason of security check they have been holding my funds without any reason. It’s going to be a month. Still they are not giving my money back.

                                It's sad that there is no Binomo app for PC, forcing me to rely on using a browser to access their platform. It makes my trading experience clunky and inconvenient. The question is whether they can make a PC app to provide smoother and more efficient trading for all users.

                                Unfortunately, we do not have any application for the PC at the moment

                                You can create a shortcut for quick access to the platform on your desktop by clicking on the "Plus or Star" sign in the right corner of the browser's address bar. The shortcut will allow you to quickly access the platform page.

                                If you do not need a shortcut, you can simply remove it. At the same time, you can still work with the platform using the browser.

                                  I can't believe my Binomo account got blocked even though I didn't do anything wrong! It's infuriating to be locked out without any valid reason or explanation. What have I done? Why can't I withdraw my money from my Binomo account? They need to provide me with clear justifications for such actions.

                                      The user interface on Binomo is quite messy. It's not intuitive and can be awkward to navigate. In this day and age, I expected a more user-friendly experience. It felt like they hadn't put much effort into creating a streamlined platform that would make deposit and trading easier for all Binomo traders.

                                        I found Binomo's trading strategies to be unreliable. They claimed to provide expert insights, but in reality, I ended up making bad trades and losing money. Relying on its educational materials turned out to be a big mistake.
