Can't get verified

When I tried to withdraw my money from Binomo, they hit me with a request to verify my account. Like, seriously, how many times do I gotta send them my documents for verification? Is anyone even paying attention to us customers? Can y'all please look into this matter 'cause it's getting on my nerves....

10% Commission Charge

Two days back, I put $80 into my account. So, today I decided to cash out some funds, but guess what? Binomo hit me with a surprise 10% commission charge! I reached out to support, "What's up with this?" And you know what they told me? They told me to read the Terms and Conditions. And anytime I chat more questions, their response is to wait for days, sayin' they need time to process my info. This is straight-up ridiculous!...

Delay in withdrawal + late response trade

I was ready with fund to withdraw rs 14000+
Then they block the withdraw so I can’t withdraw they said it take 10 days to verify
In the mean time I was trade and make it to 16800+ then I take an up trade for 1 minute
The response after clicking was late this was happened constantly for 5 trades and loss and end up this zero it was sureshot trade due to this late response fund goes to zero even tho I had good internet,...

I was gone for several months

I was gone for several months and after I returned and logged into Binomo I found out that my money had disappeared from the account. I think I have been robbed! Who will tell me where my money has gone?...

I've got a VIP account on Binomo and I totally expect to be treated like a VIP. But I'm shocked! The agent couldn't care less about my queries. Binomo better step up their support 'cause this is exactly what we paid for, and we deserve some proper attention!...

Pending deposit. Please help

I've been stuck waiting for my deposit for a week. Binomo straight-up won't let the money into my account. What the heck is going on? To put it mildly, I can call it a trader-unfriendly platform. Get things in order....

Account blocked

I woke up this morning, all ready to withdraw my sweet profit, and bam! There's this message saying my Binomo account got blocked out of nowhere. No heads-up, no nothing! I reached out to support, and now I'm stuck waiting for their response. This is seriously messed up....

Withdrawal Request Delayed

I requested a withdrawal from Binomo on July 1st and had to wait 3 days. After non-stop complaints, they finally refunded the amount back to my trading account.. Then, I went ahead and made another withdrawal request, and now they're telling me to wait for another 3 days! When will I get my money?...

Withdrawal Problem

I tried to withdraw money from Binomo many times. This is a very time consuming and tedious process. I constantly run into delays and withdrawal fees, which only add to my disappointment. If I'm paying a withdrawal fee, at least make the withdrawal process easy....

This is not a complaint. Actually I want to thanks Binomo for this incredible platform. I'm a student and I earned around 1 lac Indian rupees so far by trading on Binomo. Love this platform's interface. Really appreciate it....

Can't Login To My Binomo Account

I have been experiencing Binomo login issues lately. This has become a serious hassle since I cannot log in to my account even though I am sure I am adding the right credentials. How am I supposed to solve this? I contacted customer support yesterday and am still waiting for a reply....

App download problem

I have attempted to download Binomo apk file almost ten times, with every attempt failing miserably. The file always comes out to be corrupted and doesn't install properly. This is even more frustrating because the platform advertises downloading its app is incredibly easy. However, the truth is something else. This is my first time trying to trade on Binomo, and the start is unpleasant....

Safety concern

Is Binomo safe? I’ve heard so many stories about people losing their money on this trading app. It’s hard to know who to trust and what to believe. There are so many binomo scams out there, it’s scary. I don’t want to risk my hard-earned money on something that might not be legit. I wish there was more information available about whether Binomo is reliable and safe....

Binomo Is Not User-Friendly

The Binomo app is definitely not user-friendly. Making use of the app is like trying to solve a puzzle without any clues. It is so confusing, I wish they could just simplify things. Right now it is just an annoying headache....
