Hi,
I have placed online order for 2 number 20L Bisleri Jars but were given only one refill. When I called customer care number, I was told that the other empty bottle which I was providing was old one (blue colour) and they cannot replace that. I had requirement of only one bottle in past so never looked at other empty 20L jar available with me, now when I need two jars Bisleri is refusing to give refill. As a customer what is my fault if Bisleri has upgraded its old bottles without asking customers to get those replaced.

    Hi,

    Due to the hardness of water in and around gurgaon we decided to take the 20L bisleri bottles. Unfortunately yesterday ( 21/11/10) we found that the seal had been tampered with. The bottle looked suspicious. The manufacturingrefilling date was 10/10/10, and then the biggest shock of them all we were easily able to remove the cap, even a baby could have done it.

    It ashames me to know they are people out there who are ready to kill people slowly for the sake of profit. I want the distributor to be put behind bars and hanged to death.

      We are into Takeaway food business and use Bisleri Water for Customers and Cooking too. We have been buying 2 cans of 20 Liters everyday from Shree Smarth Stores on Marol Maroshi Road, Marol, Andheri East Mumbai 400059. Initialy they were asking for Delivery charges but on argument they did away but are not providing delivery which is now done by our person.

      On 22/ 11 /2010 we got 1 can of water which was stinking and also had some foreign particles, on pointing this they replaced the can. But the replaced can too was stinking and had foreign particle which they have declined to replace. What should be done can any action be taken ?

      I have been using bisleri 20 lt bottles for 2 years now. the last two bottles were bad. one was smelly and now in the current bottle there seems to be yellow elongated structures which look like tiny worms. i have preserved this bottle. what is the course of action here. who shoul;d we compalin to ??

      Dear Sir, We are talking with your Sales head last 2-3 month Mr. Anees [protected] for hotncold dispensir for the Branch but still we drink hot water in summer . Please provide cold dispenser machine asap. looking support ASAP.

      Being overcharged

      Citi Food Centre, Rustombagh Layout, Old Airport Road, Bangalore charges Rs.80 for delivering a can of 20 litre Bisleri to a house in the adjacent building when the MRP is Rs.70.

        we are regular customer of bisleri and using there products from long time . today we got the delivery of 20ltr jars in our office we found that 2 bottles are open and water was leaking from them we requested the delivery boy to change the bottles but he refused to change that and misbihaved with our managing director .The way of his taking was not right when the bottles are opened they should change it as it is their fault .Please look into the matter .

          Hi,

          Me & my family members use only bisleri water for drinking - from past 6 to 8 months shop near my place @ viveknagar is selling the 20 ltr bisleri can @ 70rs, were in the MRP of the product is only 60rs every time we check with them they say the price cost is increased - they charging 10 rs extra is not an issue why is that they want to loot people in name of price increase - more over they don't deliver the water to our residence we have to go to the Bisleri selling point and pick up, for what sake is that the we need to pay high price?

          Bisleri — Hardness in Bisleri 20l Bottle

          I have been using 20 l Bisleri Mineralized water for the past 1 month.
          Recently I found some hardness in water in the form of white crystals.en
          On asking shopkeeper regarding this he does'nt seems to have a reply.
          He even charge extra for selling hard water.

            I took a Bisleri home delivery connection and I was told (by Bisleri Sales Manager) that the home delivery charge per 20ltr bottle will be Rs. 60 per bottle and a refundable security amount Rs. 150 per bottle. The local distributor for the Toli Chowki area asks for extra Rs. 10 per bottle as "HANDLING CHARGES" (not sure what this is for), when I called back to the Sales Manager they confirmed that there is no such charge and the distributor should only charge Rs. 60 per bottle.
            These people are selling the Bisleri brand name and cheating the customer in the name of "Bisleri"

              I am residing in Gole Market, New Delhi and regular user of Bisleri water at my home. A dealer at Gole Mkt, Hanuman Mandir is supply water at our home.

              Today the water supply by the co was not in the same bottle. The bottle is different though sticker is there. Traditional seal being used by the company was also not there. Ordinary plastic paper seal with hologram is there.

              Plz clarify the changes made by the co

              the supplier is not providing proper supply, he suppllying the 20 l jars to me and delivered them after a long interval.

              the suppliers excuse is that he is not getting proper supply from your end. so, please confirm about your supply chain and suppliers position which can help us in proper and regular supply.
              the suppliers name who is providing supply in aligarh is asha enterprises, niranjanpuri, aligarh and contact no. is [protected], [protected] and his name is vikram agarwal . let me know that is it like fake or genuine complaint site. If it's genuine then you pepole understand why a person ordered a packaged driking water supply of a company like bisleri

                Dear sir,

                Here I complain to u of regarding dust particles and insect found in ur Bisleri-2 litre bottle .
                Which I bought from the local authorized dealer. As am drinking water regulary.
                I have called so many time for compensation for the same. But none o[censored]r senior person turned up.
                Either none o[censored]r senior person bother to call up . How can u play with human life with such a reputed company and quality control.

                Failure to it made me to move to not only to consumer court but also will to various news channels and Govt. agency. So that at least Govt. should insure that ur company should ply with human life and people should know what they are drinking.

                Looking forward to hear from u with settlement and compensation.

                bislerimineralwater — supply is poor.

                i deposited 150 rupees to the bisleridistributor for supplying 20 litresmineral water can .but the distributor
                and the driver are not supplying regularly.so i decided to quit.but the distributor is absconding to refund my deposit or answering the cal.it is our bad luck that we r unable to get pure drinking water from taps, so as we r trying to purchase with our money so also we r not getting.company has to think about
                the customers need and try to supply as per the need.my request is if the company give me the assurance that they will deliver the water regularly with out fail means i want to take another chance.

                    I had been to Hotel Vishnu outside Wadala station where i ordered for Minute Maid Lemon Juice. The MRP mentioned on the pack is Rs 15 where in i was told to pay Rs 18. When iinsisted on why i am being charged Rs 3 more than the MRP, i was told to take my money back as this is wht they are supposed to charge

                    I would hereby request you to taake strict action against the owner.

                    Also since i am a Journalist with the Times of India, im planning to put an article on the same, but would also request your help in getting the people practising such instaces severely punished.

                    bisleri water — we have to pay more than M.R.P.

                    I am staying in munnekolala area near marathalli, bangalore, here there is a mall named as "FAMILY MALL" generally sell the goods including bislary water bottals more than the M.R.P., and we are forced to pay it. contact no. of the mall is [protected].

                    I totally agree with you. I m based in Hyderabad and almost in all the shops in my locality Tolichowki people are charging Rs. 2/- extra on all soft drinks. When asked why? They answer that this charge is for cooling the item (using refrigerator). When I ask them to give me a normal bottle (i.e not cold one) they refuse us to give the item.
                    This kind of malpractices is happening everywhere in stations, small shops, theatre/cinema halls everywhere. But nobody seem to join and stop this. People find it easy to pay rather than object.

                    I have also had a problem with Bisleri water. We are getting tanker water which is not fit to drink, so we have to use Bisleri, but I think that our Bisleri 'pure' water is actually BMC water filled by the dealer...it goes greenish within 2-3 days, and if the empty bottle is not collected within 24 hours it also goes green!
                    This does not suggest pure water bottle under sterile conditions.
                    I phoned Bisleri and was told that if the dealer kept the bottles in the sun they would go green. However they promised a visit by their rep. who till date (2 days later) has nor shown his face.

                        i have been using bisleri water can for the past one year. two months back the water which was delivered to me literally tasted like the bore water which i can easily make out. my complaint to the dealer was not received in a positive way and the can was not replaced as it was opened. I wonder how can one can come to a conclusion about the taste of the water without opening and tasting it, really ridiculous and absurd. I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and take action

                          Hi, i am pandaba charan munda, working as a Divisional Manager. on 10th march 2010 i purchase a Bisleri Water bottle and it is found that there is some unhygienic material inside the bottle so i did not open the seal and i kept the bottle with me so that i can give a consumer complain.

                          I hope Indian consumer complain forum will do something so that this will never happen in future

                          bisleri water — tiny particles are floating in the water

                          today while pouring the water in the container i found that tiny particles are floating in the packaged drinking water of bisleri, which i doubt that the packaged drinnking water is simple case raw water .
                          I am a senior citizen living in Sec 15, Faridabad. My family is using Bisleri 20 ltr bottles for consumption since last 4 years. Although we have water filter system by Aquaguard at our house still we use Bisleri water as we thought we could rely on BISLERI . But today when we inverted a new bottle on the dispenser we observed some foreign particles floating inside the water. I am a patient of liver disease that is why our family is very particular about water consumption. I noted some details from the bottle which are as follows:

                            This is the second time have received a bottel of bisleri bottel with insect/foreign matter through your local delaer in mahavir vihar M/s MANGLAM wate supplier.
                            Botte detail is as below as marked on the bottle:
                            Bisleri dated 30.11.2009 vide B.N 1130 , time 18.49

                            How u can you play with the life of human being which is an essential part of life.
                            Hereby ask for compensation . Previously as you have promised correct the error and will take serious measure and step.
                            Pls send your staff for verification for the same.

                              I had purchased few bottles of Bisleri 1 litre from a shop.

                              Me, my wife and my 10 months old son got ill after consuming the water. I noticed, that the only botlle which I had not opened till date has a big Mosquito floating in it.

                              I spoke to the vendor and complained him but he had shown his helplessness in matter as the Bottles sold were packed and one with Mosquito is still packed and guided me to speak to Bisleri team.

                              I called up one your REGIONAL MANAGER's named Mr. Vilas Pisa (Designation as conveyed by him) and he promised to turn up at my residence with some seniors on 2nd November but didn't turned up. I again called him on 3rd and he agreed to visit with Seniors on 7th at 9.30 AM at my residence. Later Mr. Pisa along with Mr. Deepak Ranawire, designated as CHEMIST having mobile no [protected] visited at 11.30 AM.

                              They have inspected the botlle and have verified that the date of Manufacturing is July'09 has a Mosquito sealed in the bottle.

                              Later, ie on 28th Nov'09 Ms Sushama Bhandare (Asst manager QA)had visited me with Mr.Vilas and inspected the bottle and had apologised for the contaminated water and had issued letter stating that the bottle needs to be inspected and should be retuned back in order to check the reason for Mosquito in the bottle.

                              I, am looking for the Compenastion in terms of Health issues which have taken place due to consumption of the Water and the Mental harrasment given by the company to me.

                                  this has reference to the Bisleri (20 Ltr) delivered to me in jaipur at
                                  401, Pearl Pleasure,
                                  Near Janta, Market,
                                  Bapu Nagar, Jaipur,

                                  through the company repsentative ,three weeks ago, at that time I was assured that I would be receiving the Stand and the Tap also, though the bottle was delivered the stand and the tap has still not been delivered to me.

                                  Today I have also ordered a 20 ltr Bisleri at my above address through the online system.

                                  Can i expect the delivery of the stand and the tap this time.

                                    with due respect, i m regular customer of the bisleri for the last 5 years for my family with the hope that i m using safe water for myself as well as for my family but i am shocked to see the fungus in the 20 litre jar of bisleri , which i purchased from the local distributer of pathankot distt gurdaspur punjab , then i talked with the local distributerbut he responded very negative. i am feeling myself cheated because i am paying for water for the last five years with the hope that i am using pure water of a reputed company of india for my family. i am not going to spare anybody who is involved in the mass cheating and i will expose it to the national level with the help of media
                                    plz look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible

                                    20 lt Jar minral Water Reqayed

                                    Bisleri water 20 Litres — Fungus in Water bottle

                                    I am taking Bisleri 20 ltrs Bottle from a shop at Sector 7, Airoli, Navi Mumbai. But after 2,3 days some green Fungal is getting formed. Even the shop is charging Rs90 p[er bottle. On the Bottle MRP is Rs35. Even the Customer Care number on Bottle doesn't work.I don't know what the Authorities are doing.

                                      second time Complain about bisleri 20 litres contaminated water

                                      I Mr.Akhtar Shah i m complaining second time as i gave complain on 7th august 09 of contaminanted water with white and green particles present in 20 ltr bisleri bottle, and the next day bisleri executive name as nityanand visited my place and collect 1 ltr bisleri water for test and then in return i got mail from bisleri executive name as rekha that (We regret for the inconvenience caused to you.                                       Dear Sir / Madam,

                                      I am a relatively new customer. I received my first 20-ltr bottle of Bisleri around a week ago. When I called my regular retailer for a refill, I was told he would charge me Rs 10 over and above the registered price, and not give me a receipt. So, I decided to place my order for a refill with Bisleri directly. After all, as the company's advertisements and branding so proudly proclaim, it makes deliveries across Mumbai.

                                      I placed an order for a refill of my 20-ltr Bisleri jar approximately 25 times between Monday, August 3 and Saturday, August 8. I didn't receive ANY water. Worse, I was promised the water around 7 times by Bisleri staff. I waited at home on these 7 occasions, only for Bisleri to fail on its promise.

                                      Needless to say, I will find myself a more reliable company. I want to inform Bisleri, however, that I intend to pursue this matter to its conclusion. To begin with, I will take this up with the press. Its advertisements are fraudulent and its claims are wrong. I also intend to take this up with the Advertising Standards Council of India. The company simply cannot make claims it has no intention of fulfilling. Thirdly, I intend to file a case against the company in the city consumer court. My calls have all been placed on record.

                                      It may take time for the court to reach a verdict, but I have no problem waiting. Bisleri takes its customers for granted, and I intend to change that attitude. Considering it is involved in the act of charging people for water — a despicable thing to do by ANY standards — the least it can do is make sure it delivers, at the listed MRP.

                                      This, I can promise you: Bisleri will hear from me. And I will stick to my promise, because I don't work for Bisleri.

                                      I strongly second this comment because Bisleri takes it customer for granted.
                                      The no. is always busy. Even the local service representative toss the matter on one another.
                                      The response if [censored]g d**n poor.(Sorry for this kind of Language But can't help) Without water you really become angry.Customer has to suffer like hell and that to without water for days.
                                      I had placed an order on Friday[protected] and was given the assurance that the same would be delivered by Monday[protected]. Now today being Friday[protected] there is no response.This is not the first time even for making payments we have to follow up relentlessly with them like anything
                                      sad to hear such thing. Nexus is too strong to earn in black that retailer collude with the company representatives to get Rs 10 extra over the actuals and pass the share to company (not sure but is one of the tricks in many companies). They do this by not fulfilling the promises by defaulting to their commitment, thus reducing the reliability factor of company. In turn, customers have to turn back to the (irony here) thirsty retailers who would then command as per their whims. Hope actual authorities pay heed to all your complaints and get to some action path soon.

                                      Anyway I just checked today in my office that bisleri bottles (20 L was checked by me) comes at Rs 70 (though online order of bisleri to home charges show Rs 80 on website). The bottles also have Hologram on the can cover (green in color) and also contains printed date with batch numbers, packing date and so on. Keep this under check whenever you get bottles? When you dont find these, maintain distance and dont pay as this could be normal water from some well @ Rs 1/can also. :)
