We normally subscribe for a month and everytime the delivery is late by a day or two.
This time its the limits its been four days and still are water bottles have nit come. The dealer says there is no stock. Please complain

    Dear Team,
    As I have ordered the subscription orders with bisleri online.
    and after 2 or 3 deliveries they are nither delivering the orders nor
    cancel the subscription.
    As this mentioned, when customers cancel the subscription they cease
    the discounted amount.

    They take advantage of this and cancel the subscription on their own
    and take the discounted amount in their pockets and provide...

    Drear Sir,

    I am regular customer for 20 liter can Bisleri
    Recently the customer response delivery and service is so pathetic.

    Ever time i need to call my dealer and asked to deliver for cans they delay every time i lost my patience and i sent them message that

    " Dear dealer your are supplying essential basic need for life. (ie WATER)
    so please responsible".

    Even i sent this i not called back .

      In and around bhadrappa layout sales officer is coming for the order often once in a month he will come and go we even don't know his name we are getting problem from i[censored]r not taking action about him further we are going to change the brand of water only

        Hi Team,

        I am a regular customer of Bisleri and I have ordered 10 bottles of 20 litres capacity. And I have paid rs150 for each bottle as a security deposit.

        Now due to pandamic we have installed water purifier, so I want to return the empty cans. So I have raised the request for the same by sending an email to office customer care email address. Also I have called the customer care to process my request.

        Ticket ID: #164066

        However it is almost 3 weeks nobody is responding and processing my request. Whenever I call the customer care they put me on hold.

        This kind of service is not expected from a brand like Bisleri. I am really disappointed.

        I request the team to kindly help me to get my security deposit money back.

              My registered mobile number with Bisleri is [protected]. I am booking Bisleri 20 liters bottles for the last few weeks through the Bisleri mobile app where it is mentioned that it will be delivered within 24 hours. But the local distributor is supplying it after 4-5 days. The booking I made on 30.11.2021 but the water bottles are not yet delivered till 12 noon today(07.12.2021).

              Even the distributor has offered me that he will deliver within a day if I directly pay him Rs. 110/- per 20-liter bottle and not book through Bisleri App.

                Bisleri water can 20L changed color to green within 2 days. How can this happen.. where is the safety in drinking water here.

                  any reason why tickets sms and vague excuses and conversation with call center representative shilpa speaking words intentional trying to misappropriate conversation by using words like jars instead of bisleri 20liter water cans with no intent at all to answer appropriately to the status of the order. Bslre003hy307117 this is repeatedly occurring using my information and delaying or replicating actual transactions with bisleri company for trading and harassment towards me intentional to delay using faulty code and ticket numbers spamming

                      This is 3rd time in a row that I have jot received water on time.

                      1st order - I ordered it on 5th Nov and received it on 8th Nov - was not delivered within 24 hours TAT order number - BSLRE-008MU-270584

                      2nd order - I ordered it on 9th Nov and received it on 11th Nov - was not delivered within 24 hours TAT order number - BSLRE-008MU-277472

                      3rd order - I ordered it on 12th Nov and not yet received it now its 13th Nov - was not delivered within 24 hours TAT order number - BSLRE-008MU-283472

                      Requesting you to look into this issue on priority also requesting you to register complaint on this and share complaint number also need compensation for this trouble.

                      Please make sure this is not repeated in future.

                        We have been using bisleri 20lts bottle since a very long time. We always get it delivered to our home in Warangal by one of your dealers- Sai akshith agency of G. Srinivas, which is an authorized bisleri dealer in Warangal. Last week, they delivered ten 20lt bottles to our home with water which was very salty, heavy and distasteful. Due to consumption, we lost one of our loved ones recently and our children are still suffering from the consequences. We surely believe that thus wasn’t the actual bisleri water we always drink. Kindly look into the matter and take action. We request you to reach out to us as soon as possible.

                          This is highly dangerous water with microorgsm and insects inside. The batch no and seal is sent for your investigation, but the Company sealed bottle if has all the microorgam and health hazard, why your company woodlot be filed for a compensation for playing with the safety and health conditions of our company, when we are used for several years your water, and with mere faith we just open and drink, without checking. Its by luck that we observed the water so as from top of the dispenser inside bottle the insect and also collected in glass.

                          We lodged a complain on help line and Diksha took teh call and asking for some pictures and conditions..and very politely passing on the buck saying may be this is in dispenser, which is itself is a denial and liable for customer grievance cell and thereby the act and compensation

                                This company based in Delhi, Rajesh Gupta is the proprietor sells paper plate making machine saying buy back where they say that they will provide raw materials for free for one year and buy our products for 300rs for 1000cups. We paid 80000rs and also sent them the first consignment of 13500 Donna cups after that they are not responding or making the payment for what we sent nor sending raw materials as said. The cost of machine is not even 50000 in bangalore and saying that this is fraud. Please do not buy machines from Delhi when they say buy back agreement. They dint even send the copy of agreement. Please help me get justice

                                  I had taken a pre-paid subscription service in August 2021. As per that I was supposed to receive 2 20 ltr jars of bisleri water every week. Till date I have not received a single supply.

                                  Moreover for some reason the company has decided that it has already delivered 1 of the 4 scheduled deliveries against my subscription. I have till date received not a single delivery.

                                  Ticket number #154956 as raised with Bisleri Customer care team is still open and numerous emails and phone calls on this topic have gone unanswered. The customer care team keeps closing the tickets without resolving the issue.

                                  Furthermore, I have raised a cancellation request, and a jar return request, both of which have not happened. I have not received any refund on the amount paid, nor anyone has come to collect the jar and give the deposit back.

                                  This is terrible and downright unacceptable service on the part of the company which I do not trust anymore.
