Order not delivered even after 10 days of placing order in online which says it gets delivered in 24 hrs. This problem I am facing everytime And every time I have to raise a ticket with the customer care . In the center of the city (Jaipur) if you cant deliver and solve the problem with in the promised time and the customer care wont respond at all then what is the point in maintaining international name

    I have ordered 5- 20 litre water cans from bisleri app (BSLRE-003HY-768589).Paid money (as there is no COD option, which is supposed to be provided).Waited for 2days and there is no update in the app tried contacting customer care through their customer care number and mail provided in their website and app, but to my surprise no response from them.
    Few days back got response through mail that they tried delivery and delivery failed(god knows why it got failed). Please make sure that you deliver your promise or just don't advertise about one day delivery, especially during summer it creates lot of problems for the customers. I hope someone responds to this complaint atleast and move things forward.
    And please provide option to collect the security deposit back if we don't want to use your services anymore. Don't you think it is a kind of fraud that you are collecting money and not delivering the product and not letting us take our money back.

      Water doorstep delivery taking more than expected

      Hi team,

      I have ordered 2 water bottle of 20liter capacity from your website.but still not received any of them.PFA bill copy for your reference.
      I also tried on your support contact number & log a case but not received proper resolution.
      Do the needful on urgent basis.
      I have ordered first time & facing this issue.
      I'm sending this email to highlight your poor customer service & order delivery.br...

      I have taken monthly subscription for deliver the water cans for every Saturday.. Till date not received the water cans and also am trying to contact customer care but Evey time there is a message shortly you will get the call.
      The monthly subscription also paid around 1050/-.
      Till date no response.

        Worst service ever. Waiting for my order BSLRE-016DE-754756 since 3 days while today the customer care executive calmly says that plant is closed?!!! Why are you taking orders then? Close the website too! Its essential drinking water we're talking about.

          Bisleri to deliver 2 cans of 20 liters as per their sms today.not delivered. bisleri team least bothered after receiving on line payment paid on 07/04/2022, it is mentioned wednesday delivery at the time of making payment. bisleri team sends fake sms. sometimes sms received around 9 pm
          customer is suffering because of their internal problems. we both 75+ senior citizens. if cans are not delivered as per schedule and as per their sms what to do. whom to contact.we both thankful to bisleri team if we receive tomorrow, 28/04/2022, morning by 8.

            Good evening writing this message with regards to the order placed for 2 20 L water cans on the 24th. Its been more than 2 days now and I am yet to receive my water cans. Order number #BSLRE-010PU-751161

            Not to mention, the number of calls I have made in the last few days to their customer service department with regards to the rude and unprofessional delivery vendor (Sourabh from Mayank Enterprises), who refuses to deliver cans to my doorstep and is constantly arguing on the call as to how he cannot deliver after 3 PM in the day (I come home from work after 5 PM so how am I supposed to get time to collect the cans before 3?).

            I request the company to get the cans at the earliest possible convenience or if not possible, assist me to cancel the order, in lieu of which I need the refund amount asap if the delivery cannot be made on your end. Hopefully, I will get to hear back from your end.

            This is physical and mental harassment on the company's side as no steps or action has been taken on their end to address the rude vendor or delayed delivery. and it is clear that the people on the other end of the call hardly care about customers in general.

              I have ordered two Bisleri 20L water can on 31st March. Didn't received neither the product nor the money yet. In between I have complained twice but the issue didn't resolved yet. I will wait for 48 more hours and if not received the money back, I will surely lodge a complaint in Consumer Forum.

                    I ordered two 20 litter water cans & a faucet tap and stand through Bisleri at Doorstep app on 23 April 2022. I already paid the amount.

                    Bisleri team hasn't shipped the water cans yet.
                    I called to their customer care number[protected] many times but nobody picks up.

                    Please take action to deliver the water cans.

                      Bisleri sent sms giving dates and delivery agent name but failed to deliver. one sms date of delivery 21/04/2022 failed. second sms date of delivery 22/04/2022 failed to deliver. After that no sms at all.

                        Hi,
                        Please avoid this fraudulent company. They are surviving because of our poor state infrastructure otherwise no Indian will depend on these thugs.

                        I have not received any delivery and when I cancelled my subscription BSLRE-003HY-SUB059381 I did not receive any refund either.

                        The delivery agents are cheap and abusive toward the ladies at home.

                        The helpline / email is fake - they never answer or reply. Its just dummy.

                        Please spread the work and stop other citizen getting scammed.

                          It has been 15 days and the distributor is NOT COMING to collect the cans giving one excuse or the other everytime.

                          If the complaint is resolved on priority ASAP, I shall raise a public grievance for the same.

                            I am a subscriber residing in Chennai, and subscribed to Bisleri water home delivery for the past 5 months. After the 1st month, it has been an on going issue for me that the water does not get delivered on the scheduled date. Bisleri knows and on their web site I scheduled it for 2 days in a week to deliver, and I never changed my delivery schedule date. I have had so many calls and tickets created in the past months regarding this on going issue. Neither the Bisleri management nor the manager in Chennai, Mr. Ramesh who manages Chennai distribution cares about the complaint and kept giving reasons for not delivering. Even today, while submitting this complaint online, I raised a ticket again for my order not being delivered, and looking for filing a legal complain either in consumer court or anywhere this gets addressed. Bisleri management does not seem to care about their customer complaints and feedback, once they get our subscription amount.

                              I ordered for 2x20 litre bottle for a month on weekly basis by paying INR 1107.5 on 15th Apr 2022 in Chennai.

                              So far, it is not delivered and also no response from customer support number given by Bisleri. I get only automated response that no executive available to answer my call. Bisleri App/website showing the delivery dated 16th Apr (we are on 17th Apr now).

                              This looks to be a fraudulent drive. Bisleri trying to cheat the customers and by holding the customer's money. Cyber department of police should involve and sort out this issue as there are so many similar nature complaints are there.

                              Someone from bisleri called and said that my order will get delivered by today and few mins back another person called me and said it cannot be delivered today. They are playing around with the customers by keeping our money. Pathetic support

                                  I hope this email finds you well. I recently ordered 2 20 L cans from your website for the first time few days ago (ORDER # BSLRE-010PU-645369)

                                  During the delivery, I did receive the call from your delivery guy as he was confused about the address to my place here in Swargate area, Pune. After reaching here, the guy refused to deliver the cans to my doorstep and was adamant to drop them in front of the building. As per your policy, the cans are supposed to be delivered to the doorstep for which you guys charge delivery fees so why do we have your people refraining from bringing these heavy cans all the way to the doorstep. I spoke to the guy’s manager (The delivery guy was Sourabh and his manager was Pooja ) and she was like ‘Cans leke jana Customer ka kaam hai (It is the customer’s job to carry cans all the way to the doorstep ).

                                  If there are older women in the house (aged 50+), do you expect them to lift water cans as heavy as 20-25 kgs onto the second floor of the building? This kind of experience was highly unethical and you should look into your delivery organization for the inconvenience this has caused and will keep happening to fellow customers i[censored]nchecked. I was planning to drop in a subscription but I don’t intend to go through this horrendous experience again. Hope you guys look into why such things happen blatantly without any rectification. Customer service is of paramount importance to the functioning of the company so hopefully, someone in your organization will pay heed to why such incidents happen.

Worst company ever and worst service ever. Will tell everyone not to buy Bisleri products as they are the worst service provider.
