My registered mobile number with Bisleri is [protected]. I am booking Bisleri 20 liters bottles for the last few weeks through the Bisleri mobile app where it is mentioned that it will be delivered within 24 hours. But the local distributor is supplying it after 4-5 days. The booking I made on 30.11.2021 but the water bottles are not yet delivered till 12 noon today(07.12.2021).

Even the distributor has offered me that he will deliver within a day if I directly pay him Rs. 110/- per 20-liter bottle and not book through Bisleri App.

Bisleri water can 20L changed color to green within 2 days. How can this happen.. where is the safety in drinking water here.

any reason why tickets sms and vague excuses and conversation with call center representative shilpa speaking words intentional trying to misappropriate conversation by using words like jars instead of bisleri 20liter water cans with no intent at all to answer appropriately to the status of the order. Bslre003hy307117 this is repeatedly occurring using my information and delaying or replicating actual transactions with bisleri company for trading and harassment towards me intentional to delay using faulty code and ticket numbers spamming

I have customer requirement for 20lt bisleri jars I want to sale 20lt jars from my shop I am starting from 30 jars & I am sure will increase this figure time to time but your distributor said he can give me jars on mrp means 85rs what margin I can get in this price please tell..? I raised a complaint against this matter my complaint ticket number is 158000 your sale officer Ayoush Prasad also talked to me & visited my shop whit Mr. Ramesh but no one can take this seriously my customers return without taking water from my shop so again i am sending this complaint bisleri company is not a small company I hope you will solve my problem as soon as possible.

This is 3rd time in a row that I have jot received water on time.

1st order - I ordered it on 5th Nov and received it on 8th Nov - was not delivered within 24 hours TAT order number - BSLRE-008MU-270584

2nd order - I ordered it on 9th Nov and received it on 11th Nov - was not delivered within 24 hours TAT order number - BSLRE-008MU-277472

3rd order - I ordered it on 12th Nov and not yet received it now its 13th Nov - was not delivered within 24 hours TAT order number - BSLRE-008MU-283472

Requesting you to look into this issue on priority also requesting you to register complaint on this and share complaint number also need compensation for this trouble.

Please make sure this is not repeated in future.

We have been using bisleri 20lts bottle since a very long time. We always get it delivered to our home in Warangal by one of your dealers- Sai akshith agency of G. Srinivas, which is an authorized bisleri dealer in Warangal. Last week, they delivered ten 20lt bottles to our home with water which was very salty, heavy and distasteful. Due to consumption, we lost one of our loved ones recently and our children are still suffering from the consequences. We surely believe that thus wasn’t the actual bisleri water we always drink. Kindly look into the matter and take action. We request you to reach out to us as soon as possible.

This is highly dangerous water with microorgsm and insects inside. The batch no and seal is sent for your investigation, but the Company sealed bottle if has all the microorgam and health hazard, why your company woodlot be filed for a compensation for playing with the safety and health conditions of our company, when we are used for several years your water, and with mere faith we just open and drink, without checking. Its by luck that we observed the water so as from top of the dispenser inside bottle the insect and also collected in glass.

We lodged a complain on help line and Diksha took teh call and asking for some pictures and conditions..and very politely passing on the buck saying may be this is in dispenser, which is itself is a denial and liable for customer grievance cell and thereby the act and compensation

I have received fake 20 L water inside original 20 L water bottle in Airoli, Navi Mumbai through a retailer.

Product not delivered even after initiating repeated calls to Bisleri Customer care. Request immediate resolution for the same.

This company based in Delhi, Rajesh Gupta is the proprietor sells paper plate making machine saying buy back where they say that they will provide raw materials for free for one year and buy our products for 300rs for 1000cups. We paid 80000rs and also sent them the first consignment of 13500 Donna cups after that they are not responding or making the payment for what we sent nor sending raw materials as said. The cost of machine is not even 50000 in bangalore and saying that this is fraud. Please do not buy machines from Delhi when they say buy back agreement. They dint even send the copy of agreement. Please help me get justice

I had taken a pre-paid subscription service in August 2021. As per that I was supposed to receive 2 20 ltr jars of bisleri water every week. Till date I have not received a single supply.

Moreover for some reason the company has decided that it has already delivered 1 of the 4 scheduled deliveries against my subscription. I have till date received not a single delivery.

Ticket number #154956 as raised with Bisleri Customer care team is still open and numerous emails and phone calls on this topic have gone unanswered. The customer care team keeps closing the tickets without resolving the issue.

Furthermore, I have raised a cancellation request, and a jar return request, both of which have not happened. I have not received any refund on the amount paid, nor anyone has come to collect the jar and give the deposit back.

This is terrible and downright unacceptable service on the part of the company which I do not trust anymore.

I had ordered Bislery and the guy who delivered the 4 bottles on 12.12.2021, whose contact number is [protected]. I had made the payment of rs. 1250/- via Paytm. Now I am contacting him since 1st October, first he picked my call and said that he will deliver the bottles but neither he delivered the bottles nor picking up my call. Please look into it

The 2 empty jars were collected almost a month now and I haven't received the refund yet.i mailed bisleru and a Ticket No: #146885 was generated for the same. I'm sending them mail every day but not getting any response. I called customer care and it's always busy and say that I will receive a call back which I never did. I want the refund for the empty jars asap.

We order delivery of water cans on 13 th Oct till now we not received the delivery.

Customer care support representative s also not responding properly they giving inappropriate answers promising delivery whenever I call but which is not happening.please take action ASAP and delivery the order.

This is very frustrating to me which is not expected from bisleri.

They are delivering unhygienic and shabby water and water cans .. It’s been 3 days passed the due date of delivering and water is not yet been delivered … Custumer care gives wrong information and numbers of the concerned persons such as Mr Srinivas - [protected] and this fellow never picks up the call !!! One fellow - [protected] disconnects the call !! Local distributor says speak to customer care !!! Big drama company out in cheating people out here

Any reason why assignments and connecting to the Hyderabad team is repeatedly been spoken to me by your call center customer representatives and the sla of 24hrs is past due for ‘ ORDER...

I purchased 2 Bisleri cans from a store called as "Seasons Fresh" at Sobha Dream Acres, Balegere, Bangalore. Onne bottle has Algae and Insects. Other bottle has bad tasting hard water. You need to take strict action asap.This is serious matter.
