I have purchased 5 ltr bisleri water pack from the shop when I drink the water the taste get me hurted like a hard bitter taste and ask to replace the water pack but he doesn't allow kind look back towards .
And take action to solve this asap.
If we drink this water will get any disease now the pandemic is going on it is the trust for the bisleri that we have purchase solve this problem immediately. Your early action is highly appreciable

      Sir/Madam,
      I bring to your attention that the essential supply of 2 20-litre jars scheduled to be delivered by Orient Beverages on 12 September 2021 are yet to be delivered. Needless to say, the payment was made in full for one month.
      Please be informed that Orient Beverages is not even taking my calls. I have lodged the case against Ticket No. 143267 dated 15 September 2021.
      I was assured of better service by Bisleri last time when I was in difficulty. I hope the Company will stand up to its reputation and arrange for the supply of water by tomorrow morning. I do want water, not the phone calls from outsourced agencies which amount to harassment.

          I have been regularly using bisleri 20L can water. Recently 2 cans were contaminated and found worms inside the water. Took pics and video of the same. Has this got something to do with local filling agencies ? Quality issues are not expected from a band like bisleri and when we are paying a premium compared to other brands in the market.
          Please take action.

              Sir/Madam,
              This mail has a reference to the Order No. BSLRE-062KO-080431.
              Please be informed that I have paid in full and the delivery agent (Orient Beverages) has not yet delivered two 5lit containers of drinking water.
              I suspect, the delivery agent is not going to deliver it anytime soon and has been playing all kinds of dirty tricks and mischief – the latest being the sms that ‘empty jar not available’. As you know the question of empty 5lit jar does not arise.
              Under the circumstances, I request you to:
              1. Supply the essential product within 6pm today;
              2. Inform me about the steps you take against the delivery agent;
              3. Pay commensurate compensation in terms of money for the hardship and harassment you have caused to me.
              I will think of future steps on hearing from you.

              Although Bisleri took prompt action to solve this and I thanked the Company, I am sorry to say that here is a new case. being stated below:

                My order no. BSLRE-003HY-154603 which was due for delivery today on 30th Aug 2021 has not reached me. On contacting your delivery agent Mr. Vijay (M- [protected]) @ 5:45 pm today I was told that my name does not appear on his list. This is utter nonsense because yesterday I received a call from your backend asking about the no. of empty jars and confirming my order for Monday 30th Aug 2021. Then, how come today your agent could not find my name on his delivery list.This same problem occurred on July 26th 2021 also (refer to the trailing mail), thereafter your team called and assured me that this won't be repeated. However, the same issue has cropped up again now. Please investigate the matter urgently and ARRANGE TO DELIVER MY ORDER TOMORROW WITHOUT FAIL OR FURTHER REMINDER.

                  I am customer in bisleri from July
                  I don't have enough water to drink
                  From yesterday on wards 25 /aug/21
                  I am keep on calling to the customer care for
                  Water supply. But they said we will deliver the water till today i.e 26/aug/21 I didn't get the water

                    My order shipped in morning but did not received yet.
                    Called on your agent no [protected] provided by you. But he is disconnected once he know that I am calling for my delivery.

                    Is this the Bisleri International service. Is this your door delivery service.

                      I have been ordering 20 litre bottles( 2 ) in no online for my mother in dwarks, delhi, india . In last consignment, the 20 litre bottle was seen with flaky dscharge in it. This is very dangerous . My mother is a kidney patient and we depend on bisleri regular clean supply.
                      Kindly replace the 2 bottles with fresh clean bottles imediately.

                        I bought 2 bisleri mineral water bottles of 20 Litres each from Sri Laxmi Narasimha traders in Ramanthapur, Hyderabad. One of the bottle has chlroinated tap water smell. I complained it to the Bisleri and they said they will send some quality team for inspection. They did not come yet.

                                  I have been interacting with your customer service as well as local delivery agent regarding the pending supply of 12th lot against my order for Bisleri Bottles (20 Ltrs). I have still not got the complaint resolved nor received the pending supply. I cannot be indefinitely waiting for the water. I need the water at my house and I am a senior citizen and unable to move around for the water. Please advise your local dealer to supply the pending two bottles immediately. As of now, no customer care or the supplying agent attending to phone calls which makes the life all the more discusting. Seek your immediate resolution.

                                  If you have made all the 12 supplies, kindly arrange to provide the proof for having delivered the 12 supplies.

                                    Gaurav garden complex there is one general Store he is selling your bisleri bottle in 100 rupees ... This is complain to cancel his agency don't give in bottle
                                    many people shouted to him but he is not understanding so please tell him why he is selling in this amount
                                    if this is going our society never take bisleri bottle... If this is going on we are going to complain in police station the impact also comes to your company

                                      Dear sir/Madam,

                                      I have subscribed to bisleri since may 2021 on monthly subscription, I have renewed my subscription 30 days validity
                                      date: 21st June 2021 again 3 water cans weekly delivery
                                      There after wards I got only 2 deliveries 1st on 26th June and second delivery on 6th July. I also bought 5 empty bisleri(green) cans with vendor
                                      I have opened a ticket with customer support #123340 but they keep closing it without delivery
                                      Since July 13th 2021 I have not got the remaining deliveries from bisleri.
                                      They are not responding to calls or email complaints which i have done several times July17th, 22nd, 26th, 29th, 31st. Even August 3rd 2021.
                                      Bisleri company has no efficient tracking system for deliveries whether it is done or not.
                                      They delivery distribution team keeps changing delivery persons, each of them call me to share the location on whatsapp but they don't deliver it finally and multiple delivery person calls me on same day. Its so annoying to see such a huge company have a very poor distribution and tracking system.

                                      Finally I don't know if I will ever get me deliveries also 5 empty cans are left here and for caution deposit.

                                      Sir/Madam, This is worst behavior by Bisleri internation Pvt limited company. Please register and help resolve my issue.

                                        I have a prepaid subscription for 12 deliveries of 2x20 litre bottles. I stopped getting deliveries after the 6th supply. Customer service is non responsive to multiple complaints. Its been 3 weeks since my last supply.

                                        I have raised the following tickets in this regard:

                                        Since they are unable to deliver, I Request to issue refund for the remaining bottles at the earliest without any fees for cancellation of the subscription. These guys are literally looting customers.

                                        Action must be taken as soon as possible.
