I have been interacting with your customer service as well as local delivery agent regarding the pending supply of 12th lot against my order for Bisleri Bottles (20 Ltrs). I have still not got the complaint resolved nor received the pending supply. I cannot be indefinitely waiting for the water. I need the water at my house and I am a senior citizen and unable to move around for the water. Please advise your local dealer to supply the pending two bottles immediately. As of now, no customer care or the supplying agent attending to phone calls which makes the life all the more discusting. Seek your immediate resolution.

If you have made all the 12 supplies, kindly arrange to provide the proof for having delivered the 12 supplies.

    Gaurav garden complex there is one general Store he is selling your bisleri bottle in 100 rupees ... This is complain to cancel his agency don't give in bottle
    many people shouted to him but he is not understanding so please tell him why he is selling in this amount
    if this is going our society never take bisleri bottle... If this is going on we are going to complain in police station the impact also comes to your company

      Dear sir/Madam,

      I have subscribed to bisleri since may 2021 on monthly subscription, I have renewed my subscription 30 days validity
      date: 21st June 2021 again 3 water cans weekly delivery
      There after wards I got only 2 deliveries 1st on 26th June and second delivery on 6th July. I also bought 5 empty bisleri(green) cans with vendor
      I have opened a ticket with customer support #123340 but they keep closing it without delivery
      Since July 13th 2021 I have not got the remaining deliveries from bisleri.
      They are not responding to calls or email complaints which i have done several times July17th, 22nd, 26th, 29th, 31st. Even August 3rd 2021.
      Bisleri company has no efficient tracking system for deliveries whether it is done or not.
      They delivery distribution team keeps changing delivery persons, each of them call me to share the location on whatsapp but they don't deliver it finally and multiple delivery person calls me on same day. Its so annoying to see such a huge company have a very poor distribution and tracking system.

      Finally I don't know if I will ever get me deliveries also 5 empty cans are left here and for caution deposit.

      Sir/Madam, This is worst behavior by Bisleri internation Pvt limited company. Please register and help resolve my issue.

        I have a prepaid subscription for 12 deliveries of 2x20 litre bottles. I stopped getting deliveries after the 6th supply. Customer service is non responsive to multiple complaints. Its been 3 weeks since my last supply.

        I have raised the following tickets in this regard:

        #130942
        #131530

        Since they are unable to deliver, I Request to issue refund for the remaining bottles at the earliest without any fees for cancellation of the subscription. These guys are literally looting customers.

        Action must be taken as soon as possible.

          It's been six (6) complete days since I made the payment for a 1-month subscription of two 20 litre bottles per week and I still haven't received the first two jars.There's been no response to the email I sent raising my complaint either. The customer care is evading the issue by saying "let me check and I'll call you back" is is the standard reply and is very misleading. When I called on July 29th, I was told the cans would be delivered on Saturday (July 31st). Today I have been told that the supply will reach me on August 12th. That is two weeks since I booked.

              Bisleri online delivery system doesn’t respond also don’t deliver water in time while thay charge for weekly delivery at once for 3 months after we pay they don’t give proper support and they don’t have proper system to address costumers problem

              I have not received my weekly order since 3 days that too the water, and delivery guys don’t come here and postpone the delivery saying costumer not available at home

                I have ordered 3 20L watercan via online payment on 24th July 2021. Daily I am sending email to [protected]@bisleri.co.in they are Just closing the ticket. I am calling customer care but I got reply that they will deliver by End of the day but it's been 6days still no delivery and now they are not even replying to my email or picking up my call to customer care.

                I have paid full and still this kind of behaviour from such big brand is totally unacceptable. 24h delivery promise is a lie.

                  Dear All,

                  I have subscribed for bisleri package starting from May under Order no: [protected].

                  We are unhappy with the services
                  as the delivery doesn't takes place on time and no proper response from customer service. Reported many times Over call still everyweek same issuesbut no actions have been taken. Kindly cancell my subscription and refund the amount for what we have not used. We dont want to waste our time and energy.

                    I didn’t receive my order
                    These guys duggal enterprises never deliver my order and for the past 18 days he has been lying to me that he will deliver it today.
                    Fake Bisleri agency details

                    He is running a scam in katwaria sarai, not delivering the order and lying and being rude to customers on call.
                    I have lodged a complaint for fraudulent service and keeping the customer misinformed and not delivering their product and sending sms that it had been delivered
                    I already escalated this issue in Consumer Court as well Delhi Dispute Resolution Society (Delhi Govt Mediation And Conciliation Center).
                    And this case is eligible for cyber crime too, by making me pay and not deliver any of my ordered products.
                    Scammers

                    The sms which i got as order had been delivered, what a multi level scam.
                    Exposing this scam soon, See you in court, I demanded heavy compensation for wasting my 20 days and mental agony which I caused to me.

                      I have subscribed Bisleri 20 Litre jar 3 jar on weekly basis for a month and also paid full amount in advance. It was schedule for 24th July, 2021 and in-spite of constant follow up, contacting numerous times on help desk but till now haven't received the water can. It is very disgusting. Very very Poor Service. No response .Its been four days, I am not sure whether I will receive water

                        Not received the delivery till now which was supposed to happen yesterday.

                        The website is not working from yesterday and no executives receives the call. Called them more than 100 times from yesterday.

                        Please shut your company instead of faking people like this by creating nuisance.

                        People should die or what without water when delivery is not happening on time.

                          The delivery which is yet to be done today is not happened. From 2 days trying to contact customer care but unable to reach. No proper response and no proper updates. The website is unable to acces from morning. Seriously fed up of these.
                          Luckily got connected to 1 executive in the morning after many attempts & no proper response from her, she said that we wil schedule it by afternoon but till evening nobody arrived.
                          Later evening connected with other executive again same answer from her too...she said it wil be delivered within 6 pm but nobody arrived.

                          Please resolve this issue at earliest.

                              The company is not responding to any complaints made
                              They are simply ignoring them.

                              1: I made an order for 3 months, 2 bottles per week. Total of 12 deliveries I only received 11. When complained they said the delivery team has said all deliveries have been made and closed the ticket. When asked about the proofs they are ignoring all my emails.

                              2: Now I made another order for 3 months and after the 1st delivery there is no update about the 2nd delivery.

                              This is not how a reputed company should behave

                                Sir, I purchased 10 liters Bisleri Water Can on date 21/07/2021. Batch no is 164 [JM/KM] dated 13/06/2021 produced at M/s Sai Ram Beverages, CHandrala ( village), Mylavaram Nuzvid Road, Vijayawada Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh - 521230.
                                The water is simply raw bore water. It is not even RO treated, no added minerals no taste. Definitely our health will spoil by consuming that water.
                                No taste at all. I don't hesitate Bisleri is not maintaining any standards by giving license to un qualified people who are simply cheating public by filling bore water into cans stamped with Bisleri Label.

                                  I am a resident of lal dwara colony yamuna nagar,
                                  I am a regular purchaser of bisleri 20litre bottle.
                                  But the service is not regular. Its been three days i have been calling the distributor., they gave contact number of there cordinate mr vivek, he was also not able to solve the problem.
                                  They do just have an excuse that we are bot getting the supply from higher level.
                                  Earlier the cans they were giving were too dirty and ugly.
                                  Please look at the matter.

                                        This is to share the most pathetic service and complaint resolutions from the so called most popular band for water. The worst service delivery partners who have no manners who cheat by not delivering the order and also misbehave when spoken to. They also have the courage to say "Go and complain with whomever you wish to, it doesn't matter" am sure it doesn't matter as there will be action taken or no response given to the customer... I have been constantly sharing that they cheat and do not deliver, what is it that bisleri does ? it simply does't care... I am sure this is how the band makes money.
                                        There are no sign off that is taken or no proof for the delivery the SME and email triggers are sent one sided... Have you ever asked them to share the proof ?
                                        Trust i will ensure to share the feedback on a public forum to ensure more people like me are not cheated. There are other bands who deliver water and are equally good or even better. I do not expect anything from Bisleri here forth and it was a big mistake to trust you and your service partners who seem hand in glove cheating consumers
