Not received the delivery till now which was supposed to happen yesterday.

The website is not working from yesterday and no executives receives the call. Called them more than 100 times from yesterday.

Please shut your company instead of faking people like this by creating nuisance.

People should die or what without water when delivery is not happening on time....

The delivery which is yet to be done today is not happened. From 2 days trying to contact customer care but unable to reach. No proper response and no proper updates. The website is unable to acces from morning. Seriously fed up of these.
Luckily got connected to 1 executive in the morning after many attempts & no proper response from her, she said that we wil schedule it by afternoon but till evening nobody arrived.
Later...

I had raised an order for two 20 liter water cans on 23rd July. It's 27th July now and there is no delivery till now. Its customer care is not reachable, cannot get any executive to talk as it always says "All executives are busy". Mailed to their given email. NO RESPONSE from them till now....

The company is not responding to any complaints made
They are simply ignoring them.

1: I made an order for 3 months, 2 bottles per week. Total of 12 deliveries I only received 11. When complained they said the delivery team has said all deliveries have been made and closed the ticket. When asked about the proofs they are ignoring all my emails.

2: Now I made another order for 3 months and after the 1st...

Sir, I purchased 10 liters Bisleri Water Can on date 21/07/2021. Batch no is 164 [JM/KM] dated 13/06/2021 produced at M/s Sai Ram Beverages, CHandrala ( village), Mylavaram Nuzvid Road, Vijayawada Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh - 521230.
The water is simply raw bore water. It is not even RO treated, no added minerals no taste. Definitely our health will spoil by consuming that water.

I am a resident of lal dwara colony yamuna nagar,
I am a regular purchaser of bisleri 20litre bottle.
But the service is not regular. Its been three days i have been calling the distributor., they gave contact number of there cordinate mr vivek, he was also not able to solve the problem.
They do just have an excuse that we are bot getting the supply from higher level.

I subscribed in April for one month 12 bislery bottles.I paid full payment but I received only 6 bottles. I complained again and again but they didn't solve my complain.Please do the needful....

We have a stomach problem after drinking this water,
4 years we have purchased the water can since 2016, But this can only the problem, stomach upset & vomiting sensation like this... Kindly action immediately...

This is to share the most pathetic service and complaint resolutions from the so called most popular band for water. The worst service delivery partners who have no manners who cheat by not delivering the order and also misbehave when spoken to. They also have the courage to say "Go and complain with whomever you wish to, it doesn't matter" am sure it doesn't matter as there will be action taken or no response given to the customer......

The customer care is non existent. Even when they pick calls they drop without response. They marked delivery before delivery. Waiting without water for 8 days after ordering and paying...

I have been using Bisleri since 3 years and there is a problem with the quality of water since March in Hyderabad and nearby places. Taste of the water is changed. I purchase a bisleri 20 ltr can on[protected] from jain confectionery located in Yamuna vihar, delhi -110053. There was a moss present inside the sealed water can.
On discussing with the store, no suitable response was recieved except for the replacement of can. I am still having the seal bottle with me.
Please do the needful, otherwise i am going to consumer court ....

I have booked 8 water cans for a month. 6 has been delivered. Last 2 are not delivered. Trying to reach the dealer, but he is not picking call.

I placed an order with Bisleri for 3 cans of water per week for 4 weeks with an advance for the cans as well. After repeated follow ups as well, I did not receive any updates on the order nor was the order delivered to me.

We have received drinking water in Noida Sector 93A ATS green village and it has excessive chlorine smell, not worth consuming. A complain has been registered over phone and complaint number is [protected]....

20.lter canes water from Billeri always leaks in spite of cap sealed condition. Every time we get suspension that whether the seal right one from factory or someone locally seals it. This goes up every time taste of water also differs cane to cane....

Bisleri was supposed to be delivered on 27th May despite of multiple followup with Delivery team still not been delivered.
I am not getting refund neither a commitment and it's causing drinking water shortage....

I have been constantly emailing and calling bisleri as I want to return 5 cans and get my deposit refunded. For every email I send I get an automated response and sometimes a call back from an executive who has no idea what's going on or what to do.

I was procuring water from a bisleri distributor in New street, kotturpuram . I have returned 7 cans on april 23 2021 and I am yet to revive the refund of about rs 150 per can totalling to rs 1050 . please check and do the needful .
