      Its about an order that i placed. As the quality was not upto mark, as promised, i returned it within two days. It's been more than 10 days yet I haven't got the refund. When I checked the status, it says refund window closed.

        I want say that i will buy boat neckbend only 20 days ago then My boat neckbend is not working is not on .then i Rejister complain then he will give only service center address but service center is 20 km away so i don't able to go that's why i want say i request to plz give me home process

            Hello, Recently my Boat Wireless Headphone was not working on one side i raised a warranty complaint in boAt website. They picked up the product on 19th August and it says the Replaced product is "Delivered to Origin" and "WHHandover" in Xpressbees tracking webpage, but I didn't receive the product. Anyone pls help.

                        Dear Respected Sir/Ma'aam,

                        My concern is that i have ordered 'BOAT AIRDOPES 131- WIRELESS EARBUDS STEEL BULE/#5B6674" on 16 july 2021 and my order i'd is "569304", my product has been misplaced by boat courier partner Xpressbees Surface, on 26 July i got an update from Xpressbees Surface that my product was misplaced and after few days on my tracking it shows that my product has been delivered. After that, I am continuously trying to contact boat team since 26 July, till date i haven't been provided proper response from boat team. in-spite till date they haven't provided me my ticket id. Whenever i am trying reach boat team they are saying please wait for 24 to 48 hours we will resolve your concern. Till date i haven't got any appropriate answer or revert back on mail from boat. I am also attaching the mails that i have shared with boat team and invoice. Please help me with this issue because i am exhausted with this concern.

                          I have purchased boAt rockerz 335 ocean blue colour product from flipkart on 9th july because of product complaint i have returned it on 30th july.
                          But yet now i didnt get any messgaes or call from courrier partner or from boAt.
                          Whenever i call boAt service centre they didn't attend the call.
                          It has been arrived at courrier centre near me at 6th july, tried to contact them since then, No response from there side.
                          When i checked the status of my warranty on today 25th august it shows product is returned without contacting me.
                          Its worst service experience from there courrier side and also from customer service.
                          Need a resolution for this

The amount is deducted from bank account(paytm wallet) but order is not placed and showed Your payment can’t be processed for technical reasons. Try again or use a different payment method.
