Right ear buds is not working...

Mic of my earphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 2 june 2020 and product is picked on 9 June 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover. now 8 August 2022, its been about 1 year still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails. please contact us as soon as possible. Thanks you....

I have ordered for a boat stone 1500 on 30th July 2021 (ID[protected]awb no- [protected]). The product was shown reached the destination station on 1st of august, and I tried calling both BOAT and XPRESSBEE customercare for the delivery . but product has not been delivered yet even after 8 days . I recieved replacement product but why did you deliver it in a plastic packaging?? Why not from proper boat box packing? Very pathetic service. Boat is a brand. You should delivered it in a proper way and not from a plastic packing. I didn't receive extra earbud with earphones. What the heck your return policy is .. so pathetic...

When i was placing order through boat website i went to payment mode there was to pay online i chose paytm mode to do payment. When payment was successful then after my cart was showing to pay. I tried to contact but no response came from boat side. Then i contacted paytm customer care they said that payment is made there is no problem from there side. Give me my refund...

I Have applied for a replaced product of boAt Airdopes 441 as it was one side not working. The courier was picked up on 31st July. While tracking the shipment, the tracker shows Replaced product will be shipped within 5 days since 3rd August. It's now 5 days the status remaining same.
Courier shipment tracking says It's WH Handover. I didn't receive my product yet.

Please take action ASAP and deliver my product....

I had bought a soundbar this year. Woofer sound gor dissorted within 3 months. I have been following for its replacement for 2 months but it's not replaced it....

One side of earphone is not working...
Product is still in warranty...
I made call to the customer care but haven't got any response from there side...
