Purchased the Boat Avante Soundbar in Feb 2020 from Reliance store bangalore. I travelled to my native Odisha in the month of March 2020 and due to lockdown I could not return to Bangalore. Finally once the lockdown was removed, I went back to bangalore in November. I tested my soundbar and was unable to play audio when connecting Bluetooth option. As I had to return back to Odisha hence I carried the sounbar along with me and brought to Odisha as I thought I will get it checked from Service Center in Bhubaneshwar. Again there was a lockdown and hence I could visit the service center and meantime the warranty also expired.
I raised a request with ref 2558123 but no resolution. Today(1-Sep 2021) I went to Boat service Center (Devayoni Support Service India Pvt Ltd - boAt Service Center Bhubaneswar, Odisha) and the person there said that as warranty is expired nothing can be done !!!
Boat does not have sufficient Service center and also very particular about warranty. Boat should re consider warranty due to pandamic situation and help in fixing issue rather than holding to Warranty terms and conditions as they should understand that we also are bearing the service experience due to pandamic..Long wait time in customer care and service centers.

Again I created a Service request 3292989 and waiting someone to help in this.

I purchased a Boat bassheads 103 order Id 673399 on 12/08/2021, and paid a total amount of Rs. 349. I cancel order on the day becouse some reason.

I read your terms and conditions, and I am well aware that customers are entitled to a full refund.
I hope to hear from you soon about the procedures for receiving a refund.

1 side earphones damage

I have returned my boat rockerz 335 that is received by seller at 24 August and my ticket id- 3098955 .
But till now it is not dispatched for me
When i call customer support on 26 August they says that this product is not available i can replace it with Boat rockerz 385 then i says please replace and dispatch soon but till now it is not dispatched for me and while i tracking this it shows closed. From 26 August while i am calling customer support they continually saying your issue has been highlighted and will resolve soon but not resolved till now
When i call again customer support today they are saying same .
Please resolve the issue soon.

I have waited for headset 8 days and Now I'm getting email that your order is cancelled. You will get refund within 5-7 working days. They are making a fool to the customer.

Few time ago i changed my boat airdrops 171 by boat service center online which token id is 2286157.
But I received a single wire earphone by your courier partner which was not my product then i again complaint in your company but I haven’t any replacement of it. But my shipment status show’s delivered but I haven’t any product please help me and give me my real product please.

I bought a Bluetooth of boat airdopes 281 pro from Amazon on 1st july and in 10th August the product stopped working its not getting charge and the battery is getting low in every single hour they claim that the battery power is 32 hours as my product was in warranty i asked a replacement they ask me to register on their website i logged they give me tha service centre address i went the centre was closed and no one is responding then again i called on their customers care they ask me to mail on some email address and ask for doorstep replacement its been 25 days they just say we have escalated your complaint yiu will get revert almost 15 mails i had mailed them and yesterday they are asking me to again register a complaint please help me out 2000 isnt a small amount i want a replacement because my product is in warranty

Boat Rocks 335 Replace in v care Thane but this order is not track. Language problem. I not english language talk.

Our street light is not working last 15 days and we have complaint every where but no one is responding.

I have registered a complaint with tkt no 2812857 and ID RB [protected] dtd 15 Jul 21. Till date my complaint is not resolved and no further update was given either. when contacted and quoted ticket no customer support is answering that the ticket is invalid. Its been more than 45 days and now my warrant is also expired on 08 Aug 21.

I request you to pls resolve my issue at the earliest and demand compensation for the mental harassment caused to me and the non-utilisation of the product for the period from lodging a complaint.
