Dear Respected Sir/Ma'aam,

My concern is that i have ordered 'BOAT AIRDOPES 131- WIRELESS EARBUDS STEEL BULE/#5B6674" on 16 july 2021 and my order i'd is "569304", my product has been misplaced by boat courier partner Xpressbees Surface, on 26 July i got an update from Xpressbees Surface that my product was misplaced and after few days on my tracking it shows that my product has been delivered. After that, I am continuously trying to contact boat team since 26 July, till date i haven't been provided proper response from boat team. in-spite till date they haven't provided me my ticket id. Whenever i am trying reach boat team they are saying please wait for 24 to 48 hours we will resolve your concern. Till date i haven't got any appropriate answer or revert back on mail from boat. I am also attaching the mails that i have shared with boat team and invoice. Please help me with this issue because i am exhausted with this concern.

I have purchased boAt rockerz 335 ocean blue colour product from flipkart on 9th july because of product complaint i have returned it on 30th july.
But yet now i didnt get any messgaes or call from courrier partner or from boAt.
Whenever i call boAt service centre they didn't attend the call.
It has been arrived at courrier centre near me at 6th july, tried to contact them since then, No response from there side.
When i checked the status of my warranty on today 25th august it shows product is returned without contacting me.
Its worst service experience from there courrier side and also from customer service.
Need a resolution for this

I received my car charger on dated 23/08/2021 but it's not my same replace product this are different boat car charger. I want same car charger against this replacement.

Please replace my product just like 1st Image as early as possible.

*Indicator light is also not working.
*charge backup totally worst.It stands for 7hrs only .It's the biggest cheating ever in my life.I need refund my money

I bought it last month only, suddenly it is not powering on, I have charged and tried multiple times not even turning on

I have got a coupon of 15% off on Boat lifestyle so I ordered Boat bassheads 102 wired earphone today. The amount is deducted from bank account(paytm wallet) but order is not placed and showed Your payment can’t be processed for technical reasons. Try again or use a different payment method. I am attaching screenshot of payment with order id. Please resolve my issue.

I had placed the order for boat rockerz 330 through their website online. I didn't receive any confirmation email or order details for the same. The amount has been debited from my account but I no have no information about my product.

On 29 july 2021, I ordered Boat Rockerz 255 Raging Red but due to covid it shows delivery is in transit. And after that it shows returning to R.T.O due to vehicle theft happened. Plz provide my full Refund and a free gift due to the problems i faced .

I had raised a complaint in boat customer portal Delivery boy came and took my order back and submitted it to boat care after that today it has been a whole month but no responding from company side . I had tried to mail them but no response on mail as well.

The wire connection was not properly connected. The volume button automatically decreases

Quality of bass is in bad condition

That headphone's charging is not working for a long time, it was new then it was running... sound quality damedge

I checked out for a boat bassheads 242 wired earphone @ Rs. 339.15 on dt. 05.08.2021. Unfortunately the amount deducted from my paytm wallet but order wasn't placed. My transaction ID [protected]. I complained about it to boat customer service by call. They told me it will be refunded within 7 working days. They also told to mail them the proof at help.imaginemarketingindia.com and I sent my complain on this email.
But till now on dt- 23.08.2021, I didn't get any refund.
