I have paid for the product boat air dopes 381 green on[protected] and completed my payment through paytm but the website doesn't show any information about the order.paytm transaction id:[protected].

This product has caused ear problems.
It has caused itching swelling and redness.

Boat Airdopes 381 active black color right side airdope is not working

The left side of airdope is not getting charged. I tried to connect it to the charger but only right side airdope is getting charged, the left side of airdope is still on 0% battery

I have ordered boat rockerz 255 pro + in Flipkart.
But I am not satisfied with sound and build quality.
I want to return and get refunded.

Please assist me.

My product is not delivered even after two weeks of order. Now according to tracker the product is at the same place for last three days instead of delivering. I sent mails to boat helpdesk but now they have blocked my mails. I want my order or refund whichever is possible. As I am unable to cancel these

Not delivered-I have made the payment for boat product airdopes 131 and it's been two weeks and the product isn't delivered yet and now I don't even have any contact number to contact or don't know how to cancel my order. I have sent mails regarding the same to boat helpdesk but now they even have blocked my mails. I want my refund or my order whichever is possible.

I have returned my boat rockerz 335 on 16 August and my ticket id- 3123494.
But till now it is not dispatched for me
When i call customer support they says that this product is not available i can replace it with Boat rockerz 385v2 then i says please replace and dispatch soon but till now it is not dispatched for me. From 30 August while i am calling customer support they continually saying your issue has been highlighted and will resolve soon but not resolved till now
When i call again customer support today they are saying same .
Please resolve the issue soon.

Day by day delivery date extended I order a boat soundbar 4000da on 27 aug 2021 befor purchasing the product I call to boat coustumer care and enquiry all things then when I get delivery.they tell me that u get u order soon because ur in delhi ncr and we deliver u r order in maximum 2 to 3 days after this conversation I quickly order product from their official site .now iam waiting for my product but no update no any notification then I call to c.c.e again and this a lady excutive attend my call now I tell whole thing her after listen my concern she said me that she escalate this issue to her seniors but unfortunately no call no update
Then again I call 3 to 4 time to coustumer care but they repeated same line and when I asking about my escalate issue they deny that complaint or issue are registered.my estimate date is 30 aug but they extend day by day now 1 aug is my final estimated date I also receive a msg from company but unfortunately again company extend date now it's 4 sep really it's harrass sevral times I mail to company but no response I paid earlier for this order now iam helpless

After the product damage, the product was picked up in the service warranty policy on August 18, 2021. The status shows that it was delivered on 24th August along with a message which shows details will be updated within 2 days. After 8 days still there's no updates and after calling the customer support they hold the call for an infinite duration and cuts the call mocking us. Further actions should be taken fast or else we will proceed this to consumer court.

Purchased the Boat Avante Soundbar in Feb 2020 from Reliance store bangalore. I travelled to my native Odisha in the month of March 2020 and due to lockdown I could not return to Bangalore. Finally once the lockdown was removed, I went back to bangalore in November. I tested my soundbar and was unable to play audio when connecting Bluetooth option. As I had to return back to Odisha hence I carried the sounbar along with me and brought to Odisha as I thought I will get it checked from Service Center in Bhubaneshwar. Again there was a lockdown and hence I could visit the service center and meantime the warranty also expired.
I raised a request with ref 2558123 but no resolution. Today(1-Sep 2021) I went to Boat service Center (Devayoni Support Service India Pvt Ltd - boAt Service Center Bhubaneswar, Odisha) and the person there said that as warranty is expired nothing can be done !!!
Boat does not have sufficient Service center and also very particular about warranty. Boat should re consider warranty due to pandamic situation and help in fixing issue rather than holding to Warranty terms and conditions as they should understand that we also are bearing the service experience due to pandamic..Long wait time in customer care and service centers.

Again I created a Service request 3292989 and waiting someone to help in this.

I purchased a Boat bassheads 103 order Id 673399 on 12/08/2021, and paid a total amount of Rs. 349. I cancel order on the day becouse some reason.

I read your terms and conditions, and I am well aware that customers are entitled to a full refund.
I hope to hear from you soon about the procedures for receiving a refund.

From 26 August while i am calling customer support they continually saying your issue has been highlighted and will resolve soon but not resolved till now
When i call again customer support today they are saying same .
Please resolve the issue soon.

Hello, I ordered boat rockerz 550 on your website on 23rd aug 2021 whose order id is 719835 it doesn't show any details on my order when it will arrive, it shows nothing. I have waited for headset 8 days and Now I'm getting email that your order is cancelled. You will get refund within 5-7 working days. They are making a fool to the customer.

The right side of my airdope..am not able to hear also the volume comes very low
