Iam very much disappointed as reason is that i purchased my product which was boAt airdopes 201 (green) from Rs.1, 999 on 29 September 2020. And i had was facing many no. Of different problems in this product and i registered this product's 4th complaint regarding its sound issue on 22/08/2021 and i got this product after replacement on 3/09/2021
After two couple of hours I charged this product but this product is defective and the product unit has many scratches and multiple sound issues regarding this product.
Iam very much disappointed as i got this product as 4th replacement unit which is also defective.
So i request you to please kindly see this problem and solve my issue by replacing this product! Please!!
