    Boat company promised to kater their warranty services but it was not delivered. It's only been a month and it is completely worst in working.

                      I ordered my boAt earpod 131 on 3 August 2021 and was tracking the courier facility which had to deliver it to me for boAts side. But from past 5 days it says that my product is out for delivery and then by night it shows that the product was undelivered as late evening delivery was requested. I didn't even recieve any call. I have registered complaint several times and even contacted the delivery boy but of no use. There are no other means to contact and get my delivery. Every single time the customer care of the courtier facility tell that they have filed a compliant. But no action has been taken. Everyday false status has been uploaded when I have received no call regarding it. There's no response at all...

                                      Mic of my earphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 2 june 2020 and product is picked on 9 June 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover. now 8 August 2022, its been about 1 year still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails. please contact us as soon as possible. Thanks you.
