For purchase of boat rockerz earphone from their official website, make payment of 1199/- thru Paytm wallet on 13th May 2021 (payment Transaction ID # [protected]. Payment was deducted, but order not confirmed. Made many complaint over e-mail and toll free number, but the matter remained unresolved. Neither item delivered, not payment refunded.
I hv requested for refund but not got it upto 4th Augutst 2021...

Sometimes My speaker does not work & bluetooth connection error... Few moments charging not connected....

Please provide replenishment...

But i haven't received my product yet

I purchased eardopes on 6.05.2021 from Flipkart . But it is not working not even connecting to my phone .
I just went to near by service centres ghaziabad, noida but they said stock is not available .

I was expecting high level of service from your company but now I am disappointed .
Expecting refund or replacement with high quality of pair of earbuds ....

I registered my complaint and they took the product from me and It reached the service center.For further ticket status checking I don't know the ticket ID.What can I do??...

Terrible product. The size of both earbuds are different. Gives terrible pain the ear. Do not buy boat. Worst company. No returns available as well.

Audio is lagging and not clear...

I had sent my boat rockerz 215 earphones for replacement which was picked up by xpressbess executive on 30 th July 2021.
On 2 August 2021 it showed as put out for delivery and whhandover.The current status of product is being showed as delivered even though I haven't received the product .even don't receive message and any email regarding this .so kindly replace the product as soon as.and kind reply .....

Voice fluctuations and repetitions are coming during call and also voice not coming so clear as compared to serviceable one. Please replace this as soon as possible...

I have a boat rockerz 255 pro... After a small complaint I registered a complaint for warranty and isuued it... After some days I got it back and its a new one not the old product... But its not look like the same model I gave, its look is different... The pictures also in the online platform also different from the product i got... I think its fake product of the original...
