I I bought it on June from the official website of this company but gave that order to someone else I reported this to the company's costume care but didn't get any result then I tweeted on twitter Then his reply came that we are investigating this matter but till now no solution has been found.

It's been 2 - 3 months since left earpiece is not working.
Once charge is full or device is connected, red light only appears.
earlier blue light was there.
When i am on call, some tune comes in earphone which disturbes my call.

First left earbud stopped charging after 1 week of purchase then i had go to the service center and get it changed after 1 week it came to my house and the product which came was also defective piece and its left earbud runs only for 15 min the switches off and only right bud works and left bud was not charging only right was charging. very very bad service and products of boat waste of money in expensive products.

It's my second time I complaint about my speaker yet still there is no response from your company. I brought boat stone grenade speaker hardly 2 months ago and now it is not working, so I want to replace it under warranty as soon as possible. Please take some action this time.

My Earphones as mentioned in the subject have undergone damage in the wiring and the right side is now not audible. I happen to have one year warranty for this earphones and so approached the Boat Service Center in Visakhapatnam for repair. They rejected me saying that the damage is caused by me which is not the case and they can't do anything. I'm attaching photos to show the damage. Please help me with this.

Sir, I had given my product for warranty replacement due to left side eardrop not working well which i had purchased from Flipkart and it was picked up by boat courier partner at 29 may 2021 but after more than two months they haven't resolved my problem.many times i have called the costumer service but nothing is done by their side.I am extremely unhappy with this type of customer service.
Please sir do something that they will send my product to me.

5. Requested for door step service through mail provided in your all websites.
6. Still it also directing me to go to complaint registering page, again which is I am unable to register
7. Loop continuing from one month

They never give me straight answers. Blocked my number. Doesn't not response properly. eMailed a million times and still no update on my product delivery.

I've registered my complaint for my Bluetooth headphone (Boat rockerz 255F Neon) on 21th of may 2021 and my product has been taken away from me on the very next day. My ticket number is 2385304 .But I still haven't received my product back till today. The customer care service is bogus and incompetent. Kept saying rubbish like your product will be delivered soon. Changed my delivery address even. eMailed more than 10 times, but still no effective steps has been taken.

My product picked up on 7th July 21, and today 6th Aug 21, they took it for service its been one month yet I dint recived my product
After calling several times to customer care they sent tracking details, but in tracking details it is showing product estimated delivery is 10 July and it is showing product out of delivery on 12th July and 14th July . I don't know what to say,
For 10rs product companies giving good service, for being number sound systems in India, it is sad to say boAt service is worst at its best.

Left Airdopes is not working properly. After charging its working only minutes. Please solve my problem.

Left side not working

II ordered Boat Rockerz 235V2 on June 1 but I want to exchange it now for sound issue and connection file

Items received on 20 June 2021 but one side very noise and not on/off buttom working

Last year october 2020 i bought a bluetooth speaker from boat company boat stone 1401 And in April this year it got worse. Then I sent him to the company for replacement, due to covid 19 I could not get him. And that product. I got it on June 16, 2021, in which the company changed that model and gave it to another model. I again complained to the company and the company people took them and were saying that we will give you the model you have within two to three days, but after that till now more than fifteen days have passed. .
But neither the company people are now telling that till when they will give nor any one reply to my email nor is returning money please help me sir
