I am brought my boat-rockers 560 headsets. its mic not working on the first day it self, so i have returned the boAt headset. I received a message that you will refund by money instead of the product. Then I have received a message like your refund amount was successful but I did not get any amount in my account. I have mailed to boAt but they did not solve my issue and they not even replying to my emails....

I am Jagath, today(27.7.2021) i have placed order on BOAT Airdopes 441- Wireless Earbuds using paytm in Boat-Lifestyle
Amount has transfered from my account but order not placed yet so i need a conformation on my order have placed or not...

Hi, My Product is in warranty, but service center guy said it take 15 days for replacement, on the other hand they ask for PDF file, on call customer care executive said that they will replace at service center, plz clear about this issue, its really hard to wait 15 days for such an headphones,

Please do the needfull, suggest if i can get my headphones soon...

The product I have ordered is yet not dispatched and they sent me your order is incomplete although I paid my money via 9nline...

My Bluetooth ear phone has lot of issue about powering off and on May be battery problem it's in warranty condition .so please replace my earphone or repair....

Product is good..Sound is coming.Only problem is the left earbud is not changing the track..I mean its not going to the previous song instead the same song is getting started from beginning...

But, it’s been about 4 months, but I still haven’t received the product.

Getting to customer care is very difficult because the network is always busy. They do not take. Send mail and do not replay....

I have purchased the boat earphone [boat Bassheads 103 blue ] on 23th nov 2020, order no.: OD[protected] on flipkart

My earphones stopped working so i raised the support case to replace the product and the new product got delivered to me but i found that new product was wrong.

The worst thing is that, this time i got the product delivered but it is not the same which i ordered....

I have ordered Airdopes from boat site while tracking it's showing that product delivered but I haven't received the product and the delivery person also haven't contacted me for once. I'm trying to connect with the boat helpline but they are not helping me at all keep on delaying saying that your problem will be resolved in 2days it's been 15days now still my problem is not resolved. I don't know what they are doing....
