I was abused at Boat company service center (Info Solution/F1-Kanpur, 220, Express Road, Mall Road, [protected], Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, Pin: 208001 ) and my technically damaged bluetooth earphone was neither repaired nor replaced while my ear phone is currently under warranty as of 28 September 2021 please solve my problem Resolve at the earliest and take departmental action against this service center (Info Solution/F1-Kanpur, 220, Express Road, Mall Road, [protected], Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, Pin: 208001 )

Left side not working

II ordered Boat Rockerz 235V2 on June 1 but I want to exchange it now for sound issue and connection file

Items received on 20 June 2021 but one side very noise and not on/off buttom working

Last year october 2020 i bought a bluetooth speaker from boat company boat stone 1401 And in April this year it got worse. Then I sent him to the company for replacement, due to covid 19 I could not get him. And that product. I got it on June 16, 2021, in which the company changed that model and gave it to another model. I again complained to the company and the company people took them and were saying that we will give you the model you have within two to three days, but after that till now more than fifteen days have passed. .
But neither the company people are now telling that till when they will give nor any one reply to my email nor is returning money please help me sir

3 month back i purchsed a boat earphone its naot working from last 5 days

My boat airdopes 441 one side airdope is not working. I sent them to the service center 1month back but still not yet received back to me.

I got the earphone on 16 may. It has a warranty of 1 year. Now the right side of my earphone is not working. I want to replace it

My boat earphone which was ordered by me on 17 may 2021 at amazon. Which is in warrant period. It's working automatically.

Air buds no sound and Bluetooth connection

Hi Team,

I have Purchased boAt Aavante Bar 2000 160 W Bluetooth Soundbar from flipkart on 10/15/2020.

And I am facing issues (Sound Bar/Sub Woofer) not working properly.

I have raised complaints multiple time no response till now. I think have chosen the wrong product by trusting Brand (Boat). The service is really bad. I have raised ticket regarding Subwoofer not working. I didn't get the solution till now. Even Customer Support not connecting.

I am really disappointed with the service and product.

I ordered (ORDER NUMBER: #534701) this product from https://www.boat-lifestyle.com/ on 4th of July.But they are not delivering the product.Everyday there are just changing the delivery date without any transit update.When I am reaching them just getting a update like we have escalated the issue.But no outcome...Its very frustrating.I don't want the product any more because it will not solve anymore asking them to cancel and provide me the refund but they are not doing that as well.

I had received the replacement product of 235v2 headphone yesterday but the product's charge get exhaust quickly.

Pls resend the same with original product packaging.

I had a boat rockers 335 and it gets complaint and I claim warranty and I get it changed and within one month the new headset get the same complaint again

How cheap product you gaven to me one airpods is stucked in case while charging . Even i went to service center they did not solve my issue how can you give this type of product and services . Even you people are not replacing the product I have warranty card how can you do this . The market has boat company image is good but in reality how I am facing issue. Help me out I want my product if you people not solve this while I having warranty then I ll raise a complain on this company

This has been the worst customer care service I have experienced ever. It all started on 5th March-2021.
I tried to book Rockerz boat Bluetooth headphones on https://www.boat-lifestyle.com/ on 5th March 2021. At first, I did not make any profile, as I was in hurry, so I did it as a user guest. My money got deducted but my order was not placed. So I called up boat's customer care and I was told not to worry about the deduction, as it will be refunded within 7 days. And I should sign up first before I place an order. I did the same and it was successful.

It has been 5 months since(today it is 4-august-2021) and I still have not received any call leave aside refund of the amount. In those 5 months, I emailed them( at [protected]@boathelp.freshdesk.com and [protected]@imaginemarketindia.com) many times, and every time I got the only system-generated message( " Your request has been received and our team will get back to you). I also called up their customer care and provided them with the bank transaction details but it was no different story. They would say, " we have escalated your complaint to the concerned department, and our team will contact you soon".

I bought boat stone 260 jassy blue (order no. #509008) and some technical error I returned it and it reached to your main center on 9 july after that I not get my refund till now. So please return my amount back. Please resolve my issue immediately

For purchase of boat rockerz earphone from their official website, make payment of 1199/- thru Paytm wallet on 13th May 2021 (payment Transaction ID # [protected]. Payment was deducted, but order not confirmed. Made many complaint over e-mail and toll free number, but the matter remained unresolved. Neither item delivered, not payment refunded.
I hv requested for refund but not got it upto 4th Augutst 2021

Sometimes My speaker does not work & bluetooth connection error... Few moments charging not connected....
