One of the piece dismantled while pulling from the unit. Since it was under warranty, I raised a complaint, however, even after the 2nd complaint, sharing the complete details, I received faulty replacement. The replacement piece seemed to be used products, which might have been returned as they were faulty and the same been sent to the customers who raised complaints. It is ridiculous and truly not expected from Boat, with the products above INR 1999. Today, I raised another complaint as I received the replacement of which the left ear piece is not working. It could have been figured so easily as even the indicator light does not glow. I doubt whether a quality check is performed.

My ticket no is 2390288. The courier partner has received the product on 22nd may. there is no updated in it. when i call customer care then they say give 48hrs time. sorry for the inconvenience like this 14 days one n half month has passed. kindly look to it and return the product. very bad service not also the costumer care also have proper details. really disgusting.

Hello, I've ordered airdopes from boat website logged in as a guest, after 2 days of receiving the order they were not functioning properly and had to restart them 3-4 times, and the sound quality is also very poor. i need place a replacement or return for this product.

Sir i had bought the boat's airpods from flipkart but i got it replaced 1 time when it was a trillion but now your products got spoiled again and i am facing the problem, i request you to give me the right product then i will get your product give good rating

They do not provide proper service after product purchase. My earphone is under warranty and it is to be replaced. I haven't received any solutions after so much calling and nagging.

I did purchase a boat sound bar in November 2020 .In last month it stop working . I can register a complain in support.boat.in on 31 may and per day service center say that technision visit in 2day or 1week. But after some week I register a complaint in consumercompalint website then 26 June evening technical team called me and in this time my smartphone was switched off. This type of excuses given to me and said to me register a new compaint. And 1 July in messenger a website 247around number message comes and said to call but thats call was useless.

Hello, i registered a warrenty complaint for my boat rockerz 255f, which had been picked up from me on 29 may 2021 and delievered to them on 31st may 2021 with ticket no. 2420026, i had called them more than 10 times everytime they give me another date. It's been more than 1 month, no update .kindly resolve my issue as early as possible

I sent a replacement request for my boat bassheads 225 earphones, they picked up my earphones and took it but instead of receiving original replaced earphones i received a fake damaged product by them.

I was facing some issue with sound quality in my earphones. So I register complain about it . Then I handover my product to Xpressbees delivery boy on 24/6/2021 from then is been 10 days(4/7/2021). When I am tracking my order it's showing WH HANDOVER from past 4 days . Why my product issue status is going forward?. How long your are got to replace/repair and again send it to me? I ordered boat rockerz 335 steel blue (order no 386485 ) on 21st may 2021 ...i received my order at my home on 26th may 2021...i complaint various times to boat and national consumer helpline ( complaint no 2796898, 2770295, 2763850, 2768315 in NCH )...that i received used product ...now it is not working properly...so i want refund and take back yours used boat rockerz 335 steel blue...i have seen boat replacement ( refer boat ticket id 2322309) almost took 2 months to replace my previous product that i purchased in 2020...so i dont want any replacement of this product...i need refund ... boat take back rockerz 335 steel blue... i have already communicated boat many times and raised complaint in nch also...i dont want any replacement as i cant wait 2 to 3 months...i want refund refund refund...i wasted so much time...mental stress that boat has given to me.. other customers should not suffer like me

I purchased airpods 441 on October 2020.
And it has some battery issue so i registered for replacement of the defective product.
I registered the complaint on 26 may 2021. And i didn't got any update after that. I wrote many mails but didn't got any update or reply on that too.
Called the customer service multiple times but no help was provided.
It has been worst experience ever.
Will inform all my known about the same.
