My wireless earphone was suddenly stopped working, so I raised a complaint on 26th March 2021, and on 25th June 2021, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover. From 26th March to 29th June 2021, it's more than 90 days still no update from the boat. Customer care not responding to calls and emails.
I understand we all are going through the pandemic but now it's more than 3 months.
Please help here, I want my earphone as early as possible...

When I contacted the team they apologized and arranged pickup of the wrong replaced earphones with courier patner xpressbees... With ticket no 2401047
When handed the product to your delivery agent... They say they can't take it as it is not the product shown and the reason is not mentioned... I while registering the complaint mentioned the reason.. In this I am suffering and it seems no one is concerned as neither boat customer care is working not anything else.pls help
