      I complain for replacement of earphone due to not properly work both side. Courier pickup boy received earphone from me on 10 th June . Replacement is issued on 12 th June but till now my ear phone not delivered to me. When I complain by call they always said it resolved within two days but still it not done.

            My wireless earphone was suddenly stopped working, so I raised a complaint on 26th March 2021, and on 25th June 2021, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover. From 26th March to 29th June 2021, it's more than 90 days still no update from the boat. Customer care not responding to calls and emails.

            I understand we all are going through the pandemic but now it's more than 3 months.

            Please help here, I want my earphone as early as possible...

                  I purchased boat airdopes 481V2 on 1 st june via Amazon and got it on June 4th.
                  One airdope stopped working and I raised a service/Replacement request with boat and they picked it up.
                  2621952 is my ticket number and the status has not been updated since 23rd june.
                  So I called them and hot to know that same model is not available so they can offer another but I don’t want another one so I asked for refund they said acc t the policy they can only offer 80% refund so I said then give me the same product that I gave you even if it’s still not working so they denied to that as well.
                  Every concession is as per their convenience.
                  Now amazon is ready to take the item back but boat is not sending it back to me. This is so disgusting

                              I had raised a ticket for replacement on 10 June'21. It has been 18 days ... no response .. no pick up. I have emailed the customer service team 5 times . waited in the Customer support Call Que from 30 waiting .. it takes 30 mins to get your chance . Every time they say will escalate it and faulty earphone will be picked up in 2-3 days ... Just finished a call again same response. There is no escalation matrix available. Very poor service.

                              The device started losing Bluetooth connectivity within a month of purchase. My ticket Number is 2518339.

                                I registered a complaint for door to door boat service.under warranty period... Regarding low sound of my 100 wireless Bluetooth... N gave my wireless Bluetooth fr replacement and in return, today got a replaced delivery of a WIRED USED EARPHONES ...
                                This is really disgusting... In the name of replacing my product this is the service that u all give... It's really hard to believe a brand like this gives such an awful service...
                                I complaint for a product costing Rs 1500 n got a replaced product of not even 500 Rs... I want my product back... Don't fake in the name of warranty i[censored] can't afford to give the service...

                                When handed the product to your delivery agent... They say they can't take it as it is not the product shown and the reason is not mentioned... I while registering the complaint mentioned the reason.. In this I am suffering and it seems no one is concerned as neither boat customer care is working not anything else.pls help

                                  On 30th May, I have raised the complaint on the support portal regarding the repairing or replacing of my Bluetooth headset Rockerz 235 v2.

                                  Its been almost 28 days, there isn't any update of the ticket which have been raised on the portal.

                                  Ticket No: 2434012

                                  One of the worst and ### CUSTOMER services by such a big name in audio in India. Would never advise anyone to purchase the boat product after this experience.

                                  Portal mentions solving the complaint within 12 to 24 business days.

                                  Got fed up writing mail to them, stupid CUSTOMER care representatives are asking me to wait for more than 12 to 24 working days after waiting for almost 29 days.

                                    I raised a Warranty complaint for my boat airdopes 121v2 as its left bud wasn't functioning properly. The product was picked up on 17th of may 2021. It's been more than a month now, and I still haven't got any update. I would request the executives to deal with these complaints seriously.

                                    Now I am getting no trace of it. It's being more than a month.

                                        My one side airdopes 121v2 active black which i ordered in December was not working so i returned it
                                        But now i have recieved text messages from Saturday of OTP's which i can share with delivery agent only but no one came to deliver
                                        And my airdopes is not delivered yet and I recieved msg from boat that my complaint has been closed and now I don't have my airdopes
