I register a complaint about Boat Bassheads 152 because both side and the mic was not working. They took it from me, and I also got a message from Boat that they were returning the exchanged product through XpressBees on 26th may 2021. It was about to reach on 30th May, but the courier service (XpressBees) called me and informed that my product was at a different location and they will deliver on the next day. In the evening
I got a message from Boat that my product is delivered and my complaint is closed. I called the XpressBees but they avoided my calls and did not deliver my product even after 3-4 days. I called Boat customar care, told everything, they asked me to mail a complaint but did not take any step. It's been almost two months, but I didn't get any information from Boat customer care and the courier service. I have every details and the call recordings with the courier service (XpressBees) as proof.

    I have faced technical issue due to my transaction . During purchasing on website on the customer end he refund my amount . But at my end no payment was received on behalf of this information am contacting then he gives a reference number regarding payment . So please look into this matter. Do the needful as soon as possible.

      I ordered airdopes 402 in jan 1 2021 and had an issue with charging in jun 7.Warranty Clamied and the replacement product also has issue regarding charging, pairing etc..
      The replacement product don't have the original quality

        I have place an order and Rs.1249 was deducted from my account, but i haven't received any confirmation message that my order has been placed successfully & when I'm going to get it.

          Boat rockers 450 headphones were not working properly so they were given for replacement, it's been 3 months I haven't received it .Plenty of emails have been sent but still there is no response, this is such a poor service

            On 10 th july 2021 buy boat airdopes 131 on boat official website.
            I click the buy now button and payment via paytm
            1299 is debited in my account from razor pay
            And i have payment successful mail from paytm
            But the website browser show me( something went wrong)
            So my order is not fulfilled. It's cannot go to the next page. I don't have tracking id or order ID I tried to reach the support section on boat website So my money is threatening by boat official website he never contact me properly. So I Raise a complaint against boat

              My airdopes 131 are not working properly as they're not connected to each other at the same time sometimes left airdope didn't work and sometimes right airdope doesn't work means they didn't get connected at the same time.

                My Boat airdopes one earpod was not working properly. It has low voice issues. My product is within the warranty period. So I raised a complaint and handed over my product to the courier partner on 28th may 2021. It's 11th July 2021 today and I have not received any update on my product which was supposed to be returned within fourteen working days. I hope you understand that I need the earpods at the earliest. My ticket number is 2411615.
                and when i call on customer care number they keep the call on waiting for 20 min due to huge traffic with them and then they hang up by assuring that they will reach back shortly within 24 hrs but they don't call back.

                Please provide me with a current update with mu product and do the needful to return my product to me as early as possible.

                    I bought boat airdopes 621 due to some issues i claimed warranty at 25 may 2021 dilevery boy picked my product and at 29 may 2021 it reached the service centre but till now it has not been dispatched yet .Please help me .My ticket no. is 2388361

                      I register a complaint about replacing my data cable.
                      Pickup was successful but the replacement product got stuck for 5 days at a particular location than it was marked lost by Delhivery.
                      They e-mailed and said the product is lost and for a refund contact Boat.

After expiry of one and half month item was neither received back duly repaired / replacement nor any intimation received from the concerned service centre. Details are attached for ready reference.                                       On 12th June, 2021, I submitted my ''Boat Airdopes 441 (Raging Red)'' Wireless Bluetooth Earphones to one of the Boat Service Centers known as ''F1 Info Solutions''. They told me to come after 2 weeks. But after 1 week, I called them, and they told me the product is available and told me to come and collect it. I have sent my friend to the Service Center. He has received Blue Color Earphones instead of Red One. So, I told him to return the Blue color. They told him to come after a week. After a week, He went to the Service Center. The response from them was, ''Since, we are not having ''Boat Airdopes 441 (Raging Red)'', The Boat company itself will be sending the Product to your address''.

                                      They have not noted my Address completely. And It's been 30 days from the Submission date(12th June, 2021), The Product is still not delivered to me. So, I kindly request you to help me in getting the Product.

                                        I was given the headphone of Boat Rockerz 400 Black to replace. I registered a complaint on 30 june 2021 and my picked product on 2 July 2021. Today it means 09 July 2021 I received a replacement product, when I opened it was totally damaged. I attached damaged product images and my invoice. Please check and correct me as soon as possible.
