My Boat airdopes one earpod was not working properly. It has low voice issues. My product is within the warranty period. So I raised a complaint and handed over my product to the courier partner on 28th may 2021. It's 11th July 2021 today and I have not received any update on my product which was supposed to be returned within fourteen working days. I hope you understand that I need the earpods at the earliest. My ticket number is 2411615.
and when i call on customer care number they keep the call on waiting for 20 min due to huge traffic with them and then they hang up by assuring that they will reach back shortly within 24 hrs but they don't call back.

Please provide me with a current update with mu product and do the needful to return my product to me as early as possible.

I bought boat airdopes 621 due to some issues i claimed warranty at 25 may 2021 dilevery boy picked my product and at 29 may 2021 it reached the service centre but till now it has not been dispatched yet .Please help me .My ticket no. is 2388361

I register a complaint about replacing my data cable.
Pickup was successful but the replacement product got stuck for 5 days at a particular location than it was marked lost by Delhivery.
They e-mailed and said the product is lost and for a refund contact Boat.

I have done the payment but the order is not placed.

It is submitted that boat rockerz 295 v2 active black got faulty and the same return to service centre via way bill no [protected] dated 03 june 2021 (pick up date) and the same was delivered at padagha on 07 june 2021. After expiry of one and half month item was neither received back duly repaired / replacement nor any intimation received from the concerned service centre. Details are attached for ready reference. boat service is very slowly working. I have registered complaint on 30 Jun for boat, . But 10 days over my issue is not solved.so please tell me how many more days solved my problem, 😕

After purchasing headphone model wired 900 black in feb 2021, a speaker is not working since next month only. Do the needful..

On 12th June, 2021, I submitted my ''Boat Airdopes 441 (Raging Red)'' Wireless Bluetooth Earphones to one of the Boat Service Centers known as ''F1 Info Solutions''. They told me to come after 2 weeks. But after 1 week, I called them, and they told me the product is available and told me to come and collect it. I have sent my friend to the Service Center. He has received Blue Color Earphones instead of Red One. So, I told him to return the Blue color. They told him to come after a week. After a week, He went to the Service Center. The response from them was, ''Since, we are not having ''Boat Airdopes 441 (Raging Red)'', The Boat company itself will be sending the Product to your address''.

They have not noted my Address completely. And It's been 30 days from the Submission date(12th June, 2021), The Product is still not delivered to me. So, I kindly request you to help me in getting the Product.

I was given the headphone of Boat Rockerz 400 Black to replace. I registered a complaint on 30 june 2021 and my picked product on 2 July 2021. Today it means 09 July 2021 I received a replacement product, when I opened it was totally damaged. I attached damaged product images and my invoice. Please check and correct me as soon as possible. Please send to anyone to replace the product.

I have purchased a boat product (boat bassheads 162 black) from Amazon. Now i am facing too much problems in the product. Please give me another in change of it.

It is very sad to say that I have seen such a inferior quality of products as of boat.I have bought airdrop ..I found it defective then I have filled complaint .My product picked and replaced after one month after my follow ups.
My replaced product has same defect as original one.
I don't want it anymore.

Actually i have complained abouth the blueyooth earphone before one month ago..a delievry boy came nd collect back my earphone for repairing...nd now its been a month yet i didnt received my earphone..plz proceed to my complaint...
